I had hoped these would offer more cushioning. And I can hardly feel the arch support. I bought drug store inserts to help but needed two different types of inserts to get the cushion I need. So they are better but I probably would not have spent this amount of money on them if I had known this. But they are well made have options for the tension with the laces and are very sturdy.

Being all leather and little mesh (breathability) shoe is too tight and uncomfortable for me. I will exchange for a different shoe.

These shoes felt hard and stiff. The leather pieces across the top felt more like plastic, with no give at all.

i wanted something with some support and these definitely had support to the second power. BUT it really felt like the arch was more towards the back of my foot over supinating my foot (as designed) uncomfortably so. Plus they look very orthotic and are heavy and bulky, not to my liking and very clunky looking at the end of my slender legs.

Disappointed in level of comfort while walking on hard surfaces. Sole of shoe is hard, not cushioned like I'd expected for the price. Shoes are constructed well. Materials are solid. I look for a cushioned feel for a walking and daily wearer due to having issues with my feet and legs. I will attempt to wear these shoes around my house since I have carpet throughout. Looks like I'll have to invest in a previous shoe brand I had better experience with overall comfort.Hoped to find a different shoe for my needs but this particular shoe is not it for me.

Trying to find something to replace my beloved Brooks Addiction Walkers. These fit ok. They were just too clunky and ugly to keep for the price.

I bought the size shoe as the previous pair I bought (of a different style). This pair was just slightly larger My right foot had moves a bit in the shoe but a smaller size would have been too small for my left foot. But they are comfortable as is. Just afraid I will rub off the back of the shoe before the shoe is worn out.

The fit was fine, but I found the arch support very uncomfortable. It seemed to be higher on one side of the shoe than the other--enough so that it just didn't feel right.

I'm still searching for a good walking shoe without fabric on top that toes eventually poke through!

I had high hopes for these sneakers but they feel about a full size too large. As it is hard to find a narrow sneaker, I often find I have to settle for a medium width but these were very wide. Sending back.

These are very heavy feeling sneakers. Probably 1/2 a size smaller then I expected but due to the heaviness I didn't even try to order up.

Very comfortable but very heavy. Slipped a bit in the heel. And look like "old lady" shoes despite the pix.

I wanted to like this shoe because the reviews were so good. The wide size runs narrow and I have a size 11 wide foot. I'll keep searching until I find the walking shoe for me.

I have had many pairs of the Walker shoe in white. This time I ordered the beige. Same 8w I always wear but the fit is terrible! The width in the toe area is just right but as I walk it gaps out on both sides in the heel area. Very annoying! I have many Bionic sandals too and they are just fine.

Was not wide enough for me in the toe box ,though I have bunions and really bad feet. This is a great shoe with lots of support I know...it just wasn't good for my particular foot.

Again, in my quest for the perfect walking shoe, I thought I had hit paydirt on this one. However, when I put them on, there was an immediate discomfort, as the arch support area was hard, and hitting my arch in an very uncomfortable way and even sending a wave of pain up to my calf. Everything else about the shoe was beautiful. Unfortunately I had to send these back due to the poor placement (for me) of the arch support.

I wanted to get another pair of Saucony Grid walkers, but no luck. Those shoes fit me perfectly in a size 9.5 but these (Vionic Walker) feel too big in a size 9. And while the shoe as a whole feels too big, it also feels too narrow across the widest part of my foot. Not sure I'll be able to use these.

I usually buy another name brand walking shoe but after purchasing vionic flip flops which helped my plantars fasciitis I decided to purchase these walking shoes. I was disappointed in the arch support! The arch seems no different than a Nike!

The length and width of these shoes felt good, but the arch support was too high for me. They hurt my arches so I'm returning them. I did not like the style of the shoe either.

I've purchased Vionic shoes for several years and love them. But the last three pair went back because they are short! I am a size 12 so there's no bigger ones to select. I'm hoping the manufacturers make whatever changes are needed to get the new shoes back to true size. I'm sad because I really love the Vionics I have which fit properly.

These shoes are really well made - solid, sturdy and tons of arch support. I found them a little too sturdy and warm for the warm climate in Florida. Also, they are a little heavy for me, especially for long walks.

The fit and size 8-1/2 was perfect. The trouble I have is that my left foot still overpronates quite a bit in these shoes. The insert was uncomfortable and did not help the overpronation at all. I even tried the shoes with a different insole and my regular orthotic and still had a big problem with my left foot overpronating. The right foot was OK with everything. It is stronger, but I need something that will really work on both feet. I am afraid that I will have to return both pairs. - BJ

I was very disappointed with these sneakers, I expected them to be very supportive and cushioning to walk on- they are actually quite stiff. After a 2 mile walk which felt like I was walking in boots instead of sneakers, they have been retired to working in the yard. The fit was good and the arch support adequate, just not the right sneaker for me.

I wear an 11 casual shoe and a 12 athletic shoe. Sometimes an 11W athletic will also work. Not so in the case of the Vionic. I couldn't get my foot into the shoe so I can't comment on the size, width or support. I was hoping they would work. I hear great things about Vionic, but every size 11 pair I've ever tried on has been too small so I don't get the chance to experience how great I hear they are. Bummer.
