I needed comfortable shoes for work where I am on a concrete floor for my 10 hour shift the hospital. No mesh allowed on the toes. These pretty much fit the bill. They are stability shoes and maybe not as flexible as I would like but they are the most comfortable that I have found. Wish they were more colorful!

Really comfortable, so glad I read reviews about the shoe because I did order 1/2 size larger and it worked. Also I have not used orthotics with the shoes and there is enough support.

I've been buying Asics for several years - this is my 5th pair. I like these the best; they are very comfortable, very cushioned, and have great arch support. My only concern is that since they are all leather, very little mesh, that they will be hot to walk in as the weather warms up.

These shoes have a good cushioned insole. They fit true to size. The toe is a bit pointy, which I don't really like as I want lots of toe room but I still find them quite comfy.

They were overall too snug on me. I ordered 10.5 WW, which is what I normally wear since kids. If these fit you correctly I think they would be quite comfortable. For me they started to put my foot to sleep within seconds. I have residual foot sensitivity from when I was pregnant. They were just too snug and slightly narrow.

Finally a black comfy and supportive shoe I can wear during my 12-14 hour days/nights on concrete and marble flooring walking 4-12 miles. I've had a dozen or more surgeries on my feet to reconstruct issues from a birth defect so finding shoes is always a miserable experience. I appreciate that this shoe is truly all black and blends well with black pants without automatically looking like a clunky tenny. My feet are size 6.5 double wide. I only purchase a longer length to accommodate my toes that don't touch the ground. This one is a keeper. Finally.

It was initially comfortable, but as I walked inside for a few days, the footbed was not wide enough for my feet and I bought a EEwide! My feet are not considered that wide, but these shoes run small. They may do great for someone with a different shaped foot!

This shoe is comfortable and true to size. I wanted an athletic shoe that was all white. This shoe seems a bit pricey, but I needed it and they had my size. The arch support is ok, but I have had better. I have worn them a lot and they always feel good. They are also very light weight which is nice.

I thank Zappos for letting me go through multiple shoes to finally find something I can wear. So hard to replace ryka stability shoe. Wish they had this without the gel which is a bit bouncy and will wear out. The pleather will probably crack across the top so I have white duct tape ready. The other potential shoe was New Balance, but they were short at the big toe. My toes are 'regular.' I use spenco orthotic arch in these shoes. This is nice middle between loosy goosy just mesh runners and the totally hard all over walkers. My heel comes out a bit with thin socks but the heel cup is not too hard and not too high.

These shoes had such great reviews, I bought a pair. Unfortunately for me, I was a bit disappointed when I got them because they seemed a size smaller and narrower than what I ordered. The inside labels show they are exactly what I ordered, but it took me a while to break them in. They are uncomfortable in the small-toe area. The inseam rubs my small toes, so I put tape over the inseam stitching. Disappointing for the cost of the shoe. I expected better quality.

This shoe has a very shallow and narrow toe box. It did not strike me as being a wide EE size. I could barely push my foot into this shoe and I normally wear a 1/2 size smaller but had ordered a 1/2 size bigger to accommodate orthodics which I did not even try.

I was told that the shoe was true to fit. Also, they have extra wide. So I needed this and ordered my usual size and in the wide size. I was surprised to find out the shoe was too small and too narrow.

I wanted to love these shoes. I liked the way they looked, and they felt like they had plenty of cushioning and would have been super-comfortable. EXCEPT that they felt too narrow in the toe box. I tried to convince myself that they would be OK, but I just couldn't do it. I needed something I could do a lot of walking in, and these just weren't going to cut it.

Though this pair of Asics does seem sturdy, they were uncomfortable on my feet (which are more wide than narrow, but not that wide). This shoe was tight across the toe box and slipped in the heel. I normally wear a 7.5, but would have to go up to an 8.0 if I thought this shoe had potential. But no reason on this one. It also has a very sterile look, like it's well suited for a hospital or doctor's office. I was willing to sacrifice some style for comfort since this pair of shoes would be used mainly on my treadmill, but not to this degree. These are going back.

Ordered these in the EE and they were still too narrow. My little toe was too crowded unfortunately. I am a nurse and usually wear New Balance EE, but was looking for a white work shoe that was not so blocky. Will probably go back to the New Balance for my white work shoe.

These shoes seem narrow for a 2E width. The style is not very attractive. I will be returning them. The Saucony Integrity ST 2 feels much wider in the same size and width.

This shoe didn't have much support in the heel area, nor support in the arch area. The toe area was very wide, the shoe didn't feel snug overall. I don't know why they are made for walking, since you need support if you are going to do a lot of walking.

Way too small. I ordered a size up because of some of the reviews I read and the shoe was still too short and narrow in the toe box. The heel and arch seemed fine.

Returned these and they were too heavy and bulky and made my feet look huge. Got the Merrell Siren Sport instead and LOVE those. Thanks Zappos for easy and quick delivery and returns.

Loved the look of these shoes, but they were too short. I always wear a 7-1/2 and my toes were hitting the front of the shoe. The width was a bit tight, too. I am going to try them in an 8 & hope for the best.

Not really that pleased with the shoe, runs small, truly wish I'd have stayed with Brooks shoes. Wish I hadn't worn them out, I would have returned them! Oh well, you live and learn!

I've got a Morton's neuroma in one of my feet, and need a wide shoe to provide extra room in the toe box. On me, this shoe's "double wide" size was not wide enough to prevent pressure across the forefoot.

I bought this same shoe in 2013 and it was great. I wore them to work (waitress) every day for a year. I bought a new pair as the soles got too smooth but the new replacement despite having the same sku is very different. The shape of the sole and where the shoe is narrow and wide are different. The new one is widest around the middle of the foot not near the toes to accommodate wide feet. The materials also feel of a poorer quality though it's hard to be sure since the older ones are well worn. Looking at the label the old was made in Indonesia, new in China so possibly it's simply a factory difference not year by year.

These shoes looked awesome online! My current pair of sneakers, used both for work (because they're non-slip) AND my constant walking outside of work, had finally given out and have been killing my feet. So yes, it was time to order a pair of new shoes and these look amazing! However, when I received them, I realized two things: 1) The ankles/sides are cut a lot lower than the company's pictures seem to portray (and as I have a bad habit of constantly spraining ankles, that was NOT a plus) and 2) These bad boys were awfully narrow for being a size 2E! I know I could've tried breaking them in but with my feet already killing me from the old shoes finally falling apart, I knew I couldn't spend a week or two in even more agony breaking these in. I had to send them back. :(
