I really like this shoe. They look stylish, and I enjoy wearing them when I run or lift at the gym. It is nice that they are light weight.

I have several coworkers who raved about these shoes, so I decided to give them a try. I've worn them to work for a few days now and they're very comfortable. They also do a great job of breaking me of my heel-strike habit. I can't wait to run with these, but I'll have to wait for warmer weather.

Really pleased with Zappos. I purchased these shoes as a gift and they were too small so I called in to get another pair to be delivered and Zappos was so good. Sent out the new shoes even before they got the return. Really appreciated it. Thanks.

I love these shoes. They are clearly minimal, but provide enough protection to run trails (my five fingers didn't as I could feel every stone in them) even in the winter. For those of you who have thin feet and heels, these shoes actually fit and no need to order a smaller or narrow size. I will definitely be ordering more.

Super comfortable shoe. I'd been wearing orthotics in stiff walking shoes for 20 years until a body worker recommended these. I love them! They don't exactly feel like I'm walking barefoot, but they're the next best thing. My feet are big so they're a little homely-looking on me, hence the 4 stars on style.

I bought these for my wife and she loves them and rates them excellent. They are now her to-go-to shoes.

Love the way these look and feel! Do go to Merrell's website and watch the short videos about barefoot running, and make sure you really ease in to these. I am training for a full marathon in these and they have alleviated a lot of the joint pain I had been experiencing.

These shoes are fantastic. I wore them on a 15 day trip every day and my feet were so happy.

Awesome color and so far they are great for running. They definitely work your legs, especially the calves. I did order a half size smaller than most of my running sneakers and that worked perfectly.

Great shoe. Runs long and narrow. Fit is great. Ordered 1/2 size smaller than normal. Would order again in another size.

I purchased these for a bike trip. I was looking for a shoe that wouldn't weigh a ton as I was packing for a two week trip. I really like them. I see other reviewers felt they ran a little large but mine seemed true to size. The toe box is very roomy which is great, very comfortable. Not a lot of support but don't really need that on a bike.

These shoes are such a perfect alternative to bulky athletic shoes. I have been feeling burdened and dragged down by a pair of New Balance running shoes that I have owned for about 2 years. These Merrell's are lighter, more flexible, breathe better and are cuter, too. I wear them for long walks, hiking, and running, and then I clean them up and wear them with a pair of jeans around town. So versatile and super comfortable!

I love these shoes. Just bought them and wore them for 3 days straight at a trade show -- perfect! No complaints. So comfortable.

My new favorite shoe! These fit super right out of the box. They immediately conform to your foot, but are really lightweight. The color is really hip and I think they are pretty easy to get on and off. If I had to make one negative remark, it's that my foot tends to get a little sweaty in there, but honestly, I feel like it's a small price to pay for the amount of comfort you are getting out of this shoe.

First off, I love the colors Merrell has chosen for this series: neutral with a pop of something zippy (I have the grey with lime trim, so cool). Now, these are waterproof for sure which also makes them a little too warm for summer heat. They will be great winter runners and I may wear them around a bit just for fun (loving that lime). They are a bit stiff and sticky (the bottoms) in the sole; I prefer a very lightweight running shoe and prefer the Pace over the Lithe for "minimal running". These feel more like a hiker. I wear an 11 and these seem to fit pretty true; at first I thought I might size down to the 10.5 but then realized these are perfect as I get moving. So, if you are looking for a lightweight cold weather shoe, I highly recommend these but will have to get into cold and wet first to see how they feel when running.

I purchased these to use on my treadmill. Very different feel to a regular running shoe and a much more snug fit - however after a few sessions I am really beginning to appreciate how they feel when I walk/run. Plus they look fabulous. Tempted to buy a second pair as regular running shoes feel clunky now.

I loved the sole, definitely great feel of the terrain. 0mm drop from forefoot to heel ensures an excellent midfoot strike. Shoes look great. I am a 7.5 shoe size. Narrow feet. Surprised to find that the shoe runs a bit small. Ordered a half size up and eager to try it out.

These run narrower than the Merrell Pace Glove. I have been wearing the Pace Glove in a 6½ in the regular width for all my physical activities and they fit perfectly, but I wanted something with less mesh for walking my dog in cold weather. I really like the look of these in the orange/pink bright colors, but they were too narrow in both my regular 6½ and in a 7. Other than that, if you do not have borderline wide feet, I highly recommend them. The materials feel great, the styling looks good, and they have that great minimalist feel.

I'm a minimalist/barefoot runner and I bought these because I deal with a lot of cold wet slushy stuff for about 5 months of the year and was looking for something to protect me from the elements while preserving a barefoot style and feel. My feet are quite narrow, so the narrow last fit me just fine. I find the shoes quite comfortable, either with or without socks. I appreciate the zero drop (i.e. no heel rise). The styling is awesome. My kids aren't even embarrassed to be seen with me in public when I'm wearing these. My one beef is with the sole. It's thin but fairly rigid and lacks the degree of ground feel I've come to enjoy in my other minimalist footwear. The Vibram material is sticky on man-made surfaces and packed trails but lacks the lugs that would make it bite into loose-packed trails and (more importantly to me) on packed snow and snow-ice mixtures.

I was looking for a walking (running) shoe that would allow my foot to feel natural--where my toes aren't smashed together and my foot is allowed to move as if I was barefoot. I've tried all kinds of shoes and these feel the best. They are a tiny bit narrower than I'd like, but I compensate by not lacing them so tight. I do have to wear thinner socks with these or they won't fit, though they work fine without socks. I wish there were a lighter color (ivory or white) available in this model.

I bought these shoes along with the Pace glove, and of the two these just didn't work for me. The heavier fabric made the extra space at the front of the shoe feel bulky and strange to walk around in. If you're specifically looking for a water-resistant, cold weather barefoot shoe, though, I can absolutely see this being the answer!

I wear a "B" width and found this shoe runs narrow for my foot. Otherwise, good looking, comfortable shoe.

If you have heel pain, unstable heel, these are not recommended. Seemed to run about half size large. I would avoid these if you have any significant foot problems. They are stylish though!

While these are attractive for 'barefoot' shoes - I would not consider them to actually provide a 'barefoot' fit. There should be enough room for toes to spread and there is not. No way I can wear this without my foot/ankle pain. Returning because of cramped toes - the reason I switched to Vibrams to begin with, and I was looking for an alternative to them to wear in the winter and daily.
