I like Zappos' return policy; i.e. full refund, including shipping and return shipping. I usually have trouble with sizes, and have to try several before getting the right one, so the return policy is a plus for me. Birkenstock is a good brand which was recommended to me by a friend.

This is my first pair of Birkenstocks. They live up to the hype. I love the color. I plan to try some of the other styles and colors. I am very pleased.

I have bought these sandals for several years now. I first found them after I had some foot problems. Using these shoes have healed my problems but I continue to order them because they are so comfortable and help prevent any more problems from occurring. I have this in Habana, and I love them and get so many compliments. They're great because they're a bit more feminine than the traditional Birkenstock with two thick straps. I love the soft footbed - much better!

The soft footbed is so easy to just put on and wear unlike the regular Birk's that you have to break in. I have arthritis in my feet and these Birk's are the only thing I can wear to be able to keep walking all day. This is not my first pair!

Great shoes -- comfortable right out of the box! I bought my first pair of these to wear around the house last summer when I had severe plantar fasciitis and could not walk barefoot at all (I wore my gym shoes with my orthotics the rest of the time). My feet healed, but I continued to wear the Floridas as house shoes, run to the store shoes, etc. I recently went to Hawaii for a week and brought my three pairs of (new) Dansko Sophie sandals with me -- Danskos are my usual foot attire as I ten to pronate and need good arch support. Much to my amazement, they promptly ate holes in my toes! I came home, ordered a second pair of Floridas, and found them to be as comfortable as as the first pair. I am about to order my third pair, and will be set for summer from now on. Thank you, Birkenstock, for your shoes and Zappos for your unsurpassed customer service! Given my feet, I order and end up returning a lot of shoes for every pair I keep, and it is absolutely painless with Zappos. I never buy shoes anywhere else!

There is nothing better than a pair soft bed Birkenstock shoes. I use to have horrible heel spurs and could barely walk without terrible pain. I bought a pair of Birkenstock's and they were the only shoes that I could walk in without that pain and I have been buying them for at least 15 years and I love them. Thank you so much Birkenstock.

Very comfortable and supportive. The soft footbed is the way to go for me. (Foot issues.) The man made uppers are great in the event that they get wet. Have gotten compliments with surprise that they were Birkenstocks. Thin scrappy look is cute.

Very good experience with Zappos. Birkenstocks were my second pair. First pair has finally fallen apart after 20 years and one re-soling. If you are thinking of how to buy Birks, Zappos is the way!

These Birks are so comfy. I had bought another style that didn't work out for me and so returned them for refund. It was so easy and Zappos refunded my credit card right away. I have shopped Zappos about 8 times now and have only had to return one item. I love the free shipping and they come practically overnight!

I love Birkenstocks. Favorite and most comfortable long walking style is the Florida. I tried a pair of the Soft Footbed about 3 months ago and now wear the pair exclusively. Found these on Zappos.com at an amazing price point. I love the brushed brown color. Richer than a nude leather sandal. Close to a 'camel leather' sandal. Pairs well with anything. Plenty of handbags and even watch straps to go with these. Most of all, they are the most comfortable sandal/shoe out there. The trick to buying Birkenstocks for women is to check you size. For me I am a 7.5M and a size 6 to 6.5M in Birki's or size 37 fits me perfectly. If you are a small foot like a 7 or below, I recommend ordering one size down. My size 37 fits me perfectly. No break in time for the Soft Footbed.

Having been a long time Birkenstock "user", I recently added this Birkenstock to my collection. I like the fact that the straps are adjustable, so you can fit it more accurately. The support is great, I spent hours in this sandal and do not have any foot problems.

Very comfortable from day one. True to size and the color is accurate.

I love Birkenstocks! This is my 2nd pair, but my first soft footbed. They are so comfortable and didn't take any breaking in period. I have a high instep and the 3 straps fit perfectly. The color is great and Zappo's service was excellent.

I tried these out because they're made without leather and they were much more comfortable than the leather which was lots more money...and sent back.

I love these, they are so comfortable. I am very careful when I wear them because of the cost, but am very satisfied with them. They are a little wider than I thought they would be.

These sandals are so comfortable! I have been a long time Birkenstock sandal fan. I need the support to my feet and they give me that! Go and get a pair, you will not be disappointed!

LOVE these sandals! I've never owned Birkenstocks before, and I'll admit that I hesitated at the pricetag, and considered cheaper alternatives. They are worth every penny, and I want 'em in every color! I've been wearing them with jeans, shorts, into town, in the garden, pretty much everywhere I go until I go to bed. Extremely comfortable. I normally wear a 7.5, so I ordered a size 38 and it's a perfect fit.

Excellent shoes for a long wear through out the day. I bought them on my trip to Europe and I praise them a lot. GREAT!!!

I hesitated buying shoes on line, because I knew what a problem fit can be. I thought that I knew my fit in Birkenstock, but they were bigger than I expected. With Zappos generous help, I managed to get the right size and style on the third try. I love my shoes...they are very comfortable.

Never wore Birkenstocks before - still getting used to them. They were recommended to me by my physical therapist. So far - so good!

I have loved the comfort of Birkenstocks for many years. Now, with a heel spur problem, I had to order a new pair. The soft beds are even an improvement over the original sandals!
