The Nimbus is my go-to shoe. Because I have a normal instep and recurrent plantar fasciitis, these are now of shoe of choice. I always buy a 1/2 size bigger. The fit is still snug enough but still have enough room for expansion during exercise. I also always add superfeet inserts.

I love the comfort of these running shoes. They are just as wonderful as the previous versions. The only complaint I have is that the shoelaces aren't long enough to go through the top hole. I have thin feet and have never had any problems with shoelace length before.

Love! I have worn the Kayanos so I was a wee bit nervous to switch, but I loved the look of the black and turquoise ones! Also, I do have kind of a high arch, narrow foot. There are great! A lot of reviews complained of them running small which I didn't find. I normally wear an 8.5 and they fit true to size. Great support and cushioning! Gives me motivation for my upcoming half marathon.

Best running shoe I have bought in a long time! Worth the money. Broken in during the first 3 miles or so. If you do a lot of walking, I would get something with a bit more stability for the ankle, but these shoes make me look forward to running!

Color choice was slim for my size when I needed to replace athletic shoes. I wasn't sure about this color combination, but after receiving them changed my mind. The shoe is very pretty and I get a great fit with an Asics shoe. This is the shoe for the person with a high arch.

I'm an avid runner and found these shoes to have great cushioning. I have high arches and am an underpronater, and these shoes seem to work well (always on the hunt for the perfect shoe though!).

This shoe seems good for a neutral foot, but off road running because of the extra cushioning.

My podiatrist recommended running shoes, and the shoe store person suggested these as one of the best sellers. They worked so well for me without the orthotics I usually wear that I ordered another pair (through Zappos). I don't run at all. These are my shoes for doing errands and sometimes walking the track. I even like the black and white style with jeans and black pants. The black and white shoelaces are my favorite and make these a fun shoe to wear as well as a comfortable one.

These might be the best running shoes that I have ever owned. The cushioning is superior yet still provides a bit of stability which I need. Definitely go up half a size. I have a large muscular frame and need a shoe that will not gas out on me too quickly with a lot of cushioning to help with my back issues. These shoes are perfect for me.

I love these shoes, I have 2 pair. One for work on my feet everyday and 1 for home and shopping on weekends.

This is my second pair of these running shoes. They provide the cushioning and support I need without being overly constructed. Definitely buy a half size larger than your regular shoes.

Asics Gel-Nimbus are the only running shoes I wear; I've been wearing them since time began, I am age 59. I did return this pair though, with gray laces and too much gray color, it looked as though it had 10,000 miles on it before I took it out of the box. Ouch. Sorry.

Asics are great running shoes hands down. The nimbus 13 is the most comfortable shoe yet. I'm 6'3'' 280 and have been jogging and thus far have not experienced foot or knee pain. Highly recommended for heavy guys.

I love these shoes. This is my third pair of Gel-Nimbus and I won't ever switch! I tried switching, in fact, and my knees promptly started to complain. For under-pronators or those who need extra ankle support or joint cushioning, these are hands down the best quality shoe I've run in. I do wish they were a little less bulky, but that comes with the territory for the support you get. I'm not sure if it's just my pair, but the lacing on both veer towards the inside of my foot (instead of going straight down the middle of the top of my foot). It's totally cosmetic and I don't really love that because I think it makes my foot look a bit odd. But it's one of those things that only I notice after staring down at my feet for a while... haha!

My preference fluctuates between the Gel Nimbus and Gel Kayano - both great shoes. Asics often runs about one half size small.

First time ever buying Asics Gel, and I would buy them again. The first workout in these sneakers was extremely comfortable. It's worth the purchase.

My first Asics (I've always worn Nike for running). I found that they run a little bigger than Nike, but when I went a 1/2 size down they were too small. Other than the fact that they fit slightly larger than I'd like, I love the way they feel and that's why I'm going to give them a try. Once again, outstanding service on delivery and exchange from Zappos.

Comfortable shoes that are helpful with my plantar fasciitis condition. Had to order one-half size up and also increase to a wide, as compared to the Gel-Nimbus 12. Graded the shoe downward because of this difference from the 12 to the 13, they should keep them standardized.

I love these shoes! I have a very narrow foot, and this Asics 2A fits me better than any other running shoe. The arch support, and ankle support is better than most. This is my second pair, and I will be sure the buy again. Thank you Zappos!

It runs a bit narrow. I normally I wear a narrow width, but I had to exchange for a medium. The shoe feels cushy and comfortable right out of the box. But my knees are hurting more since I started wearing it and this could be due to a ramp-up in mileage, or the summer heat, or the shoe.

I have a pair of Asics T054N and have loved them. These feel too tight across the top, width is narrow. Not crazy about the extra wide sole.

This is the third generation of the Nimbus that I have ordered. They always fit but these do not. I am not sure why but my right foot goes numb. I have tried adjusting the laces, wearing thinner socks but these just do not fit. Zappos said I could return them but I threw away the box and honestly I wore then outside to run.

I really wanted to like these shoes, but they are just too narrow for my feet. The support is great, but too tight in the width. They made my toes fall asleep.

I bought these shoes based on their reviews and popularity mostly. These (and the Gel-260s) were my first pair of Asics. Unfortunately, I hate to say they didn't necessarily cut it for me. The just simply weren't comfortable for my feet.

My foot runs narrow, and these shoes are really tight on me. I ordered a half size up. The size is fine, it is just the width. I thought I just had to break them in, but that doesn't seem to be working. I've worn Asics for 7 years... not sure what is going on with this style. Also, the shoe laces are so short. I had trouble doing a single knot with so little give. The shoes are light and breath well. They have a good cushion. If I, with my narrow foot, am having trouble then I can only imagine how these shoes would fit someone with a normal width.
