Great looking boot. However, it seemed like they were 2 different sizes. My left foot is larger, but it swam in the boot, whereas the right boot fit almost correctly - it was still a bit big but not as bad as the left. Couldn't go down in size because the right was already snug over the arch/ front of foot. Hate to send them back. Love Zappos!

Nice looking ankle boot, but felt VERY stiff, & toe box squished my foot. I guess they would soften with wear, but I don't intend to wear them too often. Also rubbed my upper foot near the ankle. So back they go to Zappos.

Disappointed that it didn't fit! The length of the boot was fine but the width was so wide, my heel slipped out. I even tried it with thick socks but it didn't help. The ankle part of this boot is just too wide. I was surprised since other reviewers didn't mention this. I do have narrow feet and ankle, but it was REALLY wide, not just a little.

These boots seem to be very well made, but the toe area is SO LONG. I had about 2-3 inches of empty space.

They are cute boots but size runs about a 1/2 size too big. I even tried putting footbed inserts in and my heel still slipped out of the boot. I will have to send them back unfortunately.

Like other reviewers, I was worried they were too loose in the heel, but I wore them to the rodeo anyway, as others said that's just the way boots fit. Still, I think they run a little big. I loved the style and they felt good too. I think I was just on my feet for too long! I was wishing I had some kind of gel insert because my feet were killing me by the end of the night but I was on my feet for probably 5-6 hours.

Wanted to lover these boots. I could tell it would be a comfortable footbed, but my usual size was much too large and they just looked dull. Sad, but they are going back.

Adorable boots. Unfortunately the heel slipped. I re-ordered a half size smaller, the heel still slipped. If I were to go smaller, the boot wouldn't fit. I've tried heel pads in the past and they don't work for me. When a shoe doesn't fit, it doesn't fit. I'm disappointed, but they have to go back.

These are really cute boots, and very comfortable, but the coloring is quite different between the left and right boot. One has a lot of white marbled look to it, while the other is much darker without the marbled light coloring.

Boots very stiff and they run small. I love the look but they are not as comfortable as the reddish ones I got 2 years ago. Sadly must return.

As much as I love Ariat and their comfortable insoles, the shaft of this boot is ridiculously wide (you don't need a zipper to pull them on) and gives no ankle support whatsoever. Sorry, but this boot is going back.

Boots are cut very wide, my foot just flopped around in the boot. The sole felt very soft and cushioned so I would have liked that if they fit.

These boots are men's size? What's with the white junk on the rubber? These size 9 boots in tan are 2 full inches longer than my feet. The reviews previously on this website lie. It's June 2013 and these boots are sized for clown feet! There are dark spots all over the tan parts. Someone needs to retrain the workers on how to distress leather realistically. So incredibly disappointed. Wonder if I should try an 8 or 7.5. I wear a 9 because normally an 8.5 is too tight on my right foot.

I have been very disappointed with the Ariat Billie. I ordered my normal size 7M which fit too long and loose in the toe box as well as heel. So I ordered down a half size. The 6.5M still fits long in the toe and very loose in the heel but the arch support is about right. I may order a 6M (only because I really want red boots) but fear the arch support placement. Have never been as disappointed by a brand's fit as I am with Ariat. Rated 1-Star overall and comfort only because there wasn't a 0-Star. The only nice thing I can say about this boot so far is the red color is nice, not "pink" as some other reviews indicated.

These boots are so cute. That is why I'm disappointed in having to send them back. I have a dozen pair of Ariats but these are not as comfortable as the rest. Same size, but the fit is just not there. Sorry.
