Love the looks of these shoes! But they run very small in my opinion. I typically wear an 11 or 12, so I ordered these in a 12. They still felt a half size too small. I can't wear them when I know i'm going to be walking alot because they hurt my feet to bad. But they are super cute!!

Wore them out of the box all over NYC for three days. I love them! They aren't quite as stylish as the 420s but they have them best for comfort. Can't wait to get them in other colors. They run a bit small - I am 7..5 - 8 in dress shoes and needed 8.5 in these.

These are my first pair of new balances. I wear a women's 10 and have wide feet and I always worry about my feet looking big in tennis shoes! These shoes are nice and sleek and don't add any extra bulk. I love the way they look, but I didn't find them especially comfortable. They aren't uncomfortable, I just expected a little more support as I walked the cobblestone streets of Paris - and yes, I broke them in before I walked 10 miles/day in them. I will still wear the heck out of them as I love the way they look - but I wouldn't call these my "walking" shoes as there just isn't enough support in them.

The color of these shoes are so beautiful!! I purchased them for a trip to Florida and I just love the light blue color. These shoes are very well made and very comfortable. As I have found with New Balance shoes, they do run slightly narrow but are still comfortable on my wide feet. I love the stylish look, supportive footbed and the breathable mesh surround. If you're looking for a stylish yet comfortable sneakers, these shoes are for you!!

This is a great, classic New Balance shoe! It really couldn't be more comfortable to wear - much more cushioned that many other "classics" out and about these days. My only very minor complaint is that I feel like they make my feet look huge (I do have pretty big feet to begin with), but I'll keep them. Overall, two thumbs up!

These are a good balance between fashion and function. I love to walk and need good padding for the city streets and sidewalks, so these are my go to for those. I tried a version that was less bulky and found the footbed to be inferior, so I opted to go with the semi-bulky option that is waaay more comfortable.

Super cute but they kind of hurt me feet after a wearing them for a few hours. They honestly sit in my closet after only wearing them a few times.

True to size, comfortable. The only thing I would change, is the length of the shoelaces. Mine were short.

I really love the look of these shoes. They are roomy (almost too roomy) and breathable. They are comfortable and lightweight. The only issue I have is wondering how to keep them clean.

Super comfy, retro-stylish. They look great with skinnies and a cute tee or sweatshirt. The price is pretty great, too!

Not meant for walking anymore than doing errands. I had the worst shin splints after trying to walk a mile in them. Love the style however.

I'm pregnant so looking for the comfiest yet stylish shoes I can find! Live in Brooklyn and work in NYC so a lot of walking! Love these and get a ton of compliments! Very comfy and adorable! Highly recommend!

I am usually a size 8, bought these in a 7 1/2 and they fit great. They are great everyday shoes (running errands, walking around the city, etc.) but at least for me they were not comfortable/supportive enough for the gym or work (where I am standing on a concrete floor all day).

Love the look & feel of these shoes, just slightly bigger than I am used for my size. So wish I would have ordered a 1/2 size smaller, but overall, a great shoe that is comfortable & cute for casual days out keeping up with my two very busy little boys!

The sneakers are very comfortable and look fine. My only complaint is lack of arch support. I used to wear New Balance 720, It was perfect, but I didn't see it listed.

I've bought New Balance Classics in the past because they fit my style and comfort preferences. These felt similar to other shoes I've bought so if you like New Balance, then give them a try.

I always wear NB sneakers in a size 7.5 since they began being manufactured out of the US. But these were too big and much too wide for me. Great support and nice looking. Too bad I have to return.

I usually wear 8-8.5 and got the grey 501s in a size 8.5. The left shoe fit fine, but the right one squished my toes. I thought about exchanging them for a size 9, but my heels would have been slipping out of them, so I didn't bother. Overall, it's a good looking shoe and the footbed was cushiony, but I did not want to sacrifice comfort over style when it comes to sneakers.

Really cute. Wanted it to work, but seemed a tad bit short and the leather along the sides interfered with the comfort of my little toes and of my bunions.

I usually buy the 574's but thought I would try these. Very comfortable when you first put them on but after a couple of hours it feels like the top of your foot is rubbing on the top of the shoe. I am assuming the toe box is more narrow than the 574's. I am on my feet 8 plus hours a day and was hoping these would break in but have not had any luck.

These are really cute but there is no arch support at all. I had to buy an insert. They are also very narrow.

Overall a very cute shoe, but alas they are too narrow for my wide foot. If these came in wide width they would have been awesome.

Very comfortable sneaker. Great for work if your on your feet for long hours. Also I love the little bit of height for my long wide leg sweat pants that don't touch the ground any more.

I had high hopes for these. Everyone I know always raves about New Balance. Being that I have trouble finding shoes with my flat feet - I figured ok let's give it a try. These were so blocky feeling and little give. They felt about as comfortable as walking on a concrete floor. They did fit, a little on the loose side as I am a true 11.5 and could only get 12. My biggest issue was the lack of cushiony feel.
