Loved the look of the shoe and am very disappointed that I am having to return it. Arch support was minimal and did not provide the support I require.

I love Finn Comfort sandals, but I thought this was a bright red sandal, which is what I was after. Yet it was darker, more of a burgundy, which didn't call me at all. Returned them.

Inside of the sandal is scratchy.

I'm sending these back. They so comfortable, but they look like granny sandals, so much so that they had my oldest friend giggling and cracking jokes. But, they're so comfortable that I nearly kept them anyway.

There is a ridge under the toes that gave me blisters! For the price of these sandals there was not enough cushion under the ball of the foot. Very disappointed!

Cute style, but must be returned. I have many pairs of Finn Comfort shoes and have worn them for years. I ordered my regular size in the Gomera style, and it was quite tight. The leather straps also seemed rough on the edges and scraped my ankle and feet - not the soft, pliable leather that is Finn Comfort's trademark. Also, the strap closest to the ankle is very close and uncomfortable, aggravating my swollen ankles. If you suffer from edema, I do not recommend this shoe for you. At best, I might have been able to soften them up through wear, but I returned them. Finn Comforts are expensive, though worth it, and no other Finn Comfort style has ever required break-in time. My first disappointment!

I have to be honest and say I didn’t wear these. They looked much different in the pics than in person. The leather is very smooth. I expected them to be a little more rugged looking. They look like “old lady” shoes. My husband even laughed when I opened the box. They do look well- made, but I haven’t tested them out. Sending back

The leather straps have rough edges (think blisters) which is why I'm returning them. I'm SO spoiled by the glove leather linings of Alegria sandals.

I had read about this make of shoe for years. Because of the cost I had assumed that it equated to a very well made and extremely comfortable shoe. While it seems well made, it is one of the most uncomfortable shoes I have EVER had on my feet! I marked it as excellent arch support and if you are looking for that feature it is here to the max. The bump in the middle stands so far up that it is painful to the bottom of my foot. These are really wide and should not even bother trying if your feet run on the narrow side of B. My feet are a B but an A in the heels. In this shoe they were wide not just in the heels but everywhere. I thought with the number of velcro tabs I could adjust them to fit. Literally the tabs feel over the shoe in order to get them to hold my foot in place. In the heel it was a disaster. It didnt matter what buckle I put them in. The base is just so wide that my heel was slipping and sliding all around. Which brings me to my last complaint. The leather is stiff and very hard on the edges. If you have to tighten these to keep your foot in place to walk, the edge will bite your feet and the stiff straps will be super painful as well. They are cute if you can get past them looking like those mother earth shoes from the 70s! They are just so wide that even a narrow foot like mine looks like it is huge. I wear an 11 on one foot and 10 or 10.5 on the other. I am used to one side being a bit off. Here it was too long on both shoes. This is clearly a size 12 NOT an 11. Just very disappointed. It took my forever to talk myself into spending this much money on a pair of sandals. For the cost I anticipated a better product.

These seem comfortable and very adjustable. Feel good trying them on. I will not wear them much until next Spring, so I can't tell how comfortable they will be after a day of wear. I had a pair of these shoes several years ago that seemed to have a slightly thicker leather. Those were a size smaller and the edges of the stiff leather rubbed blisters at first. These don't seem likely to cause that problem, so I am keeping them.

LOVE Finn Comfort. I have this pair in taupe for more than ten years. I ripped the upper strap and instead of buying the taupe again, I sent them off to the cobbler's hoping they do a decent job repairing so that I can continue wearing them. I opted for the Champagne Color and I love them. They are lighter, but a little more elegant with a warm sparkle. Maybe not as practical a color as the taupe, but a nice change. As always, they feel like I am walking on a cloud. Life is too short not to wear Finn Comfort, especially as I age and need the support on my hips, feet, back, and knees!

According to FINN COMFORT SIZING, these are size 13 US/45 EU. The shoe box says 43 EU. Zappos size chart does not even show WOMENS SIZE 13. My feet measure 28cm -28.5cm. You'll note on the MENS size chart that measurement is equal to 44/45 EU or 28.3cm or 11.5US. This makes actually selecting WOMENS SIZE 13 difficult. Please add to your shoe size chart to allow for easier purchasing decisions. thanks you. BTW, the FINN COMFORT size 13 sandals just fit. If they were a closed toe shoe, they would be too short.

This is the only sandal I can wear for any length of time. I have had a couple of unsuccessful foot bunionectomies and shoes are a struggle. Finn Gomera is my sandal all summer. I purchase new footbeds from time to time and a new pair every couple of years just for a variety of colors. These sandals really wear well.

These shoes are among the most comfortable and versatile that I have ever owned. Thanks to their myriad points of adjustment, they can easily take me from morning to night, through airports, on moderate hikes, on long shopping trips, etc. Fantastic fit and high-quality finish,

These are about the only shoe I can wear in the summer. Great support. Comfortable right out of the box.

I love this sandal and I have it in another color. The box of my first sandal said size 36 and I wear a size 6 shoe, 6.5 for sneakers. I ordered and received a 36 but it was too large (and the insert was not set properly. I have to return and I wish they were available in a size 35 but they are not.

These sandals have great arch support and the style is cute but they didn't work out for me. The 37 is too short and 38 would have been too long.

The Gomera is very nice looking. The leather is soft and the shoe comfortable. The sizing is my problem. I wear a size 9 1/2 and the shoe runs 9 1/2-10. It is too big for me. I was sorry to have to send them back.

My Mom loves them. She have a very large and wide feet, which is always a problem to find a right fit sandals/shoes, plus the varicose veins makes her feet feel always tired and stiff. This sandals are made great! They are very comfortable. My Mom said they feel like a slippers. Adjustable stripes always a plus. She can wear them all day and they make her feet feel good.

My favorite shoes.

This is my 3rd pair of these pricey, we’ll made sandals with a removable footbed that can be replaced with your own orthotic. Completely adjustable Velcro straps and fine leather means these will look just as good 2 years from now.

It is totally perfect and so quickly delivered.

I have neuropathy in my feet and I need a large toe box. This is my second pair of Gomera, the first pair lasted 5 years and although I can still wear they look beat up. These are the most comfortable sandals I have ever worn! They felt good the first time I put them on, there was absolutely no breaking in time. I wear these every day until the snow flies. I never thought I would pay so much for a pair of shoes but the saying you get what you pay for holds true! We’ll worth every penny. I highly recommend this shoe!
