Most comfortable shoes I've ever owned. I've had 4 pairs now & intend to keep buying them from Zappos. Zappos has reasonable prices, free shipping both ways, great return policy, if you need it (wrong size, my fault), & merchandise arrives on time. Great company and super product.

I was looking for shoes that were stable so I would not feel like I was slipping on smooth or wet surfaces. These worked well and have a roomy toe box. My heel is narrow. These shoes have narrow heels and wide toes.

Fits well, good support, looks like an old lady shoe but so comfortable.

I ordered these for my 86 year old Mom. They are easy for her to get on and off, and the heels are not too high. The only complaint we had is the velcro strap could be a longer, so that she feels they are securely strapped on. (I thought they were unattractive, but she thought they were perfect! And that is what counts!)

Purchased the EE. I have a hard time finding extra wide and comfy. These are both. My feet usually hurt after a couple of hours after walking. Not with these. I would recommend these to anybody that cant find comfy walking shoes. Excellent product.

This is my second pair of New Balance Hook and Loop. With Zappos' assistance, we determined the best size with the first pair. The are so terrific that I ordered a second pair a few months later. I highly recommend both the shoes and Zappos.

I have a 15 year old daughter with right sided hemiplegia. She wears and AFO, and these are the only sneakers that accomodate her AFO. I can't find them anywhere other than Zappos. That's why I love this site!

Great walking shoe. It comes in narrow sizes which is exactly what I need. It stands up to heavy use and looks nice. I wear them with everything.

I love these shoes. I love New Balance shoes since I need excellent arch support New Balance delivers. I have another pair of New Balance shoes in a different style and color and I switch between these two pairs and I wear them to work weekly.

My wife had a angioplasty and a complication set in where she bled into her thigh muscle. Leg swelled up and she needed for her Rehab therapy a New Balance Sneaker with velcro fasteners. I tried everywhere I could contact here in NY City and found no one carrying her size or the Sneaker. Contacted Zappos which was like dealing with a Heavenly Angel and within a single day with free shipping the Sneakers arrived. The Sales Assistant even sent a bouquet of flowers with wishes for a speedy recovery. You have new and very loyal customer from here on in.

I have a lot of problems with my feet, high arch that is falling, my orthotics fit in these real well. Also I have wide feet size 8. These shoes are true to size for me. The width I got in wide are perfect. I like the velcro, as my feet swell a little by the afternoon at work. The velcro is easy to loosen them up. Seem to be made well too. I've been wearing this type NB for the last 6 weeks still feel good on my feet. I also liked the 574 in leather, but can't find it.

Bought these to start my walking excerise. I'm 60 and it time to get out there and do it! Very comfortable and perfect fit!

I bought these shoes for my mother and she loves them! Fit is true and comfortable. The toe area is a little boxy, but not an issue.

Comfortable, quality materials, well made, but as a womens' shoe - hopelessly ugly.

Shoe was made very well, but the Velcro Straps were so short, my wife couldn't hook them. We are returning the shoe. Always buy New Balance shoes. This was a very big turn off.

I have a hard time finding walking shoes to fit since I have a narrow foot and no arches! This show has been so comfortable and was just what I needed.

I have had foot surgeries and the only shoes that are comfortable for me are New Balance shoes. I wear a size 11 shoe which makes it difficult to find any NB shoes in the local stores. I discovered that I can order what I need from Zappos and it only takes a few days to arrive! I love doing business with Zappos and will continue to do so in the future.

These are very comfortable. They did not need a breaking in period. I got them for the gym, walking the treadmill. They are not very stylish but are easy to get on and off and have a wide toe box. They are very good shoe for these old feet. The Velcro straps are a big plus.

I love this shoes. It did not need any break in period. The velcro is also fantastic as I have arthritis in my fingers. I got the beige for work, now I'm getting the black. And of course, Zappos great service.

I purchased these sneakers for my Mom. She is 83 and was having difficulty with tying laces. They are true to size, easy on and off, not to mention light weight. Mom loves them!

I bought these shoes to work out on my treadmill and they work excellent. Very comfortable, good support, and I didn't have to break them in.

Have worn these shoes (usually in white) for many years and love them. Just hope they keep making them. Love the Hook and Loop style.

I have ordered twice from Zappos. 1st was 3 types of shoes for a wedding. Sent back 2 styles due to fit. Then I ordered my New Balance shoes. I love the fit & comfort. Zappos return & shipping policies are great. Shoes have always been 1st quality.

Seemed very cushy and well made. I wear size 9 and this will be the first time I'm going to have to return them for 9 1/2.
