I wanted to love these shoes. I've been looking for great sandals to wear to a trip to France and sometimes have hip problems so I had heard that these, while expensive, were the way to go. They ran large and they squeak! Bummer!

This shoe looks clunky on and seems heavy for a sandal. The fit is good and it's comfortable. It feels like it would last many years.

I really wanted these shoes to be comfortable. I need comfortable shoes with good arch support. However as others have said, the quality of the leather, especially on the inside of the straps, is poor and the straps irritate my skin. Sadly sending them back.

The bottom of my foot felt great. The top of my foot felt scratched by the rough surfaces under the straps. And they're rather ugly.

I have flat, flexible, low volume feet,a bunion and a neuroma, I haven't worn any heel in years and these had too much of a heel and aggravated the neuroma. Did not work for me.

I had a foot injury and needed something comfortable and supportive for work. These felt good right out of the box. I thought these shoes were a good idea but they are not supportive. The sole is too flexible to offer any support and quickly breaks down to offer no support at all. These shoes are a disappointment. They LOOK like a MAJORLY supportive orthopedic-type shoe. But they are not. For the price and appearance they should offer more support and last longer.

The quality of these shoes is the best. I don't think they are wide at all, in fact my little toe is squished in. I wear a 7.5, or a 38, I feel that the finn's 38's run long almost a full inch. So much shoe and insole shows beyond my toes, and I felt like I was walking funny with too big of shoes on. and when it gets a little dirty its all I could see. the 37's did not fit either, sizing down did not work, the width and arch support did not line up. so with these sizing issues, I'm trying other brands.

Finn Comfort Shoes are promoted to people who have Plantar Fasciitis and Morton's Neuroma -- which I have -- but this shoe was not at all helpful to me. In fact, my foot hurt so badly after 3 hours of shopping that I had to sit with ice packs on my foot. This was such a disappointment. I wish someone would design attractive shoes to help with this.

You said they were black leather, but the shoes where black suede. Not the same! Brushed suede is not smooth leather.

Sandal was defective, insole was coming apart, color was not true and iOS charged me 11.00 to return

At this price, thought this shoe would last forever. Not so. Velcro on main strap gives way easily, leaving less than firm grip on foot. My heel is sore at the end of the summer... I think from lifting the shoe every time I step. It just doesn't stay snug. Velcro on main strap also got quite shredded and fuzzy. I did wear the shoes every day. Maybe they aren't meant for that.
