I bought these for my 14 year old granddaughter for Christmas and she loves them. I had a problem with the size as I bought the size her mother told me. But since they were too small, I sent them back for a larger size. Since she lives about 70 miles away, I had the larger size shipped directly to her house. The whole exchange went without a hitch. She has them now and loves them!

Says this is medium width. It is very narrow. Hard to get on so narrow. My foot is narrow but I always get medium width or B but could not wear these. Sad.

Ordered last night and had them by 2:45 pm today and they are gorgeous and I will enjoy wearing them! I love Minnetonka style shoes/boots but couldn't for the life of me find a boot in blue (not even on their web site,i was shocked).Good ole Zappos had them, yippee! I'm one happy *camper*. :) I wear a 6.5 and they fit perfect. I'm impressed how the zipper is made because you can't tell that it's there just by looking at it.

Cute, comfortable, and versatile! I wear these more than I imagined I would- cute with shorts, jeans, and shirt dresses. Great way to show some style while still feeling (not looking) like your wearing slippers. A great buy!

I love these boots! I got them in taupe suede, but now I am thinking about getting some other colors as well. At first, they were a little hard to get on, not tight, just a little hard to get on. However, once they were on, they fit great! I ordered them in a 10. I usually have to get 10's or 11's. I saw where most people said they stretch and to order a smaller size, so I went with the size 10 and they are perfect! If I had ordered an 11, they probably would have been too big! They are so comfortable I don't want to take them off and I wear them with almost everything! They are super cute too! The only drawback I could see for some people is that they don't have arch support. I thought this would be a problem for me, but I wear them almost every day and so far they haven't made my feet hurt at all! I would definitely recommend these boots! I am thinking about trying other styles of the Minnetonka boots as well!

I really wanted to love these boots, but they are so narrow that I couldn't get my foot into them. I have worn Minnetonka in the past and never had any difficult getting them on, nor have I had a problem in getting any size 7 on my feet. I can't help feeling that there was some sort of mistake made in the manufacture of these boots.

I bought these for my girlfriend, true to size. They were a little tight getting then on the first time. After that, they fit her perfectly.

I absolutely love these shoes! I just received them for Christmas and I love them to death. Honestly I have to say that this is the cutest and most comfortable pair of shoes. I got the brown suede ones and they are great. I read previous reviews and people said to get half a size down or up, but I got my normal size (7) and they fit great and even have some room to move in. I do recommend that if you have wide feet, do not purchase them because they are narrow. Overall, I think they are great shoes and I would recommend them to anyone. Double thumbs up!

Love love love these! They arrived very quickly. I took the suggestions to go down half a size to a 7 1/2. They were hell to get into the first day, I had to use a big spoon as a shoe horn and even shed a tear or two in frustration. They did stretch though and fit fine now. They make my feet look tiny. I want to get another pair in brown. But this time I think I'll order my normal size 8.

Zappos' customer service is impeccable. I am now recommending them to everyone. The Minnetonkas are very nice. Still trying to break them in, as they tend to rub at the seams a little bit. But I anticipate them becoming more comfortable as they stretch. They are very cute!

These are super comfortable and cute moccasins! They are as comfortable as house slippers, and oh so cute. I want every color. Use suede protector to keep these babies clean and safe.

Fun, comfy shoes. I wear a size 8 but ordered 1/2 size down because I have another pair of Minnetonkas and understand the sizing. For those who haven't worn Minnetonkas before, you should know that they DO require a decent amount of breaking in. I actually don't find them to be very comfortable until I wear them a number of times. After the break-in period, however, they feel completely formed to your foot. I like that this boot can be worn in any season with or without socks.

I wore these shoes touring all over Italy and they held up so well and my feet never hurt once. They felt narrow when I first put them on (I have wide feet) but they conformed to my feet in a few days. They look great with leggings and skinny jeans. They were worth every penny!

First, the service at this company is exemplary and should be applauded. I love this shoe, it's very attractive, warm and easy to wear. It could use a little more substantial sole but it's a soft shoe so it doesn't bother me.

Awesome falls shoe! Comfy as can be and I get tons of compliments. I bought them in grey. They are great with skinny jeans and even shorts. No complaints. Go down a size! If you were 8.5/9 get an 8! They stretch but are extremely durable. Fast shipping! Was super easy to exchange my first pair for a different color! Very satisfied customer.

I normally wear a 8.5-9 in other shoes. However, I have many pairs of Minnetonka and usually purchase an 8 and they are a little big. These are narrow but will STRETCH out with time. So, if you can bear through it they will stretch and fit. They also have no arch support. Which isn't something that I need because I normally wear flats/flip flops. I do love the boots and the whole Minnetonka style and as always Zappos is great with purchasing/returns. If you have a fat foot like me, these will eventually stretch and fit nice.

Love these! The shoe fits sort of weird when you first put them on but after less than a day's wear, they have already molded to my foot. I normally wear an 11 in every shoe on earth, so after reading the reviews to size down, I was concerned. Normally, shoes skip a 10.5 and I thought going down an entire size would be an issue. Alas, I ordered the 11 and ended up swapping them for a 10 (that I got within 24 hours--thank you Zappos!). The 10 is perfect! So cute! If you are a little leery that this color seems a little pink, don't be. They are a true plum and worth every penny!

I love these shoes. They don't have much in the way of arch support, but they're fun to romp around in. I have a very narrow foot and these were just perfect.

I have the taller Minnetonka fringe boots and also wanted these. They are so comfy. Love them. They do run a little small. I typically wear a 6, and the 6.5 in these fit perfectly. They also seem to run narrow, but I have a very narrow foot that is fine for me. If you have a wide foot it may be too snug.
