Very nice shoe! Very good quality. Sturdy to walk in. No wobbly heel. But not stiff. Easy heel to walk in. I am a 10W plus size 22/24 and this shoe makes your foot and ankle look small. It's very comfortable also.

Love these shoes. WW width fit perfect. I have to return because they are too long. I have been ordering 10, but probably need to start ordering 9.5 as have had this length problem with other shoes. For the money I thought the quality was good and cute little pleating on the front. I am hoping they have in a size smaller.

Elegant and graceful, but also imminently comfortable even for problem feet (bunions), these pumps are excellent for church, work, or a night out.

These are comfortable low heels. The uppers are pliable and "give" but the "narrow" width is true to size. I'll probably get another color as well.

Cute, but a little frumpy; looked okay under pants, but not an exceedingly attractive shoe by itself. I bought it for comfort and found it ran a little big (like 1/4 to 1/2 size), which is why I am returning them. They were slipping off my heels. Fitzwell needs to put the same gel padding into the ball of the foot, not just the heel, and also incorporate some arch support. There is none in this shoe.

Love these shoes so much I'm going to buy one of each color as soon as the brown and nude are available again in my size. Already have the black and white and absolutely adore them. The white is probably the prettiest white pump I've ever seen and they look even better on. Classy, yet comfortable. Same for the black. Can't go wrong with this shoe!

These shoes are beautiful and comfortable. My only complaint is that after minimal wear around the house to test them out, the silver shoe liner in the toe box rubbed off. So when I realized I really needed a wider width I could not return them. But I do like them so much I'm ordering them in black, too.

This shoe must run either long or wide, because my stubby foot went way forward, leaving 1/2 inch at my heel. I have to return them.

Stylish, comfortable, great for work and going out! They're slightly narrower than expected but seem to be stretching/breaking in a little.

I love the look of these shoes. They did not fit quite right on my 13WW foot. I ordered 13W hoping they would but no. They are nice quality.

The Fitzwell Captain is beautiful, smart and comfortable. I've worn them for a few hours but they are perfect. It is hard to find a pretty 13A, especially with a rich look at a smart price.

I followed other reviewers and purchased a half-size smaller than I normally do (i.e. 8 instead of 8.5). I have a wide foot and these fit me right out of the box and held up for many hours.

These are really nice shoes with cute detailing. They feel a 1/2 to 1 size larger than normal. I also ordered the Fitzwell Prisca in the same size and they fit perfectly. Unfortunately, these will be returned.

These are nice and comfortable shoes. But they fit way too big. I bought a size 6½W and I am swimming in them. I have not bought a size 6 in a long time but I think I may have to in this style.

These shoes are true to size. They are very Comfortable. They are excellent shoes for special occasions or for work. The heel was not too high for me. Overall an excellent buy.

Great style! I purchased this shoe in the nude color, and it fit perfectly despite having a narrow foot. Only wish it came in narrow sizes, but it is a nice conservative look for work, church, and so on. Thank you Zappos!

The shoe is extremely comfortable. I purchased it to wear to a very swank professional luncheon. I ended up wearing the shoe all day, most of the time while standing. I wear a wide width, and comfort is most important to me. You will be very happy with this shoe. I plan to purchase the shoe in white. Please add more colors!

Love these shoes! I've been searching for that perfect shoe that was majorly comfortable to be worn for long periods of time and running through airports. This is the one! I'm going to buy this in every color I can get my hands on.

I like the dressy styling of this shoe - perfect for anywhere that you don't want to wear sandals or stilettos (church, nice garden party, etc). I normally wear a 6.5M or 6W, but ended up in a 6M, and probably could have gone a little smaller, but that size was comfortable and I really wanted to wear that new dress that needed white dress shoes!

So cute! Wish I could've fit into them. I can't wear them though since they run a little tight. I'd return them to get a wider size but my dog decided that he liked the way they tasted.

This shoe is classy and pairs great with work outfits (business professional or casual). But listen to what other people say about the Fitzwell brand running large. I wear a size 8 in flats and 7.5 in all of the heels I own. I thought a 7.5 would still be 'okay' for size when I ordered my first pair but ended up exchanging for a size 7. I like the gel padding for the heel but arch support could be better.

These shoes run very big. I bought this in size 8 and they feel like size 10. I had a different pair of pumps (different brand) and when put one against the other, the difference in size was obvious.

Didn't really care for the look of these shoes. Comfortable for the brief time I had them on.

This shoe was found to be too long (extra space in the back of the shoe). Also found a flaw in the leather on the front of one of the shoes. Otherwise, I was satisfied with the shoes.
