Ordered 8.5 wide but ended up with 8 wide, very comfortable for a wide foot due to some give across the foot. A lovely shoe, good value.

I have been wearing these shoes for a few months now. They have no support and they hurt the balls of my feet. The shoe is a half size too big and my heel slips out. I wish I would have returned the shoes but I had already worn them before I realized how uncomfortable they are. I would not recommend this shoe but if you received the correct size it might be different.

These shoes are just ok. I am thinking of returning them. The leather looks a little fake and they are mediocre in comfort. It was my first pair of Fitzwell's.

When I put these shoes on, they felt super comfortable. However, when I started walking, they felt a bit unstable. Read this in another review and now I know what it means. I did order half a size smaller as suggested and size wise they fit well. The heel is strange though. Also the sides of the shoes are rubbing against my skin. SO strange, if you stand in them, they feel super comfy, once you I start walking, not as much. Otherwise, not bad looking.

Cute shoes! I was very excited to read the review that they were comfortable on the feet - even with bunions. However, when mine arrived they were labeled the same size, but one shoe was definitely smaller than the other - and of course it was the one with my bunion. Alas, they needed to be returned.

The color was true to image, but the shoes were still a half size bigger than marked (at least). I was walking right out of these, and my feet are pretty small... The design was great in theory but didn't look that great on. Gotta send these back!

Reasonably comfortable shoe in this price range. Not very attractive. Felt a bit larger than marked. Returning.

I thought this would be the perfect shoe for work. The heel height is ideal, and I like the style, which gives variety to my collection of plain-toed shoes. However, the shoe was too long for me. I realized this after we sent the original packaging to the recycling center, so now I'm stuck with them. I have purchased inserts with the hopes that I'll actually get to wear these shoes. I would have expected a more finished, cushioned insole for the prices. I wish I could have tried them on before buying them!

The shoe is beautiful and the height of the heel is comfortable. Unfortunately, the shoe isn't true to size. It felt much bigger. I generally wear a size 6-6 1/2 in dress shoes. I ordered size 6 and they fit more like a size 6 1/2 or 7. They have a comfortable toe and heel and would be great if they fit better.

This shoe is very comfortable. But it is too narrow and the heels keep slipping off my feet.

Love the style, exactly what I wanted. However, this is a low-quality shoe. After a couple of uses, part of the leather came off in one of the pairs and it became useless. :( Water of money. I have later learned that Ros Hammers had the original style. I guess this was a faked version by Fitzwell. I am sure the Ros Hammers one would be high a quality; I couldn't get a pair of Ros Hammer unfortunately because they ran out of my size by the time I have found out that they also had this style. :-( Now I am in search for that brand's version of these shoes. And I am never getting another pair of Fitzwell after this experience; although they seem to be very nice shoes of affordable prize, it is not worth it because they will be thrown away once the very thin leather that was used to make the show will come off. On another note, the insole they have inserted for comfort is a joke; nowhere near some other more expensive heels I'd tried.

Even though I ordered a double wide, shoe was too tight at my small toes. Also hurt my sole, too hard.

BEWARE of comfort if standing or walking more than 15 minutes in these shoes. The size is great. However, for a big woman like me 250 pounds, these shoes have no support or cushion. My feet ached while and after wearing these shoes. Felt like walking on my toes on cement, barefoot. Not a good shoe. Very disappointed.
