Can we please have some size standardization between sizes? I'm sure it would cut down on returns A LOT! These are probably my 20th pair of Vionic brand footwear, after starting with the Tide flip flop and adding dressier sandals, running shoes, walking shoes, and booties. These are by far the sloppiest fit shoes of all, forcing me to pull the laces super tight so the eyelets almost touch, and my feet have never been called narrow! The arch isn't as high as my other Vionic shoes, so buyer beware if you need it. Also, I ordered the color "stone," which look much darker in the online pictures; what I got looks more like what was once a white shoe but got dirty over the years, right out of the box.

LIKES: The color taupe is very nice The style is very nice The arch support is very good Structurally appears to be well made DISLIKES: The toe box on the size medium is tight The length of the size 9, my normal Vionic size, is perfect Heel area too wide, my heel is not supported and slips right out when walking The above is my experience with my dominant foot. My other foot would be even worse. I ordered them in a wide width as well but I have to cancel that order as well as return this pair. Very disappointed as I truly love this sneaker.

I had to send these back. They were too hot to be comfortable, and the footbed had a sharp edge at the beginning of the heal bed. Would not like to feel that after a day walking in those.

I was hoping these shoes would work. The toe box is too wide for my feet and my foot slips down to the toe when I walk

I have purchased other Vionic shoes which I have been happy with, however this shoe runs large. Will return to replace.

I tried the 9.5 and the big toe area too small. I tried the 10 and the shoes were way too big. Too bad I really liked their look.

This is the first time I've purchased a Vionic that wasn't an open sandal, and the fit is very different. I typically wear a size 10 athletic shoe, although sometimes I need a wide shoe because narrow toe boxes don't work for me. These walkers were narrow in the toe box and the arch support was closer to my heel than it should have been. Overall the fit seemed smaller than a standard size 10 in length, but because of the strange placement of the arch support I think a 10.5 wouldn't have worked for me either.

The shoe has a great look and color, but the footbed was too hard. The arch was super hard and in the wrong place for my foot.

The arch support hit my arch in the wrong place and felt like a rock.

I did not like these shoes. I ordered them in black. They look and feel like plastic, not leather. They are hard and not cushiony like Skechers. I’m returning them.

I needed another pair of the Walker Classic and purchased the same size (10M) as my previous pair. I have worn a 10M for years except in Vionic flip flops which run large. I put the new Walkers on and my big toes felt like they were resting on an incline. When I started walking my toes hit the front of the shoe. They just feel short. Of course they are out of the purple (AGAIN) in the next size up with no restocking date given. I'm also afraid a 10.5M might be too long. Now I'm not sure what to do. I need a walking shoe for work and my daily walks to help my plantar fascitis stay controlled. I don't like shopping so when I find something that works I like to stick with it. Guess I'll search around to Vionic authorized stores again to try and find the next size up in the purple and pay the shipping. I certainly miss when the company was Orthaheel not Vionic.

These shoes kind of look like the shoes you'd see an old woman wear. ie. A nun or an elderly school teacher. I just thought they were too ugly to wear. I have R A but I still wouldn't wear them.

I ordered a 6.5 Wide. The shoe was a good length, but the toe box was too narrow. I could tell that this would be a wide for someone with a wide mid-foot/arch area, but it is not a good cut for someone with a wide toe box.

The shoes were ok. I was hoping for better arch support from vionic. They were much too wide for me, and typically I wear an 8M, which I ordered. Had to return the shoes.

First I have a large foot (size 11) so am conscious of shoes that make my feet look like boats. The colors were more vibrant than I expected and the shoe occupies a large part of my foot. I wasn't a fan and returned them. They were true to size tending toward the larger side.

I gave the shoe a 3 overall, just because I needed to return it. This is a very well made shoe and I am disappointed that it did not feel good on my arthritic foot. I think the size was a bit tight on my foot, but generally uncomfortable to me.

For me they felt a little stiff and figured they’d be uncomfortable for walking. They are also geriatric looking so I returned them. Couldn’t get the vision of the 80 year old lady down the block doing her power walk at 7am out of my head!

I had high hopes as I have many pairs of Vionics but this pair barely has any arch support. Disappointing I buy Vionic because I have high arches. These fit more like Ryka sneakers which don't have enough arch support.

Nice sturdy shoes, but the styling is quite clunky, sort of like hiking shoes. We returned them because the style was too bulky.

I don't know why so many positive reviews. Just rec'd these and style is great but so uncomfortable when I slipped on to try. Their stiff, no cushioning, and didn't have great arch support to me. Disappointed and returning.
