LOVE this design. It’s my second pair of Alegria. I’m an RN and on my feet all day. My feet and legs don’t hurt after a long day at work. Well worth the money.

These shoes felt great the minute I put them on! They feel loke they are made just for my feet. The leather is beautiful, love the rosette details. I work in a restaurant and these are perfect! 100% would buy these again and highly recommend.

I have a severe problem with second toe and metatarsal -- also plantar fasciitis.. Have tried at least a dozen different shoes...THESE SHOES ARE PERFECT right out of the box. Wore them for a whole day without pain. The rocker bottom helps with metatarsal pain. Podiatrist said get a shoe with stiff platform and rocker bottom --- Also this is very cute which I didn’t expect. Am going to try another Alegria style. Zappos great because they have provided easy way to find perfect shoe for difficult feet.

Who doesn’t love sugar skulls, had issues with first pair zappo replaced immediately. Second ones were perfect. Great customer service!

Big in the heel. I have been wearing Palomas for some time and I love them. I am a nurse and on my feet and need good arch support and traction. I also need to be ready to sprint if a bed alarm goes off. I used to wear Dansko/Sanita and the felt tippy and I couldn’t go very fast in them and at the end of the day my back ached. I thought I would try these vs. Paloma because I wanted something to cover the top of my feet. I also always wish I could tighten my Paloma’s a bit more but the Velcro just isn’t long enough. These new shoes have the same insole and bottoms (great) but the heel slips, kind of like a Dansko, but unlike Dansko it seems to grab my sock and pull it down a bit. I’ve tried different sock and found some that do ok but overall they just don’t feel as secure on my feet as I would like. Additionally, Algeria has weird sizing. I’m a 9.5 or a 10 (41 in most shoes) if there are no half sizes. Palomas I wear a 40 and it’s pretty perfect. These are 40 and are quite loose. I will keep these because it took me wearing them to work to know I didn’t like the heel slip. I’ve already gone back to wearing my Palomas. They are nice shoes and what you would expect from Algeria but a bit too floppy for me.

These were very comfortable shoes in terms of arch support and weren't dissimilar to my Dansko's. But the size was a bit tight. I'm usually a 39, but I'm returning these and ordering a 40.

So I don't have any foot issues and I'm in my 20s... BUT, I am on my feet all day at work, and I trust the vets who I work with who tell me that I need to take of my feet and back. They've also recommended Alegrias and let me tell you... They are super comfortable! They actually fit my narrow foot unlike the other brands of clogs I've tried. I love that they are so sturdy and well-made... That way, I can get years of use out of them unlike the sneakers I would wear out within 6 months (no joke!). I also love the mild rocker bottom design that encourages better posture, which in turn helps my back too. I will be investing in Alegrias for many years to come!

Based on the look and style of these shoes, which I love - and the fantastic reviews, even from people with foot problems and injuries, I ordered 3 pairs of these as I currently have an issue with my foot. I am having trouble with any shoes that I try to put on. However, The style of the toe box pointing upwards was very painful with my current situation so unfortunately, I had to send all 3 of them back. Maybe when and if my current condition with my injury ever goes away, i can try these cute looking shoes again...I might try a different style of the Alegria shoes...right now, they did not work for me...which made me sad because, I was hoping they would be the miracle shoes that I need right now.

The fit was perfect but the shoe color that I received was not what I ordered. I contacted customer service on a Friday evening. I hardly waited five minutes before someone answered the phone to take care of the return for me. Extremely pleased with customer service!

I returned my pair because I felt the toe area was way too wide and when I walked my foot felt like it was sliding lower to outside arch of the shoe. I guess that's great if you walk on the outside of your feet. I loved the print.

LOVE these! I now own them in two versions (Sugars Skulls & Treasure, and I hope to buy Embossed Rose some day). The stiff, rounded sole is perfect for me right now as I have a metatarsal injury which makes it impossible for me to wear shoes with soft or flexible soles. I should add that I believe these would be comfortable no matter what -- they just happen to fit the bill perfectly right now as I heal. The rounded sole is the first I have ever worn and I like it so much that I want to try other shoes with this design. It really does feel like you're propelled forward, that walking is easier and your gait more efficient. The Sugar Skulls are my house shoes and so I can't report on the rubbing-off issues that others have reported. Mine still look pristine. My only quibble is a personal one, really: I don't like to wear socks or stockings, and yet these shoes do sort of demand them. My feet start to feel like they're glued to my shoes after awhile - as if this leather doesn't breathe as well as other shoes I own - and I have to remove the shoes to air them out. A note on size: I wear a women's 9.5 in pretty much everything, but in the Alegria Debra that translates into Euro size 40 rather than 39.

The Alegria Debra Professional are my new favorite shoes! They're super comfortable and the thick sole projects my feet. (I have a healing broken toe and can't wear overly flexible soles at all.) The curved sole makes walking feel easier - in fact, very comfortable for both walking and standing (cooking). I got the Treasure style first and basically loved them so much - but want to save them for dressier occasions - that I bought the Sugar Skulls to wear around the house, specially while sewing (working the treadle). I normally wear a true size 9 1/2 in all shoes but Converse (9). I tried the Alegria Debras in size 39 and found them to be decidedly too tight. I have narrow heels but wide feet across the top and the shape and fit of these is just perfect in the 40.

Super comfortable for my very flat , wide feet. I just couldn’t get past the awkward look of them on my feet. Very cloggy and bulky looking.

I now have two pair of the Debra Professional shoes. I'm on my feet all day and they are the absolute best shoes ever. So comfortable and stylish too. I plan on purchasing more!

Great for work as I’m on my feet all day long.

I have three pairs of Alegria Debra Professional shoes. I take a 10 1/2 reg W shoe and 41 reg W. in Alegria. They are very comfortable the back support is great. I have an arthritic back plus scoliosis and these shoes straighten up my back as soon as I put them on. Amazing! Thank you Alegria. Have 6 pairs of Alegria shoes now. Worth every penny. I could also recommend Paloma, Dayna and Jenna for excellent back support.

I thought this shoe was great. I found it is a horrible shoe and I've worn them twice. I twisted my foot because this shoe is wide and uncomfortable.

I must be a sucker for punishment. Ive ordered a size 40 from another site, in the Algeria professional series and they were too big. My toes kept sliding into the front of shoe. I ended up giving those to my daughter. I then bought a 39W on Zappos, same issue, same pain. These shoes are obviously not for me. I normally wear an 8.5 to a 9, this brand is not for me, I wanted to like them but in the 39 and 49 sizing, I took an extra pair of shoes in anticipation of having to remove the shoe sometime throughout my shift and each time, I did. I also ended up giving these 39W to my daughter who is overjoyed with them.

The white pair of 36 fit great but the black pair (same shoe size - only difference being color) was too big. I’m returning the black and ordering a size down.

I usually wear a 7-7.5, and that was what I ordered. However, the shoes definitely run small. I am still able to wear it but the top cuts into the back of my right foot. I think the 8-8.5 would be too big, so I am going to keep the shoes, and hopefully they will stretch a little. The pattern is super cute (I got the sugar skull), and got lots of compliments. Arch support is amazing, and align hips and back as well. It really helped since I stand on my feet a lot for long periods of time. Great shoes if not for the awkward sizing for me.

Orig bought size 11, too big....returned got size 10-1/2, no problem, quickly solved-next day delivery. They certainly help my feet so I can walk without a cane, yet I find them really heavy. Can't wait to get home and put on slippers (with arch support). I usually wear 10 in sandals, and 10-1/2 in shoes (problem is, stores do not carry 10-1/2!). I don't mind the clunky style...matches my jeans and black pants. Excellent service.

These are a bit big and clunky. I probably ordered a size to small, but otherwise they felt like they would be truly comfortable. I'll have to think about whether to order the next size up and live with the clunky. I'm having a hard time with this year's styles ...
