I love these sandals! They fit perfectly, have great arch support (yay!), and they're really cute! I have received many compliments on them. I highly recommend!

Love these shoes. Very comfortable and I can even shop in them. I will order another pair to be sure I always have them. Great, hard-to-find color.

Finally - a shoe I can wear with my fused ankle! I was not ready to step into orthopedic shoes with rocker soles and Alegria saved me from that fate! The nice thing about this brand is that I have found a sole that works, and can order all sorts of different shoes with the same sole and know that the feel will be the same. I live in this and one other Alegria shoe in the summer and a close toed Alegria for the winter!

Last year I bought 4 pairs of the Carina Sandal. They were a life saver after having foot surgery. Left foot still swells by end of day so these are perfect with the velcro straps. I have received numerous compliments. Always asked what brand are your sandals? I finally have comfort and style! So hard to find! Love them!

Excellent. Couldn't be happier with these sandals. Took a few wears to adjust to toe strap on one foot but other than that, a perfect purchase.

I love these sandals. I would buy them in every color if I could. I have lots of trouble with my feet...a lot of pain from Morton's neuroma. If I wear incorrect shoes, I'm in agony. But I wore these sandals for 8 hours walking Disneyland. I never once was even aware of my feet!

This is my 4th pair of Alegrai shoes after discovering how comfortable they are. I almost sent this pair back. The beaded thing across the top is a bit chunkier then I would like, but it grew on me. Further I'm delighted that it is actually velcro so I can adjust the width of the shoe I have a wide foot. I'm very pleased with this company and the construction. I hope they come out with more styles.

I have a titanium rod in my tibia, with plates and screws at the knee and ankle, so I suffer from chronic pain. I cannot wear most shoes I come across, but these, I can wear, and without pain.

I love the fit and support of my new Alegria Carina sandals. I have extra wide feet with a high arch, so the Velcro strap was the perfect answer! I wear them every day and cannot imagine how I got along without them!

Got the Carina style with a band of silver trim on the top - super cute style and so very comfortable right from the get-go. I have practically worn them all summer - easy walking, standing etc. No arch or heel problems with these either. And like the small lift they give you. Great thongs!

I love this pair of sandals not only for their great look, but more importantly for the comfortable fit. I highly recommend this brand and style.

Great shoe! Very comfortable with great arch support. The top strap is adjustable in a way that I think looks better than buckles.

These are amazing shoes. They literally make your feet feel good! TTS - the toe post is comfortable. I like the bling but sure it is NOT for everyone as it stands out a lot - but I like that. You are steady on your feet too - no slipp0ing around.

My doctor recommended I wear Alegria shoes because of a foot issue after surgery. Wore big shoes all winter and was delighted to find they make sandals too! Have now bought my second pair of these, great support and comfort. Stylish even...

Love these sandals, have been living in them since they arrived at my doorstep. They're perfectly comfortable right out of the box, you don't even know they're on your feet. I like the added height of them too. The sandal is very well made, stable for any terrain and all day comfort. I'm sold on the brand, so glad I gave them a try, cute and comfy all in one. Love the Mary Jane style too, very cute and lots of compliments.

These shoes are beautiful. The only problem I had with them is that the thong was in the wrong place for me messed up feet. Most people would be fine with it - I have no doubt.

Very attractive and stylish. True to size. Comfy right out of the box. Footbed is supportive and very cushioned.

I love these sandals! I have plantar fasciitis in one foot and a neuroma in my other and these shoes work wonderful for me. I don't even feel my neuroma at all. I wear an 8W. I'm slightly wide. I love that these are adjustable and I still have plenty of room to adjust them. They were comfy from the start. Usually when I wear a thong sandal after a long winter it does take that skin in between my toes a bit of time to adjust. These didn't hurt but after a day the skin wasn't even bothered. After the 2nd they it felt perfectly fine, no blisters. I do feel that these run small. I have a 38 in my Belle Alegria's, which were my first Alegrias and t hey fit perfectly. The 38 in these were too small.I compared the footbeds and the sandal footbed was definitely shorter than the closed toe shoe's footbed. I returned them (so easy with Zappos) and got a 39 and they are great. My toes and heel are perfectly on the soft footbed, not the edge of the seam of the footbed at all. Pure comfort. I bought the pewter, which is really fun and matches with everything.

Overall a great sandal! The only I would improve is the Velcro strap. I need to tighten the shoe by just a hair to keep my foot from sliding, but the strap is at its shortest possible length. I get a lot of compliments on them and I love the color pattern!

I got the Carina Simple Things and truly love the style and fit. They are everything I hoped they would be and I've had lots of compliments. Will probably order another pair in a different color. I definitely recommend you try them.

The Alegria brand of shoes is awesome. I purchased a cute closed toe earlier which were so comfortable. Decided to try these fun shoes and wore them for the first time a week ago - wore them all day and they were like walking on a cloud all day.

I read the reviews and remained skeptical. I should not have been....these are heaven. As stated by many, there is no break-in time..open the box and go. The sole has a nice built-in arch support, cradles the foot and the leather forming the thing is soft and flexible.I have a gruesome bone spur on the back of my heel and must elevate my heal. I have always felt most secure in a flat shoe but these are great---their (minor) incline gives me the lift I need yet they are as stable and secure as m y beloved flats. Give them a try---I am about to choose a second pair. Oh, also, the leather between the toes is very soft...no discomfort.

I am writing a second review because I sent back two pairs of Alegria Carinas (the "hip black" and "charcoal" styles) due to unacceptable comfort and weird styling issues. I exchanged them for the Black Nappa style and I am very happy! Perfect! If you're considering buying a pair of these, it's a good idea to get more than one style to try them out. Don't write the Carinas off if the pair you purchased aren't "just right." A simpler style and/or nappa leather (instead of patent leather) might just work for you. I'm so happy! My feet are going to be happy in Rome next week and all summer. Thank you Alegria! Thank you Zappos!
