So unhappy with the fit of this shoe. I love the style - perfect chic flat to dress up or down. I first ordered my regular size, but, they were so tight! Too short for my feet and painfully tight on the sides. I tried wearing them around the house to see if they would stretch a bit, but, it wasn't even possible. I found I was pulling them off as quickly as I could, but the leather of the shoe is so beautiful and the style, so great, that I sent them back and ordered the next size. Yes, the length is better on the bigger size, but now I have massive toe cleavage, the sides gap when I walk and one shoe actually flops a bit. For the price, they're going back. Oh well. I tried.

Great fun shoe. Got it in black and red for Harley Quinn cosplay but wear them for day wear. I just have to make sure if I wear the red, that I wear the black about the same amount, so that I keep them in the same state of wear (for Harley you wear one of each color.

I usually wear a size 8 and ordered a 7.5 I have a narrow feet and it fits perfect.

The color is more soft pink than purple. The leather is really nice and the shoe is comfortable. I love them.

I own the Frye Regina in several colors that I've purchased over the last few years. Getting this shoe was an adventure! I normally wear a size 7, however, my other Regina shoes are a 7.5. I ordered the 7.5, however, it was way too big. I ordered the 7, which was still too big. Finally the 6.5 fit. The sizing was unexpected, but Zappos customer service was extremely helpful each step of the way. Therefore, if you've owned this shoe before, just be aware the sizing may be larger than your other pairs. The gray is a lovely light gray! I find these shoes very comfortable, however, I know others may feel that they lack support.

Fit in my regular Frye size, fit was perfect without side gapping (as is often a problem with ballet flats). Beautiful quality leather inside and out. Just can't do pointy toes, if you like pointy toes, these are lovely shoes.

This is my second pair of this exact shoe and I am obsessed. Best pair of flats I’ve ever owned. Perfect for work!

True to size. I have a couple of Frye shoes and sandals and they always fit me nicely! I have narrow feet so this pair worked out great for me. The leather is soft so it feels comfortable. The taupe color is beautiful!

"Regina" runs narrow so this is a good fit for me, love my ballet flats and great service from Zappos.

These are beautiful flats!!! I love love love the look and such feel! I'm usual an 9 pretty across the board and have tried tons of 9s in a flat that are just too pinchy and with these being pointed, I thought I'd need a half size bigger. I ordered a 9.5 but I could have gone with a 9 and they would have fit great! So I'd say they are really true to size. I just put a shoe liner in them and now they are perfect. I'll be buying more for sure!!

I wear a medium width shoe and it fit perfectly. The style is good and was exactly what I was looking for. Great shoe.

These are super-quality shoes! I have narrow feet, so they fit to the T! ?? That may be something to consider if you don’t have narrow feet.

These shoes are great! They fit true to size - I would recommend ordering whatever size you normally wear. Will definitely order another pair in a different color when they go on sale :)

I ordered one size for myself....I always wear 8.5 and it was too big!!! My daughter really liked them and they almost fit her even though she wears a 9.5. So I ordered her a 9 and she can't even get her foot in. And she could the 8.5 (just tight!!). What's up. Now don't know if should order her a 9.5 or 10???

I bought several of these Frye Ballet shoes to try on. The 6.5 in cognac were huge! I suspect that they were incorrectly sized, because I tried a 6.5 a different color and the fit was much better. I was pleasantly surprised by how soft the leather was and I liked the little detail in back. The grey color was a little light for my taste but cognac was a nice rich medium brown. Would have kept a pair if the sizing was ok!

The Cognac color is that classic Frye brown. I initially thought it would have more red in it, but I’m very happy with the brown. I’m a size 11 and the shoe fits perfectly. I wear a lot of ballet flats and what stood out to me was these shoes don’t slip off my heel very easily. The heel construction comes in a little bit, not pinching the Achilles’ tendon but holding snug so not to slip off.

Really well made. Very comfortable. No "toe cleavage". Looks dressy with the pointed toe.
