This was the first Alegria I have purchased. I love it! So many compliments, so comfortable, so cute. I'm a teacher of 4 year olds and I'm running around on my feet all day long. No discomfort in these things at all at the end of the day. I wear them with or without socks. Before these only my Birkenstocks could keep my feet happy all day long. Obviously these are much prettier! Highly recommend!

I have 2 other Alegrias but this Dayna professional was a new style for me. It is amazing! I bought the 38 and it fits perfectly to my size 8 foot. (The local shoe store has put me in Alegria 39's, so I will have a chat with them!) The foot bed of the Dayna professional is thicker and way more comfortable than the Paloma or the Belle. I put the Daynas on and wore the remainder of the day. Thank you Zappos for your excellent and reliable service!

Since having a baby, I have gone up a size. Whereas I used to wear a 40 in Birkenstock & Dansko, I now require a 41/42, respectively. I was surprised when I tried these on in a store and a 40 fit. However, when I received them from Zappos, the 40 was a tad too short. Looks like they are true to size and I require a 41. Excellent comfort, cute shoe for pants or jeans. I like that they don't look as "little girl" as the mary jane styles.

I really like the look and fit of this shoe. It is wide in the toe box and very supportive. "Dottie" is my second pair of Daynas.

Was looking for new shoes and started by looking at Danskos and ended up getting these. They are so comfortable and I get a lot of compliments. I bought these and the Paloma and love them both. I bought them so I could put my orthotics in, but 1 - you cannot exchange orthotics for the insole in these and 2 - I didn't need to in the end. I got great arch support from the original insole.

Comfortable with a wide toe box. Attractive for a shoe that will be used for a long time.

This is my third pair of Alegria shoes and the color, texture and style of this shoe is lovely. It has the great thick rubber sole that lets me walk distances without pain. The split strap across mid-foot works fine for me. If someone had a higher arched foot, they might want to be aware that the strap does fall right across the mid-foot which might cause some people issues. Not for me, love the shoe.

I am a waitress and I am on my feet for long periods of time, and on slick floors. These shoes are fabulous! And to top it off they are very cute. I highly recommend them to anyone in the hospitality industry, or any industry that you are on your feet all day. Thank you for a great cute shoe.

Dayna Blue Bouquet is not only comfortable (Alegria's shoes are winners) but super cute. The Monet like pattern of blue (all shades from light to dark, even a touch of dark violet) makes this shoe a walking work of art. Dayna is from Alegria's professional collection, but I find it perfect for a high school teacher who is always on the move. Check out the professional line -- it is not only for those in scrubs! These cuties will look equally good with all my denim fabric, dresses, as well as crops and leggings.

These shoes are great. I am a nurse and stand for 12 hours at a time. My feet used to hurt so bad before I started wearing these shoes. I have 4 pair now. Love them!!!

These shoes were everything they were described to be and more. I am a nurse and had gotten to the point where the ball of my foot and toes would cramp and cause a lot of pain. I took a gamble and purchased these shoes, boy am I glad that I did! Gradually over two weeks since wearing these shoes the pain in my feet has gone away! I am thrilled. These shoes are very comfortable, well built, supportive and cute! I am always getting compliments on my shoes from other staff members as well as patients. I have to brag about how quickly I received this order. I ordered on a Saturday and when I came home Monday after work they were sitting at my front door. Talk about awesome service! I will be buying another pair of these in the near future to wear when I am off work. These are the best shoes that I have ever owned!

I have worn Alegria for years now and love them. I own more than 12 pair! Of all of them, the Dayna is my favorite (next fave is the Seville) and I think it's because the heel has cushion, which no other style has. Try it, you'll love it. And this pattern is darling. I'm a Kindergarten teacher on my feet all day and running around, Alegrias are the most comfortable and perfect for those of us who have had foot surgery!

I had not heard of this brand- so glad to know! I work retail, and desperately need comfort shoes. My most comfortable shoes are no longer available so I was searching. These are great! Lots of colors and styles. I ordered 2 sizes, and returned 1- glad I did to be sure of sizing.

Love them. They were recommended to me by my aunt, a nurse practitioner.

These shoes are comfortable. They do take a couple of times a to wear in. By the third wearing I could walk all day. I have flat feet, bunions and have worked on my feet all my life. My feet are paying me back now, but they love these shoes.

Definitely order a size bigger. I wear a 9, ordered the 9-9.5, and I don't think I can continue to wear them. They felt short but fine the first time I wore them, but after a full day I really regret not sending them back for a larger size. My toes kill by the end of the day.

This can be a very comfortable shoe except the sizing runs small. I recommend going up an entire size when ordering this shoe. I ordered my normal size 9 but should have ordered a 10. The width and support were great.

I liked the Paloma style better, on the foot. This one isn't as flattering, or maybe as fun looking. For me, these Alegria are a bit too big in the 7 (my usual size) but definitely too short in the 6.5 - even in Wide.

Very comfortable shoe & I love the classy design. I did return this style because my heel was slipping. I have narrow feet. I went with the Paloma & found they are perfect. After trying three of Alegria's rocker bottom, the amount of heel slippage increased starting with none in the Paloma, some in the Dayna, & a lot in the Debra. Heel slippage is normal with clogs but it doesn't work for me. If you have an issue with your forefoot & need to take full advantage of the rocker bottom minimizing the toes bending, my suggestion is to try the Paloma. It worked for me.

I really want to keep them as they have a really good fit (length and width, heel does not slip) BUT I can feel the insole edge/seam and I am afraid it will bug me, and for $129. I am not willing to risk it. I looked for other colors that are on sale but just couldn't find my size. (I would risk it for a sale price)

I had to size up from my usual 38 to 39 because the toe box on the 38 was too short. The 39 size was much better for my women's size 8, regular width. Plenty of space now and infinitely more comfortable in the Black Napa Leather. Width can be adjusted slightly with the Velcro closure, and the padding in the heel area makes this a very comfortable shoe. (Hope it remains so as I'm leaving on a walking vacation in just a couple of weeks with these as my primary walking shoe. I am only post-surgery six months for a full knee replacement. The rocking sole on these Alegria Dayna Professionals should keep me comfortable.) As always, Alegria makes a quality shoe! I have 9 pairs of Alegria shoes, sandals and clogs. They are definitely my "go to" shoe.

This shoe felt MUCH smaller than the usual Alegria shoes that I own/wear. Normally a size 38 (8-8.5) fits perfectly, however this toe box felt short. Very short! I even trimmed my toe nails uber-short to see if they would be more comfortable. They weren't. The shoes in the Black Napa Leather are well made and stylish, and being only 5 months-post knee replacement surgery, I was looking forward to the comfort of the rocking sole when I go on a walking vacation next month. The angled strap crossing the top of the foot is styled attractively and is remarkably comfortable with the Velcro adjustable strap. (TOO BAD THE ZAPPOs PREVIEW VIDEO FAILS TO SHOWCASE THE SHOE PROPERLY! The pants the shoe model was wearing were disguising the way the shoe conforms to the foot as it nearly completely obscured the shoes. Please remake that video!) Ultimately I am going to return the shoe as it is just too short (uncomfortable) on my foot, even after wearing them around my home to try to stretch them out a little bit.

wasn't sure if I should go bigger when I placed order because this is my first time ordering from zappos. I typically fit into an 8.5 very well but my toe went right to the end of the shoe so I'll order the next size up and hope for a better fit. I loved the s\way the shoe felt on the soles of my feet and feel confident they will gve the support I'm looking for to get me through my 12 hour shifts!
