I loved the style but the material the shoe is made of cut into the top of my foot and scratched it,very rough and uncomfortable

Not anything like the leather flats, very uncomfortable and the embroidery started to pull after only wearing a half day! Would return but not sure after the $8 return fee if it's worth it since they are already on sale

I bought a size 10 in the emmie flats. I normally wear a size 9-9 1/2 so I figured I would order them with a little extra room. The size 10 fit more like a size 7 1/2-8. I've never had shoes run that small before. I would've needed a size 11-11 1/2 for them to fit. Needless to say, I returned them. I ended up having to pay a return fee so I lost money bc the company sized it's shoes wrong. It was very disappointing that I lost money and have nothing to show for it. I will never shop Lucky Brand online again bc if something is wrong with their product I don't want to be out more money. It's just not worth the risk.

The color and material is fabulous. I have these and this metallic almo ist rose gold colored pair. Same size 10 w. Same name Emmie. But these are extremely tight. They did not stretch out after three uses. I cant even wear them but the others are perfect.

I bought these in taupe and black. The first day I wore the taupe, I was standing in a grassy area for playground duty. It wasn't particularly wet. The shoes, however, wicked up the water - the wet area was halfway up the side of the shoe. When it dried, it left a stain. I've never had shoes do that and other teachers standing with me did not have the same problem. Thinking about whether or not to return the black ones. Disappointed.

Runs way too small and leather on toe area does not wear well.

Loved the look of these shoes, but the sizing is a bit large so I attempted to exchange these for a smaller size. However, by the time the return was processed (I was instructed to wait until the return went through then to contact customer support to have the shipping cost transferred), the shoes had sold out in the size/color I needed. Lovely shoes, still want a pair, but feel very let down by processing speed.

I bought these flats in June for my new office job. I wear them exclusively to work spending most of the day sitting at a desk but do walk around the hospital some. Less than three months after purchase the left shoe has a split on the seam next to the sole. I expect shoes to last longer than 3 months especially when I am spending the majority of the day sitting down.

I have owned 3 different pairs hoping to have different results but they wear quickly . Like after 4 wears the side stitching is already coming apart as did on every paid I've had which stinks for price.

As time goes by, the Emmie Leather Ballet Flat just gets shorter and smaller and CHEAPER - I started out wearing an 8.5. Three years later, I'm up to a 9.5, now tell me: Did my feet grow that much?!? NO. Lucky Brand is making the Emmie Leather Ballet Flat even more CHEAPLY than ever! The sole used to be thicker, the leather used to be a better quality, and they used to be sized CORRECTLY. I'm NEVER buying another pair, this stinks!! STOP BEING SO CHEAP AND MAKE A DECENT, CORRECTLY SIZED PAIR OF SHOES, SHEESH!!!
