I love these! I got the Aqua Flora colors. There is a cute little aqua "jewelled" button on the sides. I hope it stays on, seems to be well attached.I was a little apprehensive about the toe post, but it is surprisingly comfortable. The Carina is very adaptable for casual summer outfits. They look adorable with jeans, skirts, capris, and shorts.I'm not sure I'd take a chance on a long hike with these but they're cute and provide excellent support for most daily activities. Little or no break-in was required. You might possibly want to flex the toe post a few times before wearing.

Love these! I opened the box, put them on and my feet were signing like a choir! You will love them!

This is my first pair of Alegria sandals, and I will be back for more!! They are soooo comfortable and very cute. I think that I can wear them with dressy or casual outfits. I ordered a size 40 because I usually wear a size 10 and they are a perfect fit. I'm going to talk my friends into ordering this brand. There are so many styles and designs. I usually am not comfortable in thongs sandals. I bought these in the white floral pattern for pedicure days, and I've been wearing them around the house. They are very cute, comfortable and have very good support. I will be wearing them more often than I initially thought.

I love my new sandals! Now I want a pair in every color. I struggle with finding sandals that are wide enough for my feet so the ability to adjust these as they stretch out is awesome. I did not have a "break-in" period either, as you get sometimes with less quality brands. Thanks Zappos and Alegria!

I am very pleased with these shoes, they were just like they looked in the photo. Very comfortable from the first time you wear them.

This is a beautiful shoe!!! My only complaint (hence the reason I had to return it) is the thong style. My toes hurt with the fabric in between them. It's such a shame because the sandals themselves are so pretty on. I just can't do a thong! :( If you're not bothered by a thong, I'd highly recommend this shoe.

I am a stylist who stands for many hours a day. Alegria shoes have been the best shoes for me to wear. I was a bit hesitant the first time I bought them ( these are my third pair of Corina) because I wasn't quite ready for " comfort" shoes. But these feel really good and with the bit of a thicker sole they don't scream " granny shoe". I'm 54 years old and an actual granny, but I am not ready for beige Velcro Rockports! I highly recommend these shoes.

Waaay too heavy in Size 11! The upper straps felt hard and dug into my skin - even though I was unable to tighten them enough to keep them on! Back they went!

These fit great and provide a lot of support. I wear alegrias for support of my ankle after surgery and was thrilled to find a sandal to wear. I kept a little larger size because my foot borders on a wide and this fits well thus far.

The Carina was my first pair of Alegria's. A nurse at my doctor's office was wearing hers and I commented on how attractive they were and she said they are even more comfortable. Since I have back issues, I thought I would try them. Well, they are extremely comfortable and I have worn the Carina's every day all day long since they arrived. I will not purchase any other brand of shoes now. I am a size 7 and the 7 - 71/2 fit perfectly. Tightened the strap a little. Again I can't express how comfortable they were right out of the box. My feet are wide and the little toes sticks beyond the stitching a bit, but no problem for me. Have received a number of comments on their appearance. The shoemaker thought of everything in this shoe, even the straps are adjustable.

I have 5 pair of these in different colors and wear them every day when the weather is over 60. The black pair have been worn down so the soles are slick! I walk 5-11 miles a day on concrete and my feet are great at the end of the day. I highly recommend these shoes to everyone!!!

Very cute and comfortable!

These shoes are super cute and a size 37 fit perfectly (I am usually between a 7 and 7.5). I am returning them today because the strap on the right shoe is rubbing a little above my instep and I know from past experience, it will not feel better over time. This is not a problem with the shoe, but my right foot. Wish I could keep them.

Love these sandals! I was looking for a semi casual pair of brown sandals to wear weekends, and to work. I stumbled across these on Zappos and thought I would give them a try. They are stylish and WAY comfortable! I love the added height they give me without an incline putting pressure on my toes. Get some, you won't be sorry!

I love this shoe, it's so cute and comfortable!!! Just a hint of color and shine, which is very flattering. If you're used to wearing a toe post, it's very comfortable right out of the box. And the Alegria footbed feels the best of any shoe I have tried - helps with my plantar fasciitis. I first tried this shoe several months ago, and now I have several pair in different styles!! However I wear a size 7M and I have found that a 36 works best for me instead of the recommended 37, especially in sandals. Haven't tried a closed toe yet, so that may be different. And Zappos has excellent service if the size is not right ??

Love these sandals! I was looking for something that was a little dressy for work that was also comfortable. These are it! They look great with a skirt or capris. They are so comfortable, there was no break in period.

My first Alegria purchase. I am amazed at the comfort and support in this sandal. Even the post between my toes is comfortable. This 81 year old even likes the look of this Carina.

Carina is a lovely shoe, representative of Alegria quality. However, I was unable to tighten the instep strap sufficiently to keep the shoe from slipping off. Other styles fit me well; Karmen, for example. I wish Zappos required color and style in their reviews. Incidentally, the Karmen was endorsed by my foot surgeon when he released me from wearing an Air Boot. I had taken my Karmen's with me. Had I not ordered that shoe first, I might have thought all Alegrias ran wide. I ordered Carina in Totally Cellular, which had a lavender cast, not apparent in the website photo. Nice, but not what I needed. But most appreciative of a well-made, stylish shoe that's good for my feet.

I buy a new pair of these every summer. They are the most comfortable summer walking shoes. I love the extra height and the funky patterns they come in.

This was my 1st pair of Alegrias. And I absolutely love them!!! This purchase was the first time I've really ventured into more supportive flip flops. It's a game changer having my arches supported, however I feel like I'm going to have a hard time going back to my Ugg & Yellow Box flip flops for anything more than the beach or pool now. I have no real medical issues with my feet, they are just kind of beaten up after years of being a cocktail server (we had to wear heels our whole shifts) and thought perhaps a more supportive shoe would help with feet, leg & back pain. I couldn't be any happier with my choice. I am a size 8 and the 38s fit perfectly. It's also really luxurious that the top strap is cleverly hidden Velcro that allows me to adjust the tops to fit my foot exactly. I have had many problems with flip flops fitting size wise, yet having far too much room between the top of my foot and the strap. The one thing I would warn, if you are a first timer to Alegrias is to wear them a bit for a few days around the house first. Otherwise, because your feet aren't use to arch support, you will have a very uncomfortable first day or two until your feet adjust.

I have problem feet, so it's hard to find comfortable shoes. These are extremly comfortable and offer great support without looking drab. A great basic. Can spend the whole day in them and my feet feel great!!!'

These are really fun for summer. So bright and joyful. Very comfortable and can be worn all day indoors or outside for shopping, walking, hanging at the house, pool or beach. I like looking down at them. Imagine all the pedicure color options that would look great with these.
