Very nice looking, felt good except that they are too high on the sides. I can't wear them, unfortunately.

Good quality, pretty much what I expected from the brand. The toe shape is wider looking than I expected, but for casual wear they are comfortable. Like the velcro strap adjustment over the instep. The edge stitching on the straps is a little rough on the inside. I have other Josef Seibels that I wear at least a few times a week.

Sadly, I had to return these sandals due to the back seam that dug into my heel. It's a flaw that seems to affect other reviewers. I hope Josef Seibel can redesign this sandal, as it is otherwise perfect.

Cute shoe but the back of the shoe dug into my ankle when I walked so I returned it. If not for this I would have kept the shoe. It was very comfortable and exactly what I was looking for a summer trip to Asia.

This shoe didn't have as much arch support as some other Josef Siebel shoes which I have. Returned.

Lovely shoe but not true to size. I wear a whole size smaller. Returning due to the ankle hits the side of shoe.

Loved these shoes but as others have complained about - the heel is too high and will rub on your tendon and their is some threads inside the shoe by the arch that rub on your skin making them uncomfortable. If Seibel would fix these two things, then they would be the most perfect sandal! Unfortunately, I have to return - so bummed!

They are great, fit like a glove the first time I put them on and were comfy all day.

Love at first wear! These shoes are perfect in all respects. I am about to order another pair. Josef's Ida is the best wearing pair of casual shoes in my closet. Thanks, Zappos!

The best! Most comfy. Attractive. Lightweight. Good female version of the fisherman's shoe. I found it to be perfect in every way.

This shoe is the most comfortable sandal I have tried. I have a narrow foot and cannot wear sliders since my foot just slips right off the back. The velcro strap across the arch holds the foot securely. Good value.

Love these shoes! The design is nice, with plenty of air circulation for warm feet. Not only is the velcro strap flexible, but also the center strip that comes up the foot is loose, as well. You can leave them loose or strap them down tight. When I first put them on I could feel the seams against my foot, but after a little time on my foot I didn't notice them anymore. Wish these came in more vibrant colors.

I love them, they are funky, design goes with skirts, pants, shorts, anything and most of all they are comfortable. As most shoes, I could use a bit of arch support but when it isn't there and I need it, I just add it because I like the shoes and I will not let that deter me.

I love the look of this shoe and debated on it for awhile and then decided to buy it... the shoe is really cute and felt true to size in length...I wear an 8 1/2- 9 so I ordered 39 where it didn't work was width, I do sometimes wear wide when I can find it and thought maybe these would work... alas they were tight... to tight to risk trying to break them in...also the back of heel come up and sorta cuts into heel ...I have had this problem before on other shoes and have used mole skin and that helps a lot until you get use to them, sorry that I had to return them, that's what I love about Zappos, returns are sooo easy!

So close, but not quite right. I once had a pair of fisherman sandals that I loved, but once they wore out, I've been unable to find a replacement. This version looked promising, having flexible soles, adjustable ankle, gaps between the straps placed well for air and sifting out debris...but they didn't quite fit. I tried two sizes. The smaller was the right length, but way too narrow in the instep. The larger was a little too long, a little too high in the heel (pressuring my achilles tendon at each step). Both had regrettable, irritating, exposed stitching right at the instep. It would have rubbed to the point of drawing blood had I tried to walk any distance. So, sadly, I must return these and continue searching.

The soles are of poor quality! I can feel the pebbles and gravel thru the soles of the sandal as I walk down my driveway. Does not compare to the durability of the older sandals. They would most likely do better on the boardwalk or beach.

The cutouts on these shoes hit in all the wrong places. My little toes were yelling "noooo!" They're actually cute and not too clunky on. Unfortunately they do not feel good on.

Beautiful shoe, weird fit. Real tight in the toes, real wide through the instep (odd right?) and a bit wide at the heel. Not able to wear them.

These shoes are comfortable, but they hurt like heck where the stitching on the inside rubs against my arch. There's are pointed little nub where the stitching ends and meets the insole. Will be returning them. Have had the same problem with other Josef Seibel shoes.

I wore these shoes around the house for two days and was certain they were great. The first time I actually went for a walk in them they wore blisters that bled along the various seams (of which there are so many) of the hard, hard leather. And when did J. Siebel give up on arch support? These are mine to keep and are a serious disappointment.

Very comfortable-the leather gives as your foot warms up. I like a wider toe area so this shoe is perfect. Very cute with shorts, dresses, or jeans.

These are my go to shoes. I love them. They are great for traveling. I wear these with jeans, capris, or sundresses.

These shoes were wear all day comfortable right out of the box. They look great with long pants or capris but not as good with skirts. I love the earthy style.

Oh my goodness, these shoes just arrived and... The photos and reviews don't do them justice. They are infinitely cuter in person than they look online, and incredibly comfortable. I am SO happy with this purchase!!
