wanted to love these but they would not stay on my feet going up and down stairs. too wide for me not enough adjustment to make a difference.

I wear a 9W so I knew the shoes would feel smaller, but the length seemed shorter -- there was no space at the toe box. The footbed was the correct size, the snugness of the shoe was due to the upper. The upper left no wiggle room for my toes. so the shoe was a bit too snug. Can't wear them with even thin socks, so my feet will still be chilly.

these would have kept my feet warm , sadly, I was too narrow for my feet.

The fit was good with thick socks but did not work without. It wasn't uncomfortable but also not comfortable - too stiff. Returned. And as always, Zappos CS is wonderful.

These slippers were comfortable. They had great arch support for my plantar. However, being that they don't have anything to hang on to your feet with, like a backing and/or strap, I found myself throwing them off my feet as I walked even with the adjustable strap on top of the foot. I returned them. If you don't mind not having a back to your slippers, then these are great.

This is a nice, cozy slipper. However, the velcro strap isn't long enough to tighten the slipper sufficiently so it's a bit loose to wear and hard to keep the slippers on. It's fine as a slipper, just not as fabulous as I was expecting.

I love Vionic shoes and slippers, but it's a pity this velcro could not be tightened. It's almost just for show and I found the slipper too wide, which I do find sometimes in Vionic.

The slippers were the right size. The arch support was not right for me. I have a high arch and the arch support was not comfortable for me.

So these are my first arch supported slippers. They are ok. Maybe cuz the style is new to me. I cannot say they are comfortable after two weeks of wearing but since I was diagnosed with painful plantar ____ I can tell they are better than non-supported flat slippers. Time will tell. The look is old lady to me, but I am not a fashion model !

Had to return. I live in Vionic flip flops and work from home so decided I should get a pair of these slippers for the winter. NOT the same. Your feet slide right out of these as you walk because of the soft fuzzy bottoms. I have very wide feet and these were too wide for me also.

Disappointed in this purchase. Thought I was buying from Zappos. Came from AMAZON. Wish I had known as I wouldn't I have bought them. Amazon is a greedy monopoly! As far as the slippers go, I wish they had a strap on the back to hold them on. I have to shuffle my feet to keep them from falling off when I walk on carpet. Arch support does help plantar fasciitis though. Kind of pricey.

I have plantar fasciitis and flat feet and bought these to wear around the house since they have arch support. The bed of the shoe was very comfortable and had moderate arch support. However they were a bit long and too wide (I have normal width feet) even with the band pulled tight as possible and I had to scrunch my toes to keep them on my feet when on the stairs. I wanted to like them but had to send them back. The leopard print was cute. These would be great for people with wider feet.

I was prepared for this shoe to be wide, but not as LONG as it is...it feels a FULL size too large. Cute but they are going back, can't keep them on.

Love the feel but they are going back. The right one is longer from the front (toe) to the top of the slipper than the left one. I know I will stare at it and it will bug me that I kept them. Will try another pair.

Arch not as supportive as last pair of Gemma

I just got these so jury’s still out, but initial impression that they are very comfortable. I wear a half size and ordered down based on other reviewers, and felt that they were too small.

Not well made for the price point. Arch is not high enough for me. Footbed has minimal padding. I found slipper uncomfortable and returned.
