Very comfortable pump, fits like a glove; I tried several styles / brands but this is it! I wish it did not have the little metal dot but I'll see what I can do to remove it.

Beautiful shoe. Not as comfortable as I thought it would be. The arch angle was still pretty sharp even with the platform, and the toe box area (while wide enough)was stiff, tight and unforgiving. I ordered the 9W and it fit true to size.

These shoes are so comfortable. What a pleasant surprise. It's also true to size. I would recommend this shoe to anyone.

I absolutely love these shoes! I ordered them in the nude, and have been looking for wide platform heels in that color for a very long time. The chunkier platform is great, very stylish and comfortable. My feet are very wide, and these fit great! These are definitely recommend!

Fabulous shoe and very comfortable. A little high for me to wear to the office as I do a bit of walking but they are beautiful!

Beautiful color - goes with light or dark clothing. Construction up to Rockport standards. I was hoping these would not aggravate my Morton's neuroma (as they have a platform, minimizing the pitch of the heel) but no such luck. They are tolerable for an hour or two but not a good shoe for work or for walking any distance. However, they are still better than most heels and I will keep them for special occasion wear.

I ordered the shoe in a 10W, after reading reviews that it ran about a half size too long. My right foot is slightly longer than the left, and I have very tender feet,since I don't wear heels much. After I placed a Dr. Scholl's ball of foot gel insert (for slippage, not for comfort), my left heel stayed in fine, and my right big toe had a touch more wiggle room. All that said, after 2 times wearing them (once to work and once to church), I found these shoes to be comfortable enough to wear all day at work. Something I have never been able to do in a heel this high before now! The platform really makes a difference. I give them an overall 4.5! The only negative I found in this shoe is the plastic heel tip, which tends to slip on the floors if I don't step correctly. But I learned from another Zappos reviewer that I can have that replaced with a rubber one. Zappos is awesome! On the days, I'm not feeling the "exposed platform" look, I where them with my black dress pants, and they look professional and modern. I so appreciate the comments of others which helped tremendously in my purchasing decision.

I love these shoes! I've been looking for a comfortable pump and have found it. All day comfort and style. Rockport hit the mark with this shoe.

I am a size 10M. If you are a standard medium width, go to the wide. These are narrow! The medium was painful and I tried an 11M (!) but it was still too painful. The 10W fit although needed some initial break in at the widest part of the foot. They are extremely comfortable once broken in and I get a lot of compliments on them. Love the natural color. I wear them daily and the footbed is starting to come out. Still fine though. I've since ordered in the black and am dreading the break-in period but know it will be worth it.

These are deceptively high. Although, if you are looking for something super high that is well made, this is your shoe. It's probably the most well made platform shoe I've tried.

These are beautiful shoes. The footbed is very comfy and nice arch support. Only problem is they are extremely stiff. They don't bend due to the location of the platform. This makes walking a bit of a problem. If you plan on just sitting or standing, these babies are for you. If you do some waking then pass them up. Go with Clark's Wessex or Tempapeal.

I ordered these in a 7W and they were very true to size. The Adidas insole is so comfortable. And with the platform, the height is not a problem. I love these shoes. They are my new go-to high heels (which I hardly wear anymore due to pain). These did not hurt a bit. However, the reasons I did not give these five stars are as follows: They do slip a little in the heel. The first time I wore them, they wore the skin right off my heal in about an hour. They did break in, though, and the second and subsequent times I wore them, I had no pain even after six hours. The only other knock on them is the color/style. I wish the nude were a bit nuder and a bit less off-white. And I wish the toe were slightly more pointed. That would make them sexy. Overall though, amazing shoe! I can wear heels again!

I ordered the black smooth calf in 5.5W. In person, the shoes look chunky and not as stylish as they look online. They also felt about half a size larger and weren't as comfortable as I had hoped they would be. The width was OK, it's just that one area of the shoe near the toe box kept on pinching me and it was quite painful. I will be returning the shoes.

Very comfortable work shoe. I wear black pumps almost every day and these are great! They seem to run a smidge big, but not quite enough to get the 1/2 smaller size. I just need to purchase some heel inserts to avoid slipping a little. Overall, very happy with this purchase.

I can't believe that a high platform shoe like this can actually be comfortable. But these are great. I was able to wear them all day the first day I got them. I'm 44 and have stayed away from this brand because they were "old lady" shoes in my mind. These are definitely not "old lady" shoes. They are stylish and sexy. And because of the way they feel I think I'm going to become a Rockport convert! Good choice if you are looking for a fashionable pump that you can actually wear.

Love these shoes! I don't wear high heels often, so most hurt my feet,these are no exception. I ordered my normal size and should have returned for a half size larger but I didn't so hopefully they will give a little and be OK. I do love the look of the shoe and they are very easy to walk in for the heel height.

Love! Great shoes! Very comfortable, good quality. I am usually a 5.5, but I know I need a half size bigger with rockport so I got a 6.

Disappointing. I ordered a wide size and it's not very wide in the ball of the foot. I don't even have an particularly wide foot - I usually wear regular width shoes. The insole is very nice and comfortable. Excellent arch support, which is not easily found in a heel. These are well-made shoes. However, they look a little cartoonish in person due to the rounded toe. They're too dowdy to wear with a cocktail dress or for a night out. That, combined with the width issue, is preventing me from keeping them.

I am quite happy with my purchase. I normally wear 7-7 1/2 and tried both sizes and needed the 7 1/2. Being that my feet are already narrow, I would say these fit a little on the smaller side. Overall it's a great balance between comfort and style. These have a very sexy slim high heel at the same time provide nice soft cushioning inside. Best of both worlds!

These are absolutely beautiful shoes. I wear a wide width so these were a great find. I think they are quite comfortable for 4" heels. The padding is nice, the instep correct and the leather is luscious! However, the complaints about the width of the heel being too wide are legit. It's just a bit too wide in the heel and I can see it might stretch out to the point where it could become an annoying slip. I was going to try ordering a size smaller, but read the reviews from others who tried that and found the smaller size was too small in the toe box. As it turned out, the half size smaller was out of stock so I couldn't even try it. Maybe there's a reasonable, after-market way to tighten up the heel a bit? I'll check it out and post an update if I figure it out. For now, I'll keep them, try them on from time to time to see how they feel for short intervals around the house. They were too pretty to part with until I see what options might solve this possibly minor problem with the heel. As for being able to wear them for an entire day as one reviewer put it, she had yet to finish the day in them, I wouldn't expect these to provide hours and hours of comfortable wear especially if you stand a great deal of the time. I'm in my late 50's and 4" heels seem more suited to dressy occasions, like an evening out or an important business meeting or presentation. A lower heel is a better choice for me personally when it comes to everyday office apparel. Fitzwell "Mary" is a comfortable everyday shoe with a moderate heel. These pretty Rockports are a nice upgrade in the right circumstances.

Super cute shoes, but they don't fit! They actually have arch support! I got 7.5W but they are definitely not wide. I may get them in an 8...but I think then they will be too long and have a gap in the back of the ankle, which isn't attractive and makes it hard to walk in them.

Really adorable shoes. I really wanted to like these But neither the 7.5 or 8 fit. I usually wear a 7.5 with no problem but the toe on this was so tight I ordered the 8 with high hopes. Too bad - it's tight as well. I love Zappos - I can return both with no problem. I'll keep shopping.

These shoes are beautiful, high quality, and has an extremely comfortable footbed, not just for heels but for any shoe. But, the rim around the top of the shoes is so hard and makes the shoes very painful to walk in. I went to a W as someone esle recommended but still the same issue with very loose heels in the back. I wanted these to work in the worst way. I have a high profile, active job and I have tried at least 10 heels this year. These would have been amazing shoes with a softer rim and narrower heels.
