Just got to my package today. I have very sensitive feet, so hoping they will work. Only complaint...they pull my socks down in the heel when I walk. I did take the insole out and put my NB Aravon in. Made them more comfy. Otherwise, great!

Nice, sturdy, good looking shoe. Ive been purchasing them for years. The only shoe that fits my daughter's extra wide foot and feels good to wear. Throw them in the washer with your white clothes and bleach.. They will look like new.

I finally found a pair of shoes that fit on my first try. Yank you Zappos for all your patience and help to get me there. Great group of people and an exceptional company.

When my daughter saw these on, she said "nurse shoes". I agreed they are not the most stylish, fancy looking sneakers, but they are very comfortable and that is most important to me.

Bought these for my 80 year old mom and these fit great. Very comfortable and an excellent walking shoe. Velcro straps make it easy to take on and off.

My new balance shoes are a very well made shoe. I have always had a hard time finding a pair of comfortable pair of shoe until now. even though I should of gotten a 1/2 size bigger. They are very easy to get on, as I have trouble putting my shoes on & the straps makes it very easy. I would recommend them to others.

I ordered these shoes to wear with my AFOs which are leg braces. They work beautifully. I take the right one off to drive and the hook and loop closures make my life much easier than dealing with laces that have to be tied. Zappos was great with trying 2 different sizes and then returning 1. They arrived earlier than expected. They are not the most attractive shoes I have ever had but they do the job and are great for what I need them for every day.

I love Zappos! They have the best customer service people I have ever met. This is the only place where I can get the New Balance Walking shoes prescribed by my podiatrist. And they are made in the USA! I continue to tell my friends and family that you are the best. Thank you!

Good walking shoe. I have 2 pairs, one in white & one in black. Went on a cruise and had to multitask with this shoe, so took the black so I could walk, but still go into dinner with shoes not looking to conspicuous. Not the most comfortable I have ever worn, but good support for walking. A little heavy for travel so I do not pack them, but wear them to get to my destination.

I wear a prosthetic and the length and width are too small. I've bought the same size and width at another site and they fit wonderfully. So if you are going to buy these, go at least a half size longer and possibly wider.

In spite of being listed as a Wide, Wide shoe this is not true to size, it's considerably narrower than a wide, wide shoe. I've been wearing these for about a week in the hopes they'd stretch a bit but no such luck. Next time I'll look at men's sneakers and hope they are a wider fit.

I thought the medium width would work fine for me but my feet have been swelling lately and I had difficulty with the velcro closures. I will be reordering the shoes, same size & wide width.

I have worn these shoes for years because of the stability which I require. There is a wider toe box which I need to prevent rubbing. The Velcro strips have been lengthened over the years so that it is easier to close. I have problems with my feet and this has been the shoe I have found that meets my needs. I do use an orthotic in the shoe and it fits well. The shoe is also relatively light weight so that you don't feel like you are carrying added weight.

Shoes are comfortable, and the size I chose fit. The velcro tabs work are are a little small. Somewhat wider and longer would work better.

I also have this shoe in the lace style. I like the NB shoes with the SL-2 last. I remove the insoles and insert my orthotics. I have no problems with the fit. The style of the shoe is somewhat "boxy" looking.

I have a wide foot due to bunions. These sneakers are wonderful! From the very first day I wore them, and I had them in for over 5 hours straight, my feet never felt better. I run and walk in them for hours. Highly recommended.

This was an excellent shoe for someone who requires stability. My relative has weakness on one side and needs help walking. Fit very well.

I've ordered the two other more expensive New Balance models but they didn't measure up in quality and fit. My orthotics fit easily in the shoes so I'm ready to go. I have both white and black pairs.

Could not find these shoes in stores anywhere. Zappos was the perfect solution. I purchased them for my 93-year old mother. They are an excellent wide fit for her swelling fit; good traction for her unsteady gait; and easy for caregivers to get on and off. As always, timely delivery.

Very comfortable but narrow walking shoe. I've never ordered a "wide" before but if I order another pair of these, I would consider ordering "wide" versus regular width. With the Velcro, it makes slipping these on and off a breeze. Again, very comfortable walking shoe!

I needed a new pair of tennis shoes for the gym as I have to wear inserts in them for my heal. They are very comfortable and I do like the Velcro closures. You don't have to worry about your laces coming undone and tripping! A good walking shoe as well.

Ordered for my mother, who now wants to keep the shoes, first thought switching to the hook and loop style may not be for her and the right foot, when foot swollen had minimal room for securing the velcro piece, but will keep the shoes. Liked no hassle/free shipping.

I purchased these shoes when I had shoulder surgery and couldn't tie laces. They were perfect! I could put the on or take them off whenever I wanted. Didn't have to rely on anyone else. The fit was very comfortable. I am now in the same shoe with laces. My orthotics fit fine in these shoes.

Customer service is excellent. I ordered velcro tennis shoes by mushrooms and were big so they immediately offered the label and it was so easy to send the shoes back. Then they recommended the New Balance, I decided to get them and they issued the credit to my credit card right away and got my replacement shoes in 24 hours by FedEx...I was impressed that they followed through like they did.
