Love these shoes. I bought them in 3 colors: red, black, and brown. Very versatile. Can dress up or down and very confortable. Worth every penny!

These shoe were purchased as gift. The receiver thinks they are very comfortable and cute but dislikes how pointed the toe is. She has not worn them as she is still considering returning them for a different style. She loves Frye shoes and thinks they are always well made and comfortable but the pointy shoe is not her style. The shoes are more pointy looking than the picture shows.

These are very cute and comfy for flats. Broke in easily and they are high quality. I appreciate the leather lining since other brands make my feet smell. I bought grey, and it appears tan on my computer but is grey in person.

Beautiful, well made and comfortable. I purchased both black and camel, which look exactly as they do online. I ordered up 1/2 size for my larger foot, so the left shoe was a bit loose. I placed a pad in the left toe box and they were perfect. A week after ordering, I saw they were on sale when I received a request to write a review. Upon calling, I was issued an immediate credit. Zappos customer service is excellent!

As someone who can get blisters just from looking at a pair of shoes the wrong way... these are life changing! The leather is so soft. On the first wear, the left shoe rubbed just a little bit on the side of my foot (not bad enough to need a bandaid thouhg), but on wears 2 and 3 I am just fine and ready to buy 3 more pairs!! I am typically a 6.5. The 6.5 in these felt slightly big but are working out well with a heel insert. I tried the 6 and felt too squeezed and not sure they'd stretch enough. With the 6.5 I'm totally comfortable and have room for any other inserts if they do end up stretching out.

LOVE LOVE LOVE these shoes. After seeing them in person at a local department store, I instantly fell in love with the unique color and styling (especially on the back of the shoe). I finally took the plunge and purchased them from zappos.com. While expensive, these shoes are a work of art-beautiful leather in a custom blend of cognac and a darker tone on the toe of the shoe. There was literally no break in time required. They are my new go-to shoe and I am planning on ordering this shoe in more colors.

Excellent and comfortable ballet flat, and the gently pointed toe make it more feminine on the feet. I needed to size up a half size to avoid pinch toes, but then they're perfect. A nice bit of small padding adds to comfort. The grey color is a taupe shade- matches with many things. Super soft leather.

These shoes are very nice and comfortable! I ordered 1/2 size up, as I typically do for pointed flats. The length is great. My foot runs narrow (but I never buy an N), and I had to add a padded insert to the foot bed for a proper fit.

So far I really like these shoes! They just arrived this afternoon, and as others have said they are immediately comfortable. I'm considering getting them in 2 other colors because I feel they're perfect for everyday, with jeans, pants, or a casual skirt. I would like to mention that I don't think of these as grey - stretching it to say maybe a warm grey? I consider them Taupe colored (which is what I wanted anyway). They are a bit darker than the photo shown (but very close to that). All-in-all they are a very versatile color. I do like them a lot and hope they serve me well.

I love these shoes and was ordering a second pair because I have worn out the others, but they were huge. Almost like they were sized incorrectly.

Love this shoe. The gray is neutral and looks great with white jeans which is what I originally bought the shoe for but they will go with much more. My usual size in Frye is an 8 but I needed to go to an 8.5 for a good fit. These are most comfortable with a gel heel insert in them. I am contemplating the black next. I love these flats. At the moment, I have four pair. I have a wide foot. My husband and I joke that we ought to have children with caveman feet, since both of us have very wide feet. (No worries; oddly enough the kids' feet are normal.) Anyway, I'm about to order another black pair, since I marched all over Manhattan, Philly, France, and England in mine, and they are tired looking. Still fit great and have lasted and lasted, but I want another pair for events at which I don't want a tired shoe. Pondering ordering dark brown and grey, too. I have cobalt, burnt red, black and cognac. Couldn't be happier. Yes, it did take some wearing for them to adjust to my wide foot, but I have no weirdness ... some folks said they had a "muffin top" ... not me. They are great.

Love this shoe. perfect color. Slightly padded on bottom for comfort. A note about fit: I ordered this shoe in 2 colors, both in a size 8 1/2. the cognac fit true to size, but the natural color was a full size too small. I suppose this explains why some people advise ordering a size up and others find that the shoe runs true to size. Good luck!

The leather in these shoes is very soft and supple so they are more comfortable than I expected! I love that the toe is halfway between pointed and oval. They are really the perfect little black flats that I was looking for. I am a 9 in most shoes, (an 8½ in sandals) and the 9 fit perfectly. I can wear them all day!

I have difficult feet so I research shoes before buying (especially cute shoes) them. These are cute and comfortable. I've only had them a few hours but I am sure they will turn into stand-bys once I have broken them in as needed.

What a beautiful shoe. I'm so glad that Frye makes a ballet flat. With any really good shoe that will last, I expect a little time to 'break it in'.

These are now my go-to black leather flats for jeans and slacks. Very comfortable for hours and hours. Love them.

Perfect!! Fit like a glove. I usually wear a 7, but ordered a 7.5 based on reviews, but they were too big (wide in arch area and slightly slipping in back. I have relatively narrow feet). I ordered a 7 and they are perfect, and zero blisters with first wear around that day!

I have wide feet, so I ordered half a size up (I usually wear a 7½, but I ordered a size 8), and at first they were pretty tight. I used the hairdryer heat and stretch trick, and now they feel great. I am considering ordering them in other colors.

This is a great shoe! It required no break in time at all. When I first put them on I felt they were just slightly roomy which turned out to be a good thing. Very comfortable footbed, great style in the toe and lacing on the heel. I want them in another color!

Super cute shoes but it felt a lot narrower than the Frye Carson ballet. It may be the sizing or maybe the leather is less forgiving.

Love them! I ended up putting in a cushion at the back of one after my first wear (this often happens with my right foot and flats like this), but they've been great since then!
