The leather is nice and rich but the sole could be firmer. The shoe does not provide very good arch support.

Liked the style, bought a pair, but like previous review the sole cracked after 9 months:( also the heel caused a bit of pain, gel inserts worked.

These are very difficult to get on due to very flexible ankle. Sole insert is not removable so good luck finding an insert that does not cause the boot to become too tight. They are very squeaky. On the flip side they are very comfortable if you are on your feet all day long. The boots are also very stable and yet still very flexible on the arch.

I wanted to like these boots SO badly! First let me say I am 6'3" 275 and an over pronator. I am hard on shoes. The first two months with these boots were awesome! They were comfortable, stylish, everything I wanted. Then the insole started to wear down and wear out. The outsides looked good, but the insides were worn flat, to the point of holes in both heels. I put a pair of aftermarket insoles in them, but for $100, I was disappointed in their longevity.

Comfortable shoe but cheap soles only lasted 9 months before cracking at the ball of the foot. They are not repairable.

The shoes fits well and is very comfortable. But the soles split in the middle on both shoes after just a little wear. This is enough to make me not want to buy any more shoes with rubber soles. In fact, I'm suspicious of any rubber now, so the experience has been very negative.
