I thought these were going to run large, but they don't. Just ordered next size up (7). Good for my wide foot. Even in small size my heel pain diminished in 15 minutes. Can't wait for the size 7s. Just wish they made back strap and "real" shoes.

I purchased these flip flops to give support while standing on the hard tile floor. They are exactly what I needed.

These shoes are wonderful. I had plantar fascia and also knee problems can where them just fine. They actually help both areas.

You can really feel the arch support. Size is exact. Really like the shoe. Am going to buy other colors now!

This shoe is great. I got it in purple/plum color and love it. They are a bit spendy but was worth it to get great great arch support. I thought my days of wearing flip flops (which I love) were over due to arch pain in regular flat flip flops. But these are fantastic, therapeutic and stylish. Thank you Zappos for your incredibly fast service! Why you can deliver in one day when other websites take 2-3 weeks, I don't understand, but thank you!

Highly recommend. Orthaheels literally cured my plantar fasciitis a few years ago. Since then I wear them whenever I don't need to be wearing other shoes. These have soft straps, very comfortable (had to return the Allegre with hard plastic straps).

These are the most comfortable flops I've ever worn. Got my husband a pair, too. He has plantar fasciitis, and says these feel better than his inserts.

Love this flip flop. Great support and has been wonderful for my planer fasciitis.

Pure comfort, love the arch. Can wear for hours walking! Past history of plantar fascia and these are the only sandals I can wear! Wish the wider size was made the same. I really need a wider shoe, but their shoe in that version has a strap that is way too big.

I have fallen arches in my feet, so I am always looking for shoes that have solid arch support. These are the first pair of flip flops I have owned that provide both arch and heel support. They feel amazing! I wear them in the house and whenever my feet need a break from my other shoes.

I have bone-on-bone osteoarthritis in one knee, and pain that refers itself to my lower back. When I wear Orthaheel shoes, this pain is gone! I have two pairs of the flip-flops, and the Tide looks nice enough for work yet casual enough for play. Love them! Buy with confidence. (They say wear them a little each day to get your legs used to the new way you stand. This is good advice.)

Love the shoes. Would definitely order another pair. I hope I can find a pair of oxfords or loafers with this same sole. I have had a lot of heel problems and they definitely help with that.

Helped decrease foot and back pain. Put them on and did not want to take them off!

I love these shoes because I have flat feet. I also like to order from Zappos because of the quick, convenient, no shipping cost policy.

I ordered 2 pairs of Orthaheels from Zappos, they had the largest selection at a great price. I was amazed how quickly they arrived! I was able to wear them on our trip to St Lucia, as far helping the plantar fascia, it really is helping! But do follow the directions, of wearing for a few hours and building up, I wore them for 8 hours the first day, and since I am flat footed, it aligned my foot properly which distributed weight to the outside of the foot, which started to cause it to feel like it was going to blister, it didn't, the next day, I went down to 4 hrs, then over the next few days worked back up to all day, no issues.

So far these shoes are great. I have had arthritis in my feet for a few years and I think these shoes are going to be my go to brand. I actually wear a 1/2 size larger but since they only come in whole sizes I tried the one down first. Fit just fine.

I didn't think I could replace my beloved 5 year old simple black Merrell's until I found OrthaHeel. Amazing comfort as they fit the grove of your foot as though they were made for you. Would buy one in every color! Enjoy.

I walked all over the Vegas strip the first day in these and had no problems. I now live in these and my black ones.

Love these sandals. They feel great on my feet and have helped with the arch and heel pain I was having, as well as lower back pain. I wear them in the house for the support and find they are the "go to" shoe for everything. I ordered an 8 and it's roomy. I have tried a 7 and like the fit better so I've ordered another one in a smaller size. I will continue to look for more styles in Orthaheel; they are just what my feet needed.

THese are my second pair of Orthaheel sandals. I love them. I have problem feet and have not been able to wear any thong sandals but these work and my feet are so happy.

Okay. Love the shoes, but so love Zappos service. I ordered these yesterday at 12:15pm; they were on my doorstep at 10:30 this morning! Wow. Great job. Love Zappos. And love these Orthaheel flip flops!

I was hesitant to spend this much on flip flops. But I am having foot issues and can no longer walk barefoot in my house. These solved the problem. They do feel sort of strange, have a lot of arch support, but the pain is gone! I normally wear a 7.5, but in Orthaheel, I am a 6.

I love these flip flops! I normally wear orthotics in my shoes for plantar fasciitis and was bummed to think of not being able to wear sandals or flip flops all summer. These have great arch support and I can wear them all day without problems. I also wear them around the house instead of slippers. They are stylish enough to wear with any casual outfit and comfortable right out of the box. Plus, they come in a wide variety of colors. If you need the extra arch support that cheap flip flops don't provide, you will love these!

Literally unbelievable. This totally stops pronation, which makes ankle, knee and hip pains go away. I honestly can't quite believe what a major difference this footbed makes. This is worth every penny, and I'm ordering the walking shoe version of Orthaheels next.

I bought these shoes after reading many positive reviews, and now I add mine to them. These flips take about a week to get used to. Don't try wearing them for several hours until your feet like them. The arch feels like it's in the wrong place, but it's not. I've now worn these shoes all over the streets of Chicago during my vacation and my feet and back remain healthy and happy. A big deal! I m going to buy more in different colors, too.
