I've never been a New Balance fan solely based on aesthetics, but a friend told me to try the classics for the comfort and support I was looking for. So happy to find a sneaker that completely hugs my foot securely and feels so great! The color is fabulous. I've already received lots of compliments on these. I'll definitely be looking for more color variations in this style. Runs small. Generally wear an 8 1/2, but I ordered the 9 because it was the last pair and 9 sometimes works for me with brands that run small. It definitely fits like an 8 1/2, so size up 1/2 size.

I ordered this pair on Tuesday and it arrived Friday. I love the way they look and fit! It is cushioned just right. I normally wear a size 9 and ordered the same size. It fits like a dream. My feet are about 3.5 inches wide and I ordered an M and it fits perfectly! I love the color. The contrast of white and grey looks really sharp. I used to own a pair of New Balance back in college and wore them a lot. I reckon I will be doing the same with this pair. They offer more support than my chucks and that was what I was looking for.

Love! Color is true to picture, a vibrant cobalt blue with a greeny turquoise. Comfortable out of the box and true to size! (10 w for me). They are definitely sneakers, but so much cuter for running around town than traditional trainers.

Comfy, love how they look. I wear an 8 usually but bought an 8 1/2 because my feet are wide and I didn't want them to be tight on the top. I probably could have bought the 8 and been fine but they are still comfortable.

Super cute, super comfy. Only very minor complaint - the red dye smudged a tiny bit on the white part of the sole. Might wash off - haven't tried. I plan to Scotch Guard them so they don't get ruined in the rain.

I love red shoes! I love these New Balance Classics! They are very comfortable and a rich, deep shade that goes well with nearly every other color.

For the first time, I was able to wear athletic shoes and be on my feet for 12 hours without discomfort toward the end of the day! I continued to wear them over our vacation and never had a problem. I am definitely ordering another pair in a different color. The price is extremely reasonable compared to some higher end athletic shoes that I have purchased in the past.

Super comfy shoes. I have always had challenges finding shoes that are comfortable enough to wear for long stretches of times and these are amazing.

I bought these for running errands and they are cute and flattering to a larger foot (I'm a 12M). Support is nil, so I added a superfeet insert. Would recommend these!

I bought these for my wife for Christmas; they were on her Pinterest board. She loves them! She wears them around town doing errands and when teaching Zumba. She says they provide great support and comfort. I think she looks great in them!

I have bought several pairs of New Balance walking shoes over the years. This is the first time I had to send them back for being too small. I think they have changed their sizing. After getting a larger size I am happy with the shoes. I walk 2 miles a day and thus comfortable walking shoes are a necessity. My star rating is based on the replacement shoes that Zappos sent with their usual care and efficiency.

I absolutely love these shoes! They are cute and very comfortable. I just had a baby and have sent back two other pairs of shoes and tried on numerous ones and these are so great for running around town and taking walks with the baby. They come with white laces which I prefer the look of. I usually wear an 8 and ordered an 8. I think they for pretty true to size,maybe a tiny bit big, but not enough to size down. If you have very narrow feet, these may be a bit wide for you.

I got this sneaks to wear with leggings and cuffed skinny jeans. Super cute and comfy. they fit my orthotics and are roomy in the toe box. I do wish there was a little more support in the ankle for my flat feet but other than that no complaints so far!

I just received these shoes last week and I have to say that I am in love with them. I love the retro look and feel to them and I feel that they look great with jeans and sweats. They run a tad bit narrow but otherwise look and feel great. I am also just recovering from a fractured foot and they provide lots of comfort and support after a month plus in an air cast.

My New Balance Classics WL501 shoes are among the most comfortable shoes that I have ever worn. Zappos is the best! Their customer service is outstanding. The selection available and quality of product is something that I can always count on.

Just the right amount of support. I need a flexible shoe, but bought some that felt great on my feet until I walked a couple of miles and they bent repeatedly into the base of my toes. These are flexible but not too much so, lightweight, and have a slightly positive heel. Many shoes these days are very flat, and I need a little extra lift to keep my ankle bones from colliding. My usual size is a smidge tight in this shoe, but the next size up would be too large. Recommended. I was also happy to find gray -- not a fan of neon.

These shoes were perfect. Just what I expected and hoped for. I usually wear a 7.5 - 8 size shoe. I got the size 8 and they fit well. These are perfect for weekend wear with jeans or ankle length skinny pants. I wouldn't go run a marathon in these, but they are perfectly comfy for walking around. Very happy with the purchase.

I love the classic new balance shoes. They are simple but comfortable. I bought them for casual wear and I end up wearing these shoes more often then my Nike free runs. I typically wear a size 8 1/2 so that is the size that I bought. They fit fine, but are a little wide. I ordered a medium width and they still feel a little loose even when I put on thick socks.

Love the shoes. I have to walk a lot and these are my savers. Somehow they make me walk faster and with less effort. And they look great too. They are a little wide, but it's not a problem for me.

Love love love these. They take my casual/comfy mom look up a notch. I have even gotten a few compliments on them. Only downside is that that laces don't stay tied and you have to double knot them always.

I am usually anywhere between a 5-6 and since I have wide feet I decided to listen to the reviews and order a 6. I wish I would have went with my initial thought of ordering a 5.5. My feet were swimming in the size 6; now they are sold out and I had to order the 5. I am hoping they fit.

Cute shoe! Like other "fashion" sneakers, there isn't as much support/cushion as there would be in a shoe designed to work out in. They are still very comfortable. Brought them on a trip to Europe and they kept my feet happy.

These shoes are great! I wore for the second time on a day full of walking around a new city, and was pleasantly surprised! I was a little nervous because my last experience with NBs led me to get a few blisters/sore on my Achilles, but these fit like a dream. Very comfortable and supportive, while still cute.
