These were comfortable right out of the box. They are very comfortable and warm. I wear them around the house or out for errands. I love them. I wear a 8½ and the 39 was perfect.

Zappos is unique and excellent to do business. Their return policy is incredible. The shoes we purchased (Haflinger) run large.

I love these! I wear them as slippers around the house on my hardwood and tile floors. They have good support and are very comfortable. I got them a size larger than usual so I can wear socks with them, and that works perfectly.

I work long shifts as a nurse. My high arches are usually aching and these slipper/clogs are such a relief to me. I wear them anytime I'm at home and love them. This is my second pair. The first pair didn't wear out- I gave them to my daughter!

Love these clogs! I have broken arches & the support from these clogs is priceless. I use orthotics in my other shoes, not needed in Haflinger clogs. I live in these clogs! Love halfingers! Had the grizzly model before which perhaps had slightly more arch support but this model has excellent arch support also. I'm on my feet all day at my job and these keep me comfortable and they're cute! Highly recommended for style and comfort!

These wool clogs are super cute and comfortable. And warm with a pair of winter socks. I got these last winter and loved wearing them in the house and out and about. The sole isn't meant for heavy duty outdoor wear, but they don't look like slippers, so they work outside the house. I love the eggplant color and the swirly stitching; kind of Van Gogh looking. They hug your feet when walking and feel secure.

I love these clogs. I have owned a pair of wool clogs years ago and now that I have foot issues and only wear Birkenstock I thought these clogs would be great. I was right. They are super cute and super comfy. They are a perfect house shoe for people with feet problems. I have worn them nonstop since I got them. Thanks Zappos! You did it again!

Love these, they've been my house shoe of choice for several years. Started wearing them during pregnancy because otherwise my feet and back would ache when I walked in the house. I usually wear size 10/41, and 41 in these works for me. They are a little wide and roomy. I've gotten a few pairs and I find that after about two years of daily wear the stitching in the heel starts to fray. And I've worn a hole in the felt in front after about 3 years. Still, I think they are good value. Would not call them stylish however.

I bought these Haflingers as house slippers. I have plantar fasciitis and literally cannot walk barefoot without pain. I slip these on when I get out of bed. Although they are not cushiony, they are not hard, and I have no pain when I walk in them. They are very comfortable and didn't need to be broken in. They are very well made, handsome and seem very durable. I am very pleased with them as house slippers, but with my foot injury, I wouldn't be able to wear them standing for more than an hour at a time - I have other shoes for that. I have very high arches, and the arch support feels sufficient. I normally wear a 39, but that size was huge on me. I ended up keeping the 38, which work fine but if I bought them again, I would go for the 37 as they stretch a bit to conform to your foot. I like the Spirit style with the decorative stitching, very cute!

I bought these because I have plantar fasciitis and could not longer walk barefoot at home. They are comfortable with decent arch support and keep feet warm but not too warm.

I never want to take these off! The arch support is *perfect* for my feet, and the cozy felted wool is just right to keep my tootsies comfortably warm. The design is interesting but unobtrusive. The soles are sturdy enough to go outside, even in damp Pacific Northwest weather, but I mostly wear them inside.

I LOVE my Haflinger slippers! They are very nicely made. I ordered the gray & it is quite a bit darker than the picture -- more of a charcoal gray which I like better. I've been wearing them every day for about a month now & they still look brand new. It took a little while for me to get used to the high arch in them, but my feet have adapted now & I actually can't wait to get them on my feet after the work day! I think they will hold up beautiful for quite a few years. My last wool slippers were Acorn & I got 5 years out of them -- I hope to get the same (or more) out of these :) Oh, one last thing -- I wear a size 11 -- some of my toes hit the tip of the shoe. Not a deal breaker, but they do seem to run a hair on the short side.

I love the shoes! I had first bought them in another color and found them so comfortable that I chose to buy this pair. My feet tend to get very cold and these shoes, along with wool sox, have kept them nice and toasty. Also, they are lightweight.

These are the most comfortable shoes that I have ever worn. My right foot is ¼" longer than my left. I normally wear 10. I ordered size 41 in these and sure enough my right toe fit right to the edge of the toebox. The beauty of these shoes is that they conform to the shape of your foot. The boiled wool is so soft and so it molded to the shape of my longer right toe. The arch support is excellent. They are so very comfortable and good looking. I wear them as house shoes but I did wear them to Dillards once. I ordered another pair in purple from another vendor I love them so much.

These clogs have great arch support and are wide enough for my D-width foot. They are very comfortable, supportive and warm. Great shoe - this is my second pair and will continue buying this style as long as it is around.

Shoes & slippers in one. I don't think one would say they are stylish, but I like them & I like the stitching. Haflingers are very well made, this is my second pair, I still wear the old ones which are grizzlies. I wear them with a thick sock in my regular size to stay super toasty. I would recommend a 1/2 size down otherwise.

I was looking for a light weight slip on shoe with good arch support. This shoe fits all my needs. So comfortable with great arch support. I will surely be purchasing another pair.

I just love these shoes! I have wide flat feet and these shoes are slowly molding to my feet. It has taken a little longer than I expected because these shoes have really high arches, but we are getting there. They have a great tread so you will not slip and they are very warm. There is a lip in the back as well so water does not gush in from the back. I wear size 8 but my left foot is a little larger than the right one. I bought size 8 and I am glad that I did.

I got these to use primarily as slippers/house shoes and love them. They offer great arch support and are surprisingly warm. I usually wear a 9.5 and ordered the 41 (10). They're a little roomy, but I think the 40 would have been too small. Definitely cute enough to wear out of the house, too. Overall, a great shoe.

These are a nice grey with just a little detail and are very sturdy. They are hard as the sole has no give. I have foot problems and these are usable but would not be my choice again, as I need more flexibility. I think this brand has another slipper that might have been a better choice. No fault of the shoe!
