These are so cheap and uncomfortable! How is anyone thinking these are comfortable when there isn’t any cushion and it feels like I’m walking on hard floors? I got a 5.5 wide and my heels came out when I walked. I got a 5 wide and they were too tight. There is ZERO arch support and no wonder why they are cheap!

the shoe is too short, but hubby threw the box away so I can't return them.

I ordered a half size up and they were still too tight so i had to return.

Even is these shoes had fit and been comfortable (which they didn't and weren't) they have a terrible odor. They smell like old, moldy leather. Sickening.

The fit was great. Very Comfortable. The color was NOT. It was called Platinum, but actually is very metallic gold. I am returning them and ordering another pair of the LIGHT SEAGRASS RENALDO, which is a perfect Platinum in my eyes. I like them so much that I want a pair in reserve when these wear out. Great style, fit and color.

I like this style but it’s just a bit too high on the sides of my feet to qualify for comfortable.

Flimsy and started to fall apart after only a couple wears. Definitely not worth the money.

I have worn Lucky Brand Emmie flats for 8 years. Typically a pair lasts me 1.5-2 years and I enjoy buying 2-3 colors to keep in rotation. The black in particular is typically so durable I can wear them for 6-8 months before signs of wear are evident. I purchased this pair less and a month ago and they look TERRIBLE! The black color is completely worn through in multiple places and they are obviously no longer made with real leather or even a cheap imitation. I have been such a dedicated fan of these shoes and am so deeply disappointed in the dramatic drop in quality.

My last pair of these were 5 stars. I bought this pair to replace my current shoes that were worn out (exact same shoes). The seams of these are painful on the right foot...poorly constructed. I am disappointed and am sending them back.

Just decided the color was not good for me.

I recently bought this same shoe (Lucky Brand ballet) from The Rack Room and wanted to try it in a Wide width from Zappos. So disappointed. As soon as I slipped my foot in this shoe, I knew it was inferior quality. The leather is not butter like my other one and felt so stiff and uncomfortable. My first Lucky Brand ballet shoe felt delightful the first time I put it on...... it was only after hours of wear that I realized it cut into my heel a bit and squished my toes. That's why I wanted to try again..... but despite it looking almost identical (color is slightly changed) the shoe feels incredibly different. Will be returning it. Too bad.

I ordered my regular size 9 and could not get my foot into the shoe.

This flat is cute but it was very uncomfortable. I would not recommend purchasing this item instead, invest in a good quality flat like Tieks or Tory Burch.

I did not like the shoes I am trying to find some comfortable shoes for my job so far no luck

These came this morning and i could barely get my right foot in the right shoe. I wear a 6 med. Im super disappointed and will be sending them back today.

I normally do not wear shoes without arch support but I thought I would try some flats. These are cute, but they were too short and too narrow for me. I wear a 7.5W which is what I ordered and they did not fit.
