Adorable but runs very small. I have big feet and I was excited about these but the 12W felt like an 11. Nice soft leather and very wearable neutral style, but they were just way too small. I could see these getting worn every day but I would need a 13W.

This shoe seemed to run small.

These are really cute but fit more narrow than my plain brown leather Lucky flats I already had beforehand.

Ordered this because I love my pair in another color but this "grout" color just looks dirty. Returning for a different color.

I ordered this in a 9.5 (my size), then a 10 (which felt the same or even smaller than the 9.5, then an 11 (which was way too big). If they fit, I would have liked them, but very frustrating sizing. Oh and they don't seem to offer half sizes bigger than 10 or I would have tried a 10.5. Hmmmmm.

I love the way these look and they go with everything; however, the elastic digs into my heel and pushes my foot forward. This hurts both my heal and my big toe. They just aren't comfy.

Not happy with the purchase. It was comfortable initially but after few minutes started pinching badly. The elastic band is too tight for my feet

I got the Emmie in Grout and I so wish they had worked out; they are a perfect neutral flat. But, they are SMALL. I wear a size seven, bought a size seven, and they're tight, narrow, and the elastic in the back is painful. I'm not tenderfooted at all so I thought I could tough it out. Nope. Went to my daughter after one wear.

So my sister has these flats in dark brown and I've worn them a few time and thought they were decent as far as comfort. So I bought these in the grout color. I struggle with flats as I need the kind that have the elastic the hug your feet. I have black Tieks that are definitely more comfortable than these (but I don't find the tieks the most comfortable shoes either). I'm hoping these just need a bit more time to soften up and stretch. But for now they seem it too be too tight in the toes and digging into my heels.

Darling shoe. I wanted to love it, but even though it was the right size for me, it squeezed my toes. Had I gone a half size bigger they would have slipped off the back of my heel. Back they go.

Looks and feels really cheap. Also for the wide size the sole of the shoe is a regular and there is just more material so the shoe opens up more to acomódate your foot. It's really strange and uncomfortable.

Since these are a little scrunched up, there is a pull on the back of your ankle. It may loosen up in time but since my feet are wide I didn't want to take my chances. Otherwise, cute looking shoes.

I like the way these shoes look, they go great with many outfits but like many ballet flats they lack support and therefore aren't super comfortable. In retrospect ordering a half size bigger may have made for a more comfortable wearing experience.

I ordered in my regular size and a half size up--the half size up fit best, but it was still too wide for me and I had to return it. The shoe feels more like a slipper, which, while comfortable, did concern me about whether it was durable enough.

I was excited to find these cute shoes in a wide width. However, they are what I call a fake wide. The top of the shoe stretched over my foot and looked distorted. They were also a tad too short. Sad I had to send them back. Cute and well made.

The color is not true. It is much more brilliant orange.

These shoes are very beautiful in person! I purchased them because I thought the "Bittersweet" color would be a welcomed addition to my wardrobe. I ultimately decided not to keep them. If you're looking for a great budget shoe, I think you'll be pleased with these. The suede feels and looks nice. It's just the construction is rather flimsy and isn't at all comparable to the "nicer" shoes I own, like my Tieks.

These shoes are a puzzle. I ordered a 1/2 size larger and wore them only to realize they were too small, so I gave them to a friend, and went back for more punishment and bought them in a size larger. They are still very tight around the back, which shoves my foot forward and makes them feel a little small. This is very frustrating because I bought a pair of the same style in the fall that fit fine. I don't know why this pair are so different.

I usually wear a 9 but I think I would need a 10 or 10.5 in these shoes. They are very short and tight. I think they will stretch but the sole isn't going to grow so order a size up at least.
