Love this! Instantly comfortable - I have a high instep and this is perfect. The toe box is wide enough but the shoe doesn't look clunky at all like some clogs do. I have worn Danskos forever, but the past couple of years I have thought the sizing was off. Not so with this - it fits true to size. I wear a 7 and ordered the 37 - a perfect fit. The grey is a true grey - not cocoa colored as pictured.

I bought these shoes against my will. I am a fashionable 30-something who is willing to sacrifice comfort for style. I have a closet full of adorable flats and paralyzing sciatic pain in my left leg. I have spent so much money on comfortable, fashionable flats that leave me with debilitating pain. On a recent trip to Vegas, I went to a shoe store and purchased these flats. It was as though a weight was lifted off that nerve and I had instant relief. That was a month ago. I have been wearing these flats (and another pair of Danskos) since my trip. I am a teacher and am on my feet all day. Usually my days would end with me hobbling home hunched over with sciatic pain so terrible I would be nearly in tears. Not any more. Thanks to these shoes, walking is no longer a pain and my sciatica is all but gone. I rock these with a pair of leggings or rolled jeans. I have received compliments both times. I'm a happy customer.

Finally some fairly dressy shoes that I can actually wear my orthotics in! I have to have custom orthotics, and even though some other dressy shoes have removable footbeds, my orthotics will not fit in there. These shoes look great with both pants and skirts/dresses, and I now have them in both brown and black.

I love these shoes! They are roomy in the toe box so I can actually wiggle my toes, have excellent arch support, and they look great too. Feet are not tired or sore at all at the end of a long day. I normally wear an 8.5 and either a B or C width. I have a high arch and wide front part of foot. I purchased a size 39 and the fit is excellent. The black suede makes the shoe look dressier and smaller and it feels so soft and adds to the comfort. Also, the color did not bleed onto my socks as some other black suede shoes have done in the past. The elastic gores make the fit perfect without being too tight over my high instep. I am an RN currently doing desk work and wore Danskos for years when I was on my feet all day in the hospital setting. My MD daughter in law and chef son also wear them. As usual, Zappos service was excellent and I received the shoes in a very short time.

I have been a Dansko loyalist ever since my podiatrist recommended them to halt the progress of an incipient bunion. I have not had any problems since wearing only Danskos. I had two pair of Juliet style (regretfully discontinued) that finally was beginning to show wear after 5 years. I have a high arch and a bony bump on one instep, and most shoes are too tight across the top. The Arden is very comfortable and goes on easily. Sometimes when I walk through shoe depts. and see all the blingy styles that are out there, I wish I could wear some "fun” shoes--but I walk pain free, and that is more important.

Beautiful material (black suede). Look great with pants and dresses.

These shoes worked really well for me because of the elastic features running across the top of the shoe. My feet seem to be very sensitive to continued pressure on the top of my foot.

It took five tries to find the perfect shoe and I found it with this one! I have a high arch and wanted a shoe that I could wear all day at work with comfort. I have had Danskos in the past and they last forever... worth the extra money! Happy customer.

These shoes are very comfortable. I have a high instep and cannot wear the "professional" style. The soft leather and elastic insert make these the perfect alternative. I am on my feet and walking all night at work but my feet never hurt as long as I wear these shoes. I wear them with a uniform at work but they are stylish enough to wear out with jeans.

Very comfortable and look great with slacks or jeans. I had a foot injury and my foot was slightly swollen. The elastic on top of this clog accommodated my swollen foot with no pain. Nice get around, everyday shoe.

This shoe is a God send. I have been wearing Dansko clogs and sandals for years and my post pregnancy back aches disappeared. Now my aging feet are changing and clogs are making my feet fall asleep and tingle. I tried this shoe and it's perfect. It is a bit less steep than the clogs and has more toe room in front and is ever so soft. I wore them all day to my new job and they were great. I am checking to see what colors they come in. These have the more traditional heel and do not slide up and down like the clogs but are better for my new (old) feet. Yea!

Dansko, what can I say? I love these shoes! Other brands often leave me feeling, at the end of the day, like all I want to do is get home and take my shoes off. Not so the Dansko Arden! I'd happily leave these on even after I get home -- if they went with my evening outfit.

Great shoes! They're my favorite work shoes now. I can't wear many of the Dansko's since I feel like I'm sliding around in them too much (I know that's how they're supposed to fit, but it bugs me too much!), but I really do love these shoes!

These shoes are so comfortable. I bought them in black, and I liked them so much I ordered them in brown. My Mom also has two pairs. These are my first Danskos. They feel 'looser' than most fitted shoes. They feel more like clogs when you first wear them.They're very easy to get used to. The shoes are well made, (my Podiatrist was very happy with them!), comfortable, and I think they look good. I highly recommend the Dansko Arden.

These are a joy to wear. Great with pants at work, or with jeans for casual wear. I have a wide foot and these are super comfortable.

Like! Very comfortable to walk in and cushy insoles with signature spring step sole design.

This is a softer Dansko. Even with hardly any arch it's still comfy for my flat feet.

Wow, these shoes fit like a dream! I've worn the professional clogs for work, but the base of these feel much lighter than the typical Dansko clog. Should be great for wearing all day around the city. And I love the style, they'll look nice with jeans, pants, and also a skirt and tights. Will definitely be my go-to shoes for this fall/winter.

These are amazing shoes - comfortable, light and quiet. A little rub on my left heel - but I have a larger foot on the left side. These are great looking clogs. Love them.

Sleek, simple, ultra comfortable contemporary shoe. No break-in required. I did place an air pillow insole under the Dansko insole to "snug up" the fit. I now own this shoe in two colors.

This style looks great with dress slacks at the office. However, the pointed toes were a bit too short/snug. I am disappointed to send them back.

I have been purchasing Dansko shoes for the past 6 years and have 7 or 8 pairs. I really love them. I stand on my feet all day and wanted a pair as comfortable for standing as the professionals are...this shoe is it! They are so incredibly comfortable.

I usually wear the Dansko Professionals but wanted a slight change so I had a choice. These shoes have the same great arch support and I could instantly wear them all day long from the beginning. The 'walls' of the shoe do seem to be thinner/cheaper feeling than the Professional, which surprised me since they actually cost a little more. In the Professional I wear a 38 - a 37 might have been the perfect size for me in this style but I kept the 38's and it's fine. I like the look of them very very much. A nice change in look from the Professional. Overall happy with them.
