For the first pair I received, the right shoe was bigger than the left! Zappos quickly replaced them and the second pair was fine. They are good quality leather. They do not provide much arch support but hey are stylish and comfortable for an entire week of walking while on vacation. But the plastic soles are disappointing at this price point. I am not sure if I will buy additional shoes from Frye given the quality control issues.

I wear 8 sometimes 8 1/2, ordered the 8 1/2 and although the leather is beautiful, love the color, I think I need a 9. My feet feel squashed, maybe its the width as well as the length. I wear average width shoes...hope this helps.

They run small! I ordered an 8 1/2 in red and black but could barely get my foot in! Sending them back for a 9. I thought these would fit me since I previously ordered a pair of Frye flats with a round toe in size 9 and they were huge.

Tried these in a 9 and they were too big...got the 8.5 and they are too small. Unfortunately, have to send back. Great quality shoe though!

This shoe fits too snug on me. But what's sending them back is the fact that the left shoe has a slightly shorter toe box (by about 1/16 inch) than the right foot and reveals too much toe cleavage than what I'm comfortable with. They just look like they fit improperly and will never stretch to adjust.

I ordered a size 7, my usual size, but the toe box is too tight for me. The toe box also showed more toe cleavage than I wanted, giving it the look of a less expensive shoe. The heel area fit well. The cognac color is beautiful. I don't want to make the effort to stretch the leather and plan to return the shoes.

Cute shoe, but way too narrow. I know my feet are on the wider side of medium, but I can't believe they label these shoes as 'medium' width.

These are a beautiful shade of saddle tan, but way too narrow and short. Even if I could get them in the right size, I wouldn't, after seeing how low the shoe is on both sides. I'm too old for something so sexy, so daring. Absolutely gorgeous on the right person, just not me.

I just received my Frye Regina flats, thanks Zappos for the quick delivery. I ordered in red, nice color, in my normal size of 5.5. These flats run small. Will return for a 6. Have a few pair of Frye shoes but this is the first pair I didn't feel were true to size.

These run extremely small! I have other Frye flats in 8.5. Ordered these in an 8.5 and could hardly squeeze my feet into them. they are comfy and the leather is soft, but order up a full size.

I am so disappointed. I absolutely love my Frye boots and I have two pairs. I am a true European size 41. Boots are size 10 and fit perfectly! The shoe upper and footbed are wonderful leather, but the sole is very thin rubber material. I was hoping for a leather sole based on the quality that I have come to expect from Frye. There is no support in these shoes, but that is not a bad thing based on what they are supposed to be. I will be returning these. I am willing to pay more for quality in a shoe!

I got the last pair of black ones in my size. I totally love how they look. However, I'm sending them back because they're not at all the same. One is cut much higher on the foot than the other, feels a half size smaller (though I compared the soles, and they're the same), and is made of firmer leather. I can't figure out what's going on with them. Frye is legendary for its strict quality control. (I own more Fryes than anything else; they are my go-to shoes.) But based on the sizing issues others have reported (I ordered a half-size up, and am glad I did), and the fact that these shoes simply don't match each other, I have to wonder.

I found these true to size and very non-frumpy, but I was looking for comfort and these tore up feet. The back dug into my skin and tore it off. Ouch.

I originally ordered a 7.5 which is my normal size but the fit was too big-- almost like an 8. I exchanged and got a 7 and they fit. Love the shoe-- the leather is soft and comfortable.

I love a pointed toe flat with a little toe cleavage, and this is that shoe. They fit well, although I have a narrow foot. With a wider foot the narrow toe might be an issue. This shade is a beautiful pinkish-coppery neutral that makes the rest of your outfit look great. Perfect with skinny jeans, and everything else as well.

I really enjoy these shoes, they are comfortable and I can wear them for work or going out. When they arrived they were tight, but after a few days of use they stretched out just fine. I wear a 7 usually and that is what I ordered. There was a little plastic thread knot at an inside seam that was pokey- ouch! So I cut it off with nail clippers... Problem solved.

I absolutely adore these shoes! I'm trying to get them in 2 more colors. I wear them everywhere. They can be dressed up as well because of the shape. They need no breaking in, unlike others Fryes I've had in the past. The leather is soft and the color choices are wonderful for the shape. I didn't think my toes would like the pointed feature as much as they do. Very comfy! I had to go up a half size to get my perfect fit. Love them! I think they are a must have and they go w everything in a stylish girls closet! Comfort and style together.

These do not run small; they run true to size, even a little on the big side. I ordered three pairs of the nubuck version. I am a size 7.5 and ordered up to 8 and they were huge. They are also a little wider than a lot of flats I own. They also seem like they will stretch further, so be careful and do not size up!

I want these shoes, but they run so small. I am on my 3rd pair of trying and they just do not work. So sad!

These shoes are super cute and the most comfortable flats I own...after breaking them in. The first two times I wore them, they cut up the back of my heel, but after wearing them around the apartment, they broke in wonderfully and they are amazing. I'll be ordering additional pairs. Unlike other reviewers, I found these true to size. I wear a 9, and ordered a nine.

I have two pairs of these now - one in a rose gold metallic and now this textured brown. I can't get enough of this flat - though be warned this brown is not as dark in person as it appears online. It's more of a light chestnut than a chocolate, but it's still a great go-to neutral to have on hand.

I usually take a size 6 in Frye boots, but having never tried their flats before I decided to order a 6 and a 6.5. I honestly could barely feel the difference in the sizes when I tried them on. But I opted for the 6.5 since they are quite pointy. I got the black textured nubuck, which interestingly the size 6.5 had a much less textured look than the 6. So you may want to order an extra pair to try just based on this. Oh-and do expect some saucy toe cleavage.

I just got these this morning and I love them. They are a wonderful orangey color with darker toes. The leather is soft and luxurious and the shoes are very comfortable. My feet run on the wide side and I can tell already that the leather is going to conform to my foot perfectly. love Zappos! Love Frye!

Beautiful shoes. My experience with Coach flats, so far has been frustrating. They stretch out until you can't keep them on your feet. These seem better, and are so comfy and pretty that I have to try one more time.
