The shoe fit is good, but the tongue is too stiff and causes blisters. If the tongue had padding it would be tolerable.

While wearing the walking shoes in the house for about 2 hours the left shoe started to squeak every time I stepped with it. I am wearing on older pair of NB shoes that have been perfect but they cost about twice as much as my new noisy shoes.

I needed to return the shoes. The tongue of shoe cut into the front of my ankle. It looks like a very solid shoe and would seem to wear well, but just not for my feet.

Right shoe fit perfectly. Left shoe had a defect where the tongue was sewed onto the shoe. Felt lumpy and painful. Had to return them. Have problem wide feet and diabetes. Cannot risk wearing ill fitting shoes! Have not been able to locate comfortable shoes since Drew quit making the style I was wearing. and the cost keeps going up.

This model shoe was only rated average because if one has lower than average angle bones the sides of the shoe rub uncomfortably onthe sides. The particular side of the shoe is quite high between the tongue opening and the heel compared to other shoes and consequently you get constant rubbing. Otherwise it's a great shoe with fit and material.

Have a high arch. This shoe does not accomodate that. The velcro strips are extended out to cover the arch with very little left to cover the top of the foot. The left shoe tongue was not properly sewed down. Felt like a raw seam over the toe joint The right shoe was good. The shoe bed felt like walking on pebbles. no cushion. no room for cushion or arch supports
I'd also recommend:
Love the fit of Drew shoes! Just getting too expensive to buy!

Overall I love new balance shoes I love that they don’t roll with my weak ankles. Usually they have large enough shoeboxes inside the shoes for my orthotics to fit inside the shoe. With my orthotics in the shoe the hook and loop closure it’s not long enough to close. Where as the shoe seems to fit fine just a little snug aroundThe topWhere the closure is. I guess it would’ve been better to order shoes With laces but I really like this walking shoe that does not roll. I don’t like how the back of the shoe is so soft that every time I put it on it curls up inside the shoe forcing me to use my finger as a shoehorn to straighten it out.

I ordered these because I could get them in a wide width but no wide in the white which I usually get. I checked online a few days later and the wide was back in stoock in white so I ended up ordering two pair in the white!

Based on the reviews, I ordered my normal size, but when they arrived today, the shoe fit very tight in the length and width. I've NEVER had problems with a medium width but this shoe definitely runs narrow. Also, I got free shipping when I ordered the first time; but now when ordering a replacement, I find I now get to pay shipping. What's with that? I tried to call customer service and never had the option of talking to a live person, and I wasn't given the option of waiting. On a scale from 1 - 10, customer service gets a 1. The shoe is attractive so I'm ordering a second, larger pair.

I have been wearing this product around the house to break them in. Unlike my other pair the tongue on these seems to be very long for my foot and presses on my instep. I am hoping as they break in they will soften enough to be comfortable.

I read the comments and followed the recommendations that i go up half a size. The result was that i was wearing a boat, not a shoe. I don't know if my ususal size would have worked as i only ordered up. I would suggest you purchase both your regular size and a half size up if in question.

I ordered a 9W, and while this shoe fits and is lightweight, I gave it 3 stars because only the right shoe is comfortable. Both shoes have a seam on the inside of the upper that runs down to the arch; however, in the left shoe, this seam creates a large bump just above the sole that presses uncomfortably on the back of my arch where it comes down to join the front of my heel pad. The right shoe has a similar bump, but it is much smaller. I will decide this afternoon whether to exchange them for another pair - hoping to get both of them without the large bump - or just get a refund.

The problem is that the Velcro tabs are not sewn in correctly and are too short. I wear these shoes and the Velcro tab pops off & releases. The tab is short AND loops on the tab do not properly meet the hooks on the tab to lie flat. So, nice shoes but bad orientation of the Velcro tabs.

A narrow width is NOT an A or a AA, it is a AAA. These shoes were marked narrow and were very much wider than a narrow. Returned

I usually wear a regular size in width for a shoe but when I ordered the normal it was very tight and had to change them for a wides. I get Velcro straps because of back problems it is difficult for me to tie sneakers. The straps on the wide barely reach, not long enough. I will make due because I don't want another return but don't think I would buy more of them because of this.
