I'm very happy with these sneakers. I bought them about five months ago, and I have put hundreds of miles on them already, and they always feel good on my wide feet.

Love this brand! It really works for me. I started wearing them a few years ago when I needed orthotics. Still wear them, but this shoe has the deepest heel pocket, so it still is comfortable with the orthotic in place. It doesn't feel like you will come out of the shoe at all. However, in the last year, it seems the sizing went down and I need a 1/2 size larger than I used to buy. So if you are on the fence, round up! But oh, I love the support the Addiction style gives me out of all the Brooks lines.

Best shoe ever for problem feet! Especially over-pronating. Great support and comfort. Not the best looking, but fine for walking/running. I wear Brooks Adrenaline for daily wear. They are a little more stylish.

Brooks Addiction is the only tennis shoe with a toe box that fits me properly. I have a very wide foot and a narrow heel, so I appreciate the padding in the back. I have a pretty high arch so I usually add an insert for extra support. This is my third pair in a row!

These are the best sneakers I've ever owned. They're true to size and have good support. However, I pronate so I put my othotics in. Perfect!

After reading the reviews I ordered half a size larger and they fit great. They are fantastic shoes. I have flat feet, leg and back problems and these shoes were great. I am on my feet up to 14 hours a day and needed help. These shoes were great and made very well. They are the best shoes that I ever bought and I have bought quite a few.

Bought these shoes for my 87 year old mother. These shoes gave her the support she needed to hike on a beach and on a trail in Olympic National Park. They're the best!

This is the shoe my foot doctor put me in and this is my third pair. Most comfortable, no breaking in, no blisters,roomy for toes, ready to get outside and put on some miles. This is my first Addiction and it is my favorite of the three Brooks I have owned.

Wonderful shoe! Both a podiatrist and an orthopedist recommended the Brooks brand to me. This shoe, and the walker, are great for those of us with foot problems. I wear a double-wide, which gives my arthritic toes lots of space, and the relatively stiff sole, with cushioning inside, is literally what the doctor ordered. I wear them to the gym, to walk outside, to go shopping, and I have little or no pain--amazing! OK, they LOOK like the athletic shoes that they are, but who cares? They don't hurt!

Great shoes. I have high arches and these shoes made my running much more comfortable.

I've worn these shoes for years - they were recommended by my pedorthist. I think this model is the best one they've had to date. They feel lighter on my feet.

I have extremely flat, wide and severe pronation, the sneakers accommodate my orthotics. I was able to wear them with out breaking them in. They do not hurt my feet that in itself is miraculous!

Love the support this shoe gives me. I have worn the addition style for several years now. My only complaint is it looks like a mans shoe. Wish they could come up with better color for women.

I have hammertoes and bunions and need shoes with a deep shoebox. I have been buying Brooks Addiction for years, and when I try to stray to other brands, I always come home to Brooks! Buyers should add one size to your usual size -- I normally wear 8.5, so I have to order 9.5 from Brooks. Well-trained salespersons at high-priced shoe stores explained that to me...

Love the Brooks Addiction 10. Have problems with my feet, these have removable insoles. You can put in your own orthotics. Hold up well too. I work in the medical field and am on my feet for long periods of time.

These shoes were comfortable from the first moment. I have very wide feet and they felt great. They were recommended by my podiatrist.

I've been using this shoe for running and walking the last few years (the Addiction) and it works. The only thing I find negative is that my feet are a bit sore on the soles after I have exercised. I've put a soft cushion under my orthotic and am testing to see if that resolves the issue. I have been wearing a 9 narrow, but had to order a 9.5 narrow, as they seem to be running shorter.

If I can wear these shoes all day, they must be comfortable, and they are! I wear a hard plastic orthotic, so I have to go a half size larger, but in this shoe I had to go a whole size larger. I need narrow width and Zappos had them. I like the room in the front too. Great shoe.

I need a shoe with a wide toe box, generous padding at ball of foot, room for my orthotic and is comfortable. This shoe is perfect. Color is acceptable although I'd prefer something a bit darker. Never worn Brooks before but will look there first in future.

I've been wearing the Brooks Addiction since my doctor recommended them 5 years ago. They are perfect for those who overpronate and have painful feet. Cons: 1. I am surprised no one else has mentioned this, maybe I'm the only one who has to walk on gravel roads. The sole of this shoe has narrow slits that pick up gravel. When I come in the house, I am skating on all the gravel that has become stuck in those slits and I have to pick it out with a screwdriver, which I don't enjoy. 2. The ankle seems high, the sides hit my ankle bones and makes them sore. 3. There is a seam that hits my little toes that makes them pretty sore. 4. The appearance...why do they have to be white/near white? I'm so tired of my feet looking like 2 fat ducks waddling across a dark stage. Some nice subtle tans/browns/greens like a hiking shoe would be so nice! I'm not into the bright colorful look, I'd rather not have attention on my feet, and black looks like the shoes my kids had to wear when they got their first jobs at Taco Bell. All in all, the fact I'm still wearing them tells you how supportive and comfortable they are. They are keeping me walking and that means the world to me.

I'd been wearing the Brooks Ghost for a few years, but I bought the Addiction because it seemed to be comparable and was on sale. It has good support and is a good fit for my wide feet, but it is not as well cushioned as the Ghost (or any other running shoe I can recall using).

I bought these and wore them in a 60 mile walk. They were awesome. They are very supportive! I was worried about not being able to try them on first. But I knew that I would be taken care of if the fit was not right!

I usually get a different style, but since the one I like was not on sale I thought that I would try this one. I am very hard to fit, the other style is better, but this one will do for now.

I like this shoe. It fits my narrow foot, and it is narrower than other shoes I have purchased, but that is good for me. It provides good support for my pronation. I felt it ran slightly smaller than my old shoes, so I opted for a larger size. I wear an orthotic for arch support, and it easily fit.

Due to severe over pro-nation and fallen arches, I wore the Brooks Ariel for years until they new and improved the shoe and in my opinion destroyed it. Tried countless brands, styles and sizes but ended up with these Addition 10 in desperation. Ordered a wide width vs. medium because it's more narrow in the toe box with very little arch support; so I had to buy custom orthotics which added a lot to the price of the shoes. I will purchase another pair because I have little options and no other choice at this time. On the positive side; the color is nice.
