I bought a flat in November and my size 10 wide fit perfectly. I tried it on and purchased them in a department store to avoid the hassle of returning..( To me it is a hassle). A month ago I purchased the walker classic and suddenly a 10 wide is no longer a European 41 but now says that it is a 42. Well that would have been great if it was true! The shoes are too shortthough beautiful. The arch fits way back from my natural arch though it does give great support. The only way I can wear these shoes is with very thin socks. I am sad and disappointed. Whoever decided to change the basic size and design format of this shoe did everyone a great disservice.

I bought the Walker Classic because I need good arch support for overpronation. I was especially disappointed with them because I have had so much success with the Vionic slippers I have been wearing for years with no orthotics needed. (I have been able to wear the slippers for entire days with no knee pain.). The arch in the Walker Classic was not equal to the one in the slippers. I ordered a half size larger in case I needed to use my my orthotic inserts in the Walker but when I had them in the Walkers were too short. I was very sad to have to return them.

Have very high arches, bunions, PF, and metatarsal issues. Hoped these would work, but ordered in wide -- way too narrow. In addition, the top of the shoe did not accommodate my arches - too tight. All round found them to be very uncomfortable and returned them.

The insole from heel to mid ball of the foot area seemed concave, I am aware of the cradled heel intention...but This felt only like production line quality instead of well thought out orthotic shoe. The tongue seemed long.

Just ordered these and unfortunately, going to have to return them. Although they seem supportive, they seem to big, compared to other size 5 shoes I own. I like the gray and blue trim though.

Toe of shoes feels short and curves up. Very uncomfortable! I was really looking forward to trying these shoes after watching the online video! Arch support is great but rest of shoe feels hard and uncomfortable.

I bought these shoes about a year ago and I don't like them at all. From the moment I got them, they had absolutely no cushioning in the soles. I felt like my feet were always hurting. I thought maybe they needed breaking in, but I was wrong. I replaced the inserts with better ones, but they only minimally helped. I'm on my feet the whole day, everyday and my feet are almost always sore with these shoes. I kept wearing them because they were pretty expensive. But lately, even my knees and back are starting to hurt! I'm pretty young and never had these problems before. I noticed that only ever get knee pain from wearing these. I'm finally throwing these out and buying a better pair.

I've been ordering and wearing this shoe for the last 7 years. The last two pairs seems to have problems with the rubber in the toe box area. The rubber pointing upward is not glued or sealed properly. A professional repair has been required. This will be my last purchase of the Orthaheels. There are plenty other competitors out there for my to select from.

I was very excited to buy these shoes because of the rave reviews. But the shoes are very hard and have caused my feet to hurt so bad in just a few days that I must return them. I have flat feet and they did not work for me.

Shoes are very stiff. They are not padded along the sides of the shoe. They made my feet hurt. The arch support was fine.

Loved these shoes when they came 3 months ago, but the rubber bottom is breaking down and they are becoming uncomfortable to walk in. I have been wearing these shoes every day since I got them and the construction of the bottom rubber is cheaply made. Not happy with how long these shoes lasted. I will look for a more expensive wearing shoe next time.

The sneaker seems larger than a size 7. I know I could have returned them for exchange, but I needed new sneakers for a vacation. They have not helped my heel pain at all.
I will try a different brand in the future.

I realize there were many rave reviews about these sneakers but I found them to be so uncomfortable and poorly made. The big toe area has bunched up stitching that feels like a nail is poking into your toe. They seemed very cheap and didn't feel like they would last.

Was so excited when I found these. From the description, I thought they were what I'd been looking for for ages. However, the width of the Wide shoe in this style was narrower than even most of the medium-width walking/cross training/running shoes I've tried on in my quest for a decent shoe. I've never needed extra-wide before, but I couldn't even get this supposedly Wide one on my foot without my foot feeling like it was in a vice. Very, very disappointed.

I have some Orthaheels that I really love, but I'm not overly impressed with these. The have some arch support, but not nearly as much as the Gemma mule slippers. Iput the orthaheel active insole in,which made the arch support alittle better, but still not great and Ireally don't think ishould have to spend extra money for asore that isn't exactly cheap in the first place. Not great for my plantar fasciitis. Not only is the arch support not great, they are pretty hard. Similar to walking on board--slightly more comfortable m Also, they are super squeaky. I work in a hospital, so I do a lot of squeaking when I wear those shoes. Pretty annoying.

They seemed to fit great at first then after a few days they just got so sloppy and support did not fit in the right spots. It was very painful to wear! So sad, I hoped these would work. Thank you for your great service, a wonderful company to work with.

It is currently 10/11/12 and I have had these shoes since April 12. Beginning in September I noticed the sole of the R shoe was coming loose on the lateral side. I thought perhaps it was just a minor defect. Then the L sole came loose, in the same location. I wear these shoes 4 days/week in a healthcare environment. They are not worn in damp or wet locations. This shoe is quite comfortable, but I expect pricey shoes to last longer than 5 months. I am very disappointed.

Why can't we get an 11.5 size! Can I possibly be alone in this request? I was excited get these because I really love the arch support in the Orthaheel sandals and these were very good looking walking shoes. However, these are a bit too short and a bit too snug. I have a normal wide foot, not a fat foot just a wide foot and I cannot wear a sock as they would not fit in these shoes. I tried them without socks, but my toes came to the very end of the shoe. Also, there is a very uncomfortable area in the fabric on the inside by a seam just before the baby toe which when rubbing the foot can be very irritating. Too bad these are coming back.

I loved these shoes. They were a tremendous help in improving my plantar fasciitis. However, I have now had to return two pairs because the lacing loops have simply torn in half when I was tying my shoes. On the second pair, this happened after only a couple of weeks of wear. Clearly there is some problem with the material they used. I am going to have to look for something else.
