I really wanted to love these shoes. I read all the happy reviews and I wish I was as happy. They felt like they would be so comfortable if my feet wouldn't keep slipping out. I am normally a size 8 1/2. I had to exchange them for a a size 8 and the size 8 is also slipping off my feet. At this point, I will not exchange them again, as I have NEVER worn a size 7 1/2 and I'm not convinced they wouldn't continue to slip off as I walk, causing me to walk funny. I think they might not be high enough on the ankle part to keep for slipping. It's too bad. :(

These are better fitting than the lower-heeled Juliet, but the leather is hard, like wood. The style is lovely but not as stable as the Juliet. Rockport, please make these two styles in softer leather that will not cut into feet. Make them slightly wider and a little less heavy (not all heels with platforms feel this heavy).

I wanted so much to love these heels. I have a couple pair of Rockport boots which I love and are so comfortable. I have to say, these are the least comfortable heels I've ever worn. I attempted to wear them to work and had to change out of them after just over an hour. I had blisters on the tops of my toes. Very strange. I wear heels to work every day. Beautiful shoe but not so beautiful fit. They went back. Thanks Zappos!

I do not know about the arch support or anything else because I could not get these on my feet. I wear and ordered a 7½. There was no way that I could even get my feet in the shoes at all and I also have narrow feet. I also have to say that in person, these shoes look a bit trampy. Too bad, because it is hard to find sexy comfortable heels. Sadly, these are not the answer.

I love these pumps. However, the pair I received is defective. The cushioning is absolutely perfect and very cushiony on the right foot, but on the left shoe it is sewn in in the wrong place. After wearing them twice, with my left foot totally hurting by the end of a couple of hours, I placed them next to one another on the table and can see exactly what happened! I am so sad that Zappos doesn't have another pair in my size! Sadly, I need to send them back.

Returned these because the color was very odd (not quite white and not quite beige) and the fit was uncomfortable.

Terrible fit, at least a half size larger than normal, big and clunky on the foot, stiff leather.
