I really wanted to love these shoes. I'd been running with the Brooks Ghost 4 -- which are great -- but I really wanted to try Asics. I'm training for a half-marathon and thought these would offer more cushion than the Brooks. The Asics are so uncomfortable. They feel very narrow and squeeze my feet terribly. On my first couple of runs I felt tingles as my feet were "falling asleep". I thought they just needed to break-in, so I kept wearing them. On a 7 mile run, I got terrible blisters - the whole run my feet felt hot and cramped. I don't have wide feet, and the size is right. I'm going back to the Brooks. Asics are not for my feet.

Not a true wide width. My feet hung over the sides and it seemed like only a matter of time before they wore through the sides. Bummer. I really wanted these shoes, but I had to return them.

I had an earlier version of this shoe and loved it for longer than you're even supposed to keep a pair! I ordered this one in the same size (9W), and it has been too small from the first wear--really disappointing for a $130 shoe. Whenever I exercise in it, my toes are too squeezed and end up numb. They feel like they need more room to stretch. I feel like I wasted all that money because I really can't do much in it.

I expected these to be similar to the Gel-Nimbus 12, as they do not make them anymore and should not stray too far from their last year's model, but they are not. They longer and narrower. My feet are a little wide, but I did not have to purchase a wide with last year's model so am a little disappointed. Hopefully with some wear and tear they will become more comfortable.

I wonder if this pair of shoes I purchased are defective. I had to quit wearing them after a month because even with my orthotics in, it makes my right foot put all the weight on the bone on the front right side of my foot with continues to hurt a month later. Shoes were rated to help with people who tend to walk on the outside of their feet. This shoe makes me walk on the outer right side of my foot. Never have I had a pair of shoes that did this. No problems left shoe, just the right.

I hated this shoe. I had the older version of this shoe and loved it. This shoe never felt right. The support was in the wrong place and made it feel like I was running with a stick inside me shoe. Awful! Had to buy new shoes.

I own a fitness company where I must run several miles with several customers daily. I have always worn the Gel-Nimbus, loved the Gel Nimbus 12. However, the 13 is not the same shoe. It is not a neutral shoe. I will be returning mine today to Zappos and having to go find a new shoe after 3 years of wearing all the Gel Nimbus's that have been released. Very disappointing.

I have been an Asics shoe wearer for years and years. I purchased the GEL-Nimbus 13 after absolutely loving the GEL-Nimbus 12. I always wear a 10 (a size up because I jog in them). This pair was too narrow and too short and I felt they were not made well. The material seemed cheap and flimsy. I was so bummed. I am really in need of some new runners! I will always return to Zappos!

I needed a running shoe that could give me cushion and support. They worked out so well; I didn't get the shin and joint pain that I experienced with other brands. Will def be buying Asics again.

I love ASICS, these are my go to athletic shoes. I think I'm onto my 5th pair as I usually get one a year. I'm normally a 5.5 but with socks and room for exercising, I always take a 6. I love it that I can always order this style and size with no problems. I can use these for running, aerobics, weight training, they work as a great multi use shoe.

This is the most I've spent on running shoes, but it was totally worth it! The cushioning in these babies is amazing; I feel like I am running on clouds. I feel like I've hit the jackpot with shoes that are comfortable and stylish...enough.

I recently broke my foot and needed a shoe that would support my foot as well as absorb the shock when walking. This shoe truly helped my foot to recover faster due to the wonderful gel cushioning of this shoe.

Love these shoes! I have high arches and these have great support and my legs don't hurt while running at an incline like they use to.

So while the colors of this shoe seem to get uglier with every release, it doesn't stop the fact that I've been exclusively running in this style for the past 10 years. From running sub 4 hour marathons to over 10 minute miles while 7 months pregnant, these shoes handle the versatile runner and in my pregnant case currently, the trotter.

This is a truly wonderful shoe, I wear it for my very active nursing job, as well as for walking. It fits my foot wonderfully, provides a wonderful amount of support, and especially a good amount of cushion in the heel. I have bought multiple pairs of these now, and they are consistent in their construction and fit.

These are great shoes. I wear orthodics, so I need a neutral (high arch) shoe to get the right fit. These are very comfortable, provide good support, and look really nice on. I find that black sneakers frequently look manly and unattractive, but these have just enough white on them that you can wear them with black shorts/capris and they look good. I wear a 7 or a 7 1/2 in a dress shoe, but need an 8 1/2 in these to ensure that my toes don't hit the end of the shoe when I'm walking downhill.

I am an ASICS girl and have been running in ASICS for the past 20 years. They never disappoint. Very comfortable, lightweight, nice arch support and bounce. Exactly as promised.

A very nicely constructed shoe. Runs a bit small (which is actually better for me...I ordered them because my sized 5 Nikes are too large), I'd say.

I love these shoes! I have been running in the Gel Nimbus collection for years and they never fail to please. I personally like a lot of cushioning in my running shoes, so these are fantastic. They also held up very well through my entire XC season; the outside of the shoe never looked too dirty and the only extreme wear was a hole in the back of one of the heels. Overall I love these shoes and I will always come back to the Gel Nimbus!

Be careful of the color choices. I ordered black onyx, and it came through as gray. Otherwise, these are great shoes.

I love these shoes! They feel like I am walking on clouds they have great cushion. I also like how they are snug on my feet but not tight on my toes. I use them for running and I have been thinking about getting another pair since they are so comfy.

These are awesome sneakers. I've been getting them for 7 years since I was fitted for them to get rid of my shin splints, and they have been consistent in quality, comfort, and durability ever since. I will always buy this sneaker!

This is my 3rd pair. My last two were the Nimbus 12's. I don't really see a difference. Still a great shoe! I get bad shin splints and these help. Great support!

Most amazing shoes ever! I cannot explain how comfortable these are! I put them on right out of the box to go running, and they have the best support and comfort. I have never gotten blisters from wearing them in the last month. I sometimes wear them to work. Being a teacher, I am on my feet all day and these are a Godsend!
