Took a week or so to break in. I normally wear a 7 in ever shoe and I originally ordered that. I sent them back for a 7.5 and still wished I had gotten an 8. Super cute, comfortable for short term wear. Wouldn't wear them for a long day of walking.

I ordered a half size larger and it still seems a little small. Probably should have went a full size larger.

The heel part was digging into the back of my heel. Really uncomfortable, so I am returning them. Otherwise comfy and really pretty. Too bad!!!

I have this same shoe in a size 9 that I bought last year that I wear ALL the time...love the style,soft leather,and cushioned foot bed (no support, but is cushioned). The toe is starting to show a little wear so I thought I'd get a back-up pair since it's my favorite shoe. Unfortunately, this one does not live up to its predecessor. I am a solid 9, but went up a half size for this shoe it is WAY too short! I also ordered the same shoe in brown, size 9, and it was HUGE...had to have been at least a 10...I returned it and reordered a size 9 again and the next one fit right. Unfortunately this black leather is not as soft as this shoe from last year, or the brown (same shoe) that I just ordered. I was sad to have to return this shoe.

These shoes have gotten so many compliments which made me keep them. Everyone thought and thinks they look so cute! BUT I find that they pinch at the back of my ankle and so end up not wearing them much. There is no arch support but they work with an insole, such as those from Vionic.

I wanted an everyday black flat to wear to work for a decent price. $60 isn't breaking the bank, especially if you're wearing them regularly. However, upon receiving the item, these flats looked and felt very cheap. I tried them on and walked around a bit - and these shoes have zero support or structure. They looked like they were from Walmart or Target-- which would have been absolutely fine if the price tag was a fraction of the cost. Not even close to worth $60.

There is no support on the sides, and the top back of the shoe cuts into the heel, making them not the most comfortable.

I wanted these shoes to save me. They're cute, they go with just about anything and they weren't too pricey. But after walking about a quarter mile, my feet were killing me. There's absolutely nothing between your foot and the ground. No support, no cushion... totally not what I wanted.

I want to love these, but the back always digs into the back of my foot, even when I try a size too big. They're also pretty flat, except what little cushioning there is seems poorly placed and uncomfortable.

Ordered a 9.5 wide, width is great but the shoe ended up too short for me. I am a 9.5 - 10 for flats and need a 10 in these.

I really like the way these flats look, they make my large feet even look kind of cute. They are good for short outtings, but do not get them if you plan to be on your feet a lot with them! Your feet will ache, or at least mine did. Something about the very flat, no arched design. But maybe that is most flats in general. I did have to exchange them for one size larger, but the second time fit just great. I don't regret my purchase. :)

My right foot is shorter due to surgery; however the right shoe was tight. The left shoe fit appropriately. Have to return.

First let me say these are like slippers! That is both a good and bad thing. Great for comfort and so great for style- they're so soft you that they don't hold the shape you see in the pic. I have average feet and still these make me feet look wider.

The sizing for these flats is spot on! unfortunately, when I donned the pair, due to the padded center, I felt as if I was going to tump over...something should have been wider...the sole or the padding extended...a very strange feeling...my size is a 10W with a wide toe box and narrow heel

I love the color. It's the best out there.I've been looking for a casual flat in an animal print. They feel great and the inside has a terrific finish. Love it. The support is not poor, it's absent. None. The back of the shoe falls flat. I don't know how to explain it better. Question is, do I need $59 bathroom slippers? Still thinking, but I am very inclined to return them. Sad.

I tried so hard to buy these shoes. I generally wear a size 11M with no problem. When I ordered these in size 11 they were definitely too tight, and I'm not a believer in "shoes that will stretch" so I exchanged them for a size 12 - UNHEARD OF for me! The size 12 felt exactly like they 11. Cute as they are, they are going back.

Definitely a half size too small. Wish they had size 10.5.

I purchased this cognac color as well as the black after already owning the platinum. The cognac felt like they were two sizes too small but they were marked as the same size.

I really want to love this flat. I mean it comes in large sizes, has a cute look and comes in so many colors/prints for a resonable price. The only turn off for this shoe is that the leather doesn't hold up. I have bought about 3 pairs of these flats and they have all been thrown in the trash after about 1-3 months from getting large holes in the soles. I think if the leather were a bit more durable these shoes would be amazing.

The look of these are great, very soft leather. The bad part is the right shoe's elastic is tighter and rubs on my heel, will have to wear a band aid until I can break them in. Left feels good though. The heel feels hard and hasn't been great for walking around during a work day. I'm not sure if all these kind of flats hold the shoe on snugly, but I feel like my big toes rub the toe of the shoe when I'm walking, but when I'm sitting/standing I can push my heel back into the shoe and have plenty of room.

Nice shoes. Simple style yet exactly what I was looking for. Comfy! I managed to walk for like 10 straight hours and my feet were just okay. But the durability of this pair is just awful. They won't survive rain - glued sole started coming off. They won't survive everyday wear - the leather is scuffed on the side and back just after 1.5 months of wear. All in all, I think they are okay to wear couple of times per week but not for every day. This shoes are cheap but won't last.

I have a pair of black ones and love them. I am having a hard time with the size of these. The black ones I had to go up 1 whole size but when I bought these one size bigger than my normal they were way too big so I dropped down a half a size and they are a little too snug. I am hoping that they will stretch. Also, the color is not what I thought it would be. The picture looks more distressed (which is what I loved about it) than the actual shoe.
