Wow, just received my shoes. It took about 6 business days to ship to Hawaii. Love it! it's really nice looking...and I bought this shoes because I am doing turbo fire, so I'll be doing a lot of jumping and running. I'm happy with my purchase...thanks Zappos!

After being disappointed on the size problem yesterday, I immediately returned the product and placed another for the correct size (7B), and in return you made it up by expediting my order to a next day delivery!!! Got these awesome sneakers today and I just couldn't be happier. They fit like a glove. I noticed that there's also a good support on these shoes. Nicely done, New Balance. And Zappos you are just amazing! Excellent all the way around! Thank you so much!!! Now, I can't wait to wear these awesome shoes! Go Zumba!!!

I was so excited to get this pair, but when they arrived today, I was a little disappointed. It was not because of the quality, but I had to return it and order a half size smaller. Most of my athletic shoes are from New Balance and I've always worn a 7 1/2B. I was really surprised that these were a little too big for me. Otherwise, wearing them felt great. Comfortable room in the toe box. It didn't feel that it was too tight. I like that they are low to the ground with the pivot point. The extra lip on the side gave them some stability. Can't wait to wear it to my Zumba classes and other cross-training activities, but I guess now, I just have to wait for the right size to come in.

I purchased these to wear for Body Step classes after reading lots of different online reviews. I have been pretty happy with them. They do seem to run a bit wider than I am used to (and I have had NB before) but when laced tightly this has not posed a problem. They are flexible for the various moves required in class but I still feel like I am getting good cushion and support.

These are amazing cross trainers, especially if you require extra side to side stability. Can't be the unique style either!

The shoe felt very comfortable in the base but the toe area was way too tight. I ordered my normal size because I always have trouble in the heel if I go bigger. Unfortunately, I have to return these and look for something else.

I bought these sneakers for Zumba. They work well with my custom orthodics in them. I have plantar facitus in one foot so I need the extra support of the orthodics. I normally wear a 6½W but choose a 7W because of the orthodics. I would recommend these shoes. They are lightweight and comfortable.

Really comfortable for wide feet. I use them mainly for aerobic workouts and kick boxing. They are as comfortable as a running shoe but with much better lateral support.

I love these shoes! They are such comfortable cross trainers and worth every penny! The only negative is the pink siding on the base of the shoe makes it seem really bulky. The shoes do feel a little roomier than normal shoes, also.

I've worn quite a few NB shoes in the past and they all fit fine. When I am replacing my current pair whose treads are gone, I tried 4 other pairs of NB. The "last" (i.e. the mold/shape) of this shoe, according to the New Balance website, is stated to be wider in the front, and narrower in the heel, just how I like it. It is indeed wider in the front with more toe room, which I like. (I have a regular B width foot.) It is possible that for some people, they may find that extra space to be too much. If you like the front rather snug, then the regular "lasts" may suit your liking more. It feels a little less padded in the front on the insole tho. It's very lightweight compared to the other NB that I tried. I like that aspect very much. The laces are scalloped shape and seem to stay in place better than the regular laces.

I bought these for Jazzercise. I love New Balance and really really wanted to like these. I returned them. These had terrible arch support and when wearing them I felt like I was walking on the insides of feet. I am also used to leather and felt like the mesh top didn't provide enough support, but that might be personal preference. They are very lightweight and more stylish than the huge leather marshmallow-looking New Balance Shoes I ended up with!

I wanted a true training shoe for my gym classes (kickboxing). This shoe has excellent lateral support and stability. However, I have very flat, narrow feet and this shoe was very uncomfortable. It practically forced an arch on me, which was painful. For someone with an arch, however, this shoe may be perfect!

I bought a wide width, but the toe box itself is not all that wide, so my little toes were squished. Returning them.

Very comfortable fit, however, the sole seems very thin. It you were to wear these while doing an exercise that involved jumping there doesn't seem to be much padding. Probably OK for low impact or strictly weight training. Super cute! Just wish they felt more padded under the foot.

I bought these shoes since I needed a new pair of cross-trainers. As a fitness instructor shoes are important for longevity. The toe box of the shoe was wide and sloppy and the mesh offered no support what soever. I love New Balance shoes but Zappos has little to no stock in New Balance cross-trainers. I have been waiting since January 1 to find cross-trainers on Zappos since my husband gave me a large gift certificate which is being held hostage by having bought the New Balance WX871. It is now almost the end of March. What a big mistake. I am so disappointed in the lack of New Balance cross-trainers in a size 6 and so disappointed in customer service at all levels.

As a Zumba fitness dance instructor, I need a really good shoe to keep up with all the classes I teach. I ordered this shoe to teach at a facility with slippery wood and linoleum floors, and it works great. I can still twist and turn with ease, but I don't slip at all. There is excellent arch support in this shoe, and I have high arches.

Finally! I found the perfect Zumba shoe for me! I love the support across the whole arch area. The shoe initially felt a little narrower than the D width I ordered but quickly relaxed after just 1 class. Great for all the pivot work and jumping. Will be getting another pair for a back up, plus they finally made it in black. Yay!

Has extra room on the toe area for those that have bunion or pressure points pain which makes the shoes perfect. Extra support on the outside of the shoe to help those that twist their ankles often.

These shoes are really comfortable and supportive. The extra pink side panel stops my feet from "rolling out" at my Zumba Gold classes. Great for fitness class and just walking.

Perfect for boot camp. Excellent side step support and light enough for step-ups and running.

I love these shoes. I bought them to do the 'insanity' workouts at home and couldn't be happier, go between a 6 and 6.5 but I ordered them in a 6.5 and once I adjusted the laces they are great, just enough room in toe box, good arch support for me, no slipping in side to side movements, laces stay tied.

These shoes have worked out great for me. I do cardio kickboxing classes as well as use the elliptical machine and weights. The shoes provide the cushioning I need for all the impact of kickboxing along with the stability support side to side. I bought these and the Asics Gel UpShot, both recommended by Shape. The Asics felt like they were going to be better at first, but were very tight at the ball of the foot and put my toes to sleep within a couple of minutes of trying on, so I had to return those. And the bonus is that these New Balance shoes look better in person than in the photos. I'm glad Zappos carries so many styles. Even living within sight of NYC, I could not find this style in local stores. And even if they are really out there, it would have taken untold hours of driving to find them. No way!

I bought these shoes to use solely for TurboFire. They have every feature that I seeking to aid me in my workouts. The Pros: The lateral support is unmatched. The padded collar keeps your ankle in place. The outer rigger aids in side to side movement. The rounded sole on the inner side of the shoe creates unparalleled mobility in combination with the pivot point. The heel is extra supportive, and absorbs most of the shock when jumping. The shoe is breathable and flexible. The shoe is stylish and attractive. The Cons: The shoe does in fact run a half size large. The insole is flimsy. The arch support is minimal. I plan on replacing the insole, which should eliminate all of the cons, even the sizing. In conclusion, I am happy with my purchase, and would recommend these shoes. They have definitely improved my TurboFire workouts, and undoubtedly will be my nirvana shoe, once the insole is replaced.

Bought these for bootcamp style classes. Normally I just were running shoes for these classes. Took a little getting use to as they are stiffer and lower rise int he heel. They work great for the lateral and jumping moves. Upon my recommendation, my husband bought a pair too. He likes his as well.
