Customer Reviews New Balance Classics WL501

I purchased these in black/shell (sort of a white/black/pink confetti design). The style was not as impressive in person, and the fit not very comfortable for my feet.

I bought this same shoe a couple years ago. Same size, same SKU# 7805582, but this time the shoe is too big and the color is a darker gray. I don't mind the darker color because it won't show dirt as much, but I've got to return them on the size and hope they have a 9.5 and that it won't be too small. Gotta love the free 2-way shipping!

Good-looking shoe. Minimal cushioning, and very little arch support. I would have dealt with these issues by using Orthotics. But the 10 (which usually fits for me) is too small and the 11 is enormous. Come on shoe manufacturers, step up and start offering more women's shoes in 10.5.

These were so dang cute, and I really tried to make them work, but they were narrow. Even after I loosened the laces and tried to walk around the house with them, they still hurt. :( Too bad, because they're so simple and perfect for running around doing errands and such.

I love the color of this shoe and it is comfortable. Unfortunately, it creases at the toe. Very disappointing so it's going back.

I love this sneaker and New Balance is my "go to" shoe for working long days on my feet over 10 hours a day. This shoe is definitely not "navy" in color but more of a purple. Though a good shoe, I wanted "navy" and not purple so I will be sending them back. A bit disappointed because I would have loved this shoe in navy blue!

They're so hot to wear! No ventilation holes on the side and air just doesn't get through the mesh part. Which is such a shame because I'm in love with the way the look.

The lack of arch support was disappointing. The insole felt cheap and thin. They felt really wide to me.

These shoes were too small even though they were marked size 12, I believe they are really size 11/11½. I ordered two other pairs of WL501s at size 12 and they fit fine. Too bad because I love the colors!
