Service was so amazing, ordered the wrong size, called that same day. The very next day I received the exchanged. So efficient, friendly, helpful. After reading other reviews on the size, it truly a true fit or half size smaller. I am a size 10 and ordered an 11. Had to send them back and get my correct size (10). The 11's were way too big. But very comfortable.

These are perfect. Just what I ordered and exactly as described. The sizing is very accurate. The best part is that I got my order the very next day! I love Zappos. I'm only sorry it took me so long to get around to buying from them. So far I have bought three pair of shoes this way, and since I'm a shoe freak, I'm sure I will be buying a lot more as soon as I can afford them. I already have several pairs in my shopping cart just waiting.

I love these boots. I got them last fall and they have held up wonderfully. The taupe suede color has weared well (no discoloration or holes) and the boots are extremely comfy. However, these boots do not have any arch support, which doesn't bother me, but I could see where it would bother some people. The traction is nice on the boot as I don't have to worry about slipping on the ice as much (got to love walking across campus in the snow).

First off, Zappos is, hands down, the best regarding shipping. I ordered these on a Thursday afternoon and received them the very next day! Second, I love Minnetonka mocs and these are probably one of my favorites. Don't get me wrong, I love the original mocs but these are my first pair of Minnetonka boots and I love them! So cute! They go with anything and are very comfortable! They do stretch out, but I like roomier shoes and as I normally wear a 7 1/2, I went down to a 7 and they're just fine.

When I first took them out of the box they looked small but they fit just fine. I am even wearing thick socks with them today & put them to the test by power walking 20 minutes to & from work already & I cut hair so I stand on my feet a good chunk of the day. I put insoles inside but they are too snug that way so I put insoles inside when I am not wearing them so they will stretch out a bit & keep there shape. I also noticed the soles are glued on so when they wear out I can get them replaced by our local shoe man. I got the wine colored ones, kind of wish I would have gotten the brick colored ones but I am very pleased with my purchase.

I received these boots, and was shocked to discover that I had been sent two left foot shoes! I promptly called the Zappos customer service number and received a replacement pair the very next day, free of charge. Thanks for the great service, Zappos! As for the boots, I love them. They are stylish and comfortable, and I can easily see them becoming my new favorite Fall boots.

I absolutely adore these booties. However, I did have to return my first pair for being about a half-size too big (I'm usually an 8); but I ordered the 7.5 and I'm extremely pleased. Order a half-size smaller in these shoes, but definitely buy them!

I loved these boots! Until the zipper broke the second time I wore them. Bummer. I'm sending them back and I'm not sure if I want to order them again. Is this a fluke or is Minnetonka stuff super cheap?

These shoes are comfortable and cute. They look great with skinny jeans and skirts. I normally wear an 8.5, but I ordered an 8 and they are perfectly. Hooray for Zappos!

I always order a half size down in Minnetonkas - I'm a size 6 in every shoe brand I've ever tried, except for Minnetonka. And even the 5.5 stretches out a bit, but it still fits very well - a size 5 would be too tight. Anyway, I ordered these particular booties in the wine color, and they are SO PRETTY! They're also ridiculously comfortable. I know that a shoe is good when I don't think about it as I'm walking around ...and I forgot I was wearing these! At first they were a little tight, since they do run on the narrow side, but they molded to my feet very quickly. The color is gorgeous, a perfect fall color. I'm so glad I got these, I'll be wearing these as often as possible!

Love these boots...so comfy. I already had a pair of taller Minnetonka boots in my regular size that fit so I crossed my fingers and ordered these ones also in size 6 and, yes, they fit as a six should.

Great boots. Very comfortable w sole for outside. Order down a half-size for sure. I own multiple Minnetonka boots and these run bigger. Color and style look perfect with skinny denim.

The fringe was a little too much for me. I am 77, so I think a younger person would like it. It was way too narrow although I have bought Minnetonka shoes in the same size and width several times.

This boot fits me great because I have narrow feet. I like the color and the look. Very happy with this purchase. Shipping was actually fast.

The shoes are super cute! Wanted a different looking shoe. Definitely a spring and fall shoe because it will NOT keep your feet warm in the cold. Takes a few wears to break them in but I can’t wait to wear them in the spring! Size down they run LARGE! I’m usually a 10.5 and I think I got a 9.5!

I ordered these back in 2016 and still wear them during winter and they are still in style. I usually wear an 8.5 in closed shoes (9 in sandals) however, I had to send these back in exchange for a size 9 because the 8.5 was too small. The shoe is narrow, which is okay because I have a narrow foot - but it was uncomfortable in the beginning. After a while the shoe stretches and it's not so tight. There is no arch support as these are completely flat, so they are not good walking shoes in my opinion. These shoes are nice for fashion, but definitely not an everyday shoe.

I really liked these the ankle length the light ivory color and the bottoms had more comfort to them compared to the 3 layer calf height fringe boot. I have read how you can stretch them out being real suede. The one boot had a seam that hit right on my pinky toe in the worst way. I was not going to risk keeping them and that never stretching comfortably. I wear a 9 and ordered a 9 I feel they are true to size.

They are alittle longer than I expected I could have went with a 1/2 size smaller I wear a 7 I ordered a 7 they are very narrow & I have wide width feet the more I wear them they will most likely stretch I gave 3 stars on the comfort because of the narrowness I need to break them in more overall they are nice looking shoes & made very well I got a lot of comments when I wore them

Very cute and Stylish HOWEVER, they are very narrow, once stretched out they feel good, they do stretch out of you wear them often so getting a bigger size night feel fine at forst but later they'll feel too big. I would recommend to get your size and do the blow dryer/Thick sock trick.

I'm not sure whether I'll keep these. Pros: I love the sole, with lots of tread and grip, I like the double layer of fringe and the rounded toe. Cons: the back seam isn't comfortable for my heel, the side zipper rubs against my other foot sometimes when I walk, and the color is more tan than I'd like.
