Second round... Black Glitter. I bought the Best Friend (cats) in the 38. Normally wear a 8.5-9 US. I went up to the 39 and pared back on the pattern. It might be too busy to wear even as a professor of business! Anyhow, this size fits, and it's a great shoe. Sadly, like others, there is not rolled top edge that keeps the leather and patent material from digging into the back of my heel. :-( Bummer. So, I am wearing my regular work out socks under a pair of trouser socks to get these broken in. I am sure that the will be great after the break in, but for now....ow. I am still going to rate these a 5 overall though because I have 2-fives, and 1-four! Oh, I have Superfeet orthotics inserted in my Cross-trainers while I await my right hip replacement surgery. The support in the Paloma is moderate at best when compared to the orthotic. It'd probably be excellent if I wasn't off kilter to begin with. I am 55, 5'7", about 14o pounds and I teach Business. Just for perspective.

I love these shoes! I am on my feet all day, and I have planter fasciitis, so my feet really hurt at the end of the day. These shoes are so comfortable! My feet feel better after wearing them. They are so cute too! The only hard part is trying to decide on which pair I will buy next.

Loved this shoe in sparkly red on the website. Loved it even more on my feet. I feel like dancing!!! No more foot pain. Usually wear size 39 in summer with no socks or light stockings. Usually wear size 40 in winter with heavy wool socks. This size 40 feels like a tight size 39, but I loved it too much to send it back so am reordering a size larger in another color. Advice: go up a size b4 purchasing.

I love, love, love these shoes! I have since purchased two more pair in different colors. I have high arches that have fallen and recently suffered stress fracture that is taking forever to heal. These shoes are one of the few that I can wear that don't cause pain. I can't say enough good things about this shoes. Try them, I am sure you will like them.

I bought these because of all the plantar fascitiis reviews. And they were right, these are the most wonderfully comfortable and energizing "work" shoes you could imagine. I was wearing running shoes to work, and am happy to be past that stage.

I really like my new Alegrias and get admiring questions about them too. Very comfortable, cushioning, and easy to walk in as well as attractive.

Wonderfully supportive shoe. Very good arch support, and the band does not cut into my instep. I want one in every color!

These are one of the most comfortable pair of shoes I have ever had.

This is my third pair of this brand of shoe. I continue to be delighted with the styling, comfort and durability. I have wide feet and walk a lot and have loved these shoes from day one. Please note, for the two other pairs, I bought wides, which really work best for me. For this pair I bought regular width because I just couldn't resist the awesome color and it wasn't available in wide. There is a difference, but with thin socks I'm fine so if you have very narrow feet, these aren't for you.

Click click, Toto and I are finally back in Kansas! Well not really, but wearing my new Palomas is just as much fun anywhere, as skipping along the yellow brick road with Scarecrow and the gang. Heck, even more awesome than seeing that old trickster, the Grand Wizard of Oz. I'm making serious tracks wearing these absolutely incredible shoes. I caught Toto trying them on and had to draw the line when he insisted in wearing them to Auntie Em's tea party! Seriously, a gazillion friends ( and even unmet friends ) have stared at these ruby wonders before asking me if they might be available in THEIR size)! I've spread the message that all they only have to wave the magic wand and presto, they'll find themselves right at the friendly Zappos website. Can you tell I love these shoes so much that I almost don't want to take them off at bedtime? Well, I know, Mary Jane Palomas might be a little awkward for a good night's sleep, but for hoppin', skippin', and gettin' stuff done during the day, these can't be beat. Honestly, the quality and comfort are appreciated by one who still has a lot of the above left to do. So, your name doesn't have to be Dorothy to enjoy these magic shoes, but just keep them away from your own Toto! And thanks, Zappos for being one of my BFFs!

LOVE these shoes. Incredibly cute and the arch support medium in my opinion and foot bed is nice and soft. Heel of shoe is a bit stiff, but I don't mind. my toe touches end and it is a bit snug at my big toe knuckle (slight bunion) I have to return these for half size larger so I have wiggle room. I usually wear 9.5 in dress shoes and 10 in athletic shoes. I need a 10 in these (or 40). Definitely placing a reorder. I want these shoes. I need arch support and no heel and love the color/pattern.

I absolutely adore these shoes. They are super comfortable and feel great with socks, tights and with bare feet. I am a leggins and long dress/shirt and skirt kind of gal and they fit perfectly with all of my outfits. I receive close to 3 compliments a day when I wear them and I always share the brand and recommend them to friends and strangers! You should know that they may run large. I am a US size 7 and had originally purchased a size 37 and had to exchange them for a size 36 (6-6.5). You will love the look and appreciate the comfort, heel and fashionable versatility.

I love these shoes. They are very comfortable, perfect for my wide feet with very high instep. I also ordered them in black but they were too tight. (Go figure!) So I returned them. I am 71 and they are an unusual fun fashion statement.

I had bi-lateral TKR last year and needed shoes with good support and cushion for working my retail job. I walk and stand on concrete 6-8 hours a day and double-cushioned "good" tennis shoes were not giving me what I needed. These have given me the support and cushion I needed without added help from Dr. Scholls! I will be ordering more Alegria shoes from Zappos, wonderfully quick, courteous service!

I bought a pair of these in a different pattern. Because of the size I got, even with socks, I wear a 7-8 rather than an 8-9. They are comfortable with good support and padding. They hold up well, too. I have worn them as the weather turned to fall and my feet were warmer than the rest of me.

I'm new to this shoe. I have very wide feet, high arches and high instep. It feels good, fits well, and I am ordering some other colors. Glad to finally get some fun shoes!

These shoes are super cute. Please note that the picture makes these shoes look more black than they are. They are a dark grey. Also I wear a 8.5 and bought the 8-8.5 and they fit perfectly.

Fits perfectly. Very comfortable shoes. I get a lot of compliments from women and men alike. I'm a nurse and these shoes are perfect for all the walking I do.

The Alegria Brand is by far the best shoes I have invested in for work. I am a nurse, spend most of the day up and walking, they are great. I have 3 pair, my patient always comment that they like my shoes and can't wait to see what pair I will wear next! The shoes do have make a squeaking noise after wearing them for a couple of times, but I just take the insole out and apply lotion between the two, and the squeak is gone!

Love them, just know the squeak after about a week of wearing them, just take the sole our and apply a lotion and it will stop I love these shoes I have 3 pair

Super cute and oh so comfy. I wear a 9 to 9 1/2 and a 40 fits perfect. I've always worn Danskos but I think I've made the switch!

Perfect. I have 5 pairs of these in different colors. Planning to buy more colors. I work long hours and always on my feet. It's worth it.

These shoes are absolutely adorable. The fit is perfect. I love them so much I'm going to reorder them in the black patent leather.

The most comfortable shoes I've ever worn! And so cute and feminine! I have a condition called hallux rigidus in my big toe joint and these shoes are the only ones that don't hurt. I'll be ordering more colors for sure!
