Nice boots. My regular size 10's were just a bit big, so I ordered a 9.5, which were a little snug. Will keep the 10's and wear thicker socks.

I'm in love! After a couple months and a few purchases and returns I have found the perfect boot! They go with everything! I am 6'0 tall, 180lbs (temporarily after baby #3) and these fit over my athletic calves (I played VB in college so they are athletic + a little baby weight) and are super flattering. Bonus...they wear well...my infant puked on me and the boots (she is okay just a little gas) the first morning I wore them and they recovered well. If you're looking for a versatile, cute, relaxed boot this is it! Love the boots and love Zappos!

When I first put these boots on I thought they were too wide in the calf...I thought they were maybe designed for someone with bigger calves. With time, however, I have come to accept that this larger, looser fit is the style of the boot. And I love it. They are a boot that I can pull on at any time and not feel stuffy or pretentious. So many other boots make me feel silly in that way, especially if they or of the English riding or cowboy variety. I also love the rubber sole...it contributes to the casual look. The leather is beautiful and the fit is good...they feel comfortable right out of the box and I am sure this will only improve.

These really are comfortable. True to size and well constructed. I'm 5' 3" and in my opinion they are too high. They came just to the bottom of my knee, which (if your as short as I am) is about half of your leg, and looks kind of silly. So I brought them to my shoe guy and he took about 1.5" off the top and now they are perfect. Worth the extra price to have them customized.

As many others have said, I too was hesitant to spend the money on Frye boots - but these boots are incredible. If you are looking for something cute and casual, this is it. I can't believe how easily I can pull them on and take them off, which was a big concern for me. The color is not a true gray, but something in between gray and a brown - a beautiful neutral color that will go with just about anything. The leather is soft and the footbed very comfortable. I normally wear a size 8 and ordered an 8, which fits perfect with regular boot socks. I am 5'7" and have long legs, making it hard to find a boot with a tall enough shaft. This one is just the right height. Lastly, I live in Oregon and wanted a rubber soled boot for better traction during the winter months.

I love Frye boot, it is so comfortable and stylish, this shoe is my favorite one, it is perfect boot and i love to wear them and everyone said it is so cute boot, i recommended to get this boot and it is worth the money!! my gorgeous boot and very great quality!!

Love the boots. I wasn't sure about the color - for me the grey wasn't grey enough, but the vintage black was too black. So I decided on the grey.

The Frye Celia X Stitch is a lovely boot! I ordered them in brown. The color is pretty true to the photo. The leather is soft (a bit like suede), but it did not slouch at the ankles. The sole of the shoe is really flexible. Five stars for excellent Frye quality. Sadly, the boots were too large and the size I need is out of stock! I agree with other reviews, these run a half size larger. The return experience was a breeze. Zappos scores another 5 stars for a convenient return process and excellent customer service.

Comfortable right out of the box -- first time I wore them was to walk a mile to work and had no problems. This is the most expensive pair of boots I've ever purchased, and luckily, I have no regrets. My feet are pretty wide and these feel fine. They do slouch just a little, which I expected since almost all pull-on boots end up slouching far more than zip-ups do. as other reviewers have mentioned, the gray is not a true gray, but it is a nice, neutral color that goes with a lot (I'd describe it as brown-gray or maybe a muted taupe). The color is actually the main reason I ordered them. so many brown boots have a rust/red/orange tint to them, unless they are dark chocolate. I didn't want either of those and am happy with my choice.

Fryes always look so stylish and well-made. I always fit in my size with Fryes but trying them on was tight the first try, but the boots got comfortable after some time. I have not worn them long enough to find out if the shaft will slip down although my calves fit snugly, but I like a little slouchy look for a less uptight style. I am loving the low heels! The gray is a departure from the usual brown tones. The color will look good with denim jeans and a variety of tops from early fall through early spring. They have just enough styling that should transcend a lot of trends.

Bought these as present for my wife. She loves the look and feel of these boots. The leather is already soft and she likes the low heel and open shaft for her calves. Wearable to work or out on the town.

Love, love, love my boots! Super comfortable and the olive color works like a neutral. Highly recommend!

This is my second pair of Celia X Stitch and I just love them so much! I always get compliments on them. I always let people know that I ordered them from Zappos!

I love these boots! It hurts me that I have not gotten to wear them yet! In my opinion boots always run a bit big so for boots I would say they run true to size.

Beautiful quality boots, gorg color gray...fits nicely and I have larger calves, so boots are sometimes hard to find. There is ample room for a tuck in jean and are going to be a great addition to my boot collection. Can't wait to get them in other colors!

Super comfy. A little slouchy around the leg - they have a casual kind of look to them, but are still really nice looking boots. I have a medium to narrow foot and have slightly slender legs and they are easy to fit and comfortable to wear.

I would have loved these boots, had I been able to get my feet in them. After a lot of contortions, I did get one of them on, and the sizing seemed right -- if anything a bit big on my foot. But I was never able to get the left one on, so they had to go back. I have a fairly high arch, so maybe that was the problem. Very sad that I was not able to keep these boots.

I've been eyeballing Frye boots for years but they always look so stiff. The reviews on this one says they don't need broken in and they're right. They have a really nice line all the way up the leg - not too skinny and not so big that you look like a swashbuckler. They aren't as comfortable as my Uggs of similar design but they are better looking and comfortable enough to walk or stand for a long time. I'm a typical 8.5 and these are a tiny bit slippy without thick socks. I may add my gel inserts for long walks. They're great looking and classic. I can see wearing them for many years so worth the investment.

I have been wanting these boots ever since I first I got my other pair of Fryes. Although they are tall, they are not as tall as the Paige boots. I must say they are a little hard to put on but am hoping that they will become easier the more often I wear them. They are a tad slouchy but extremely fashionable. I would highly recommend them!

So sad! I really wanted to love these boots. The quality is outstanding and the tobacco was the perfect color. But, my calves are too skinny. The top of the boot flares out making my legs look like little sticks. Too overwhelming. For reference, my calves measure 13" around. I also normally wear a 7 in all my shoes, and had a good inch in the front of the boot. I would say order 1/2 size down if you have a normal width foot and calf. Otherwise, it may be hard to pull on the boot. Back to the drawing board!

The boots run a little narrow ,in the foot and the shaft. I was able to have the foot stretched but because of the narrow shaft I will only be able to wear them with tights. I keep them because I hope they will stretch more and the color is beautiful.
