I wear a size 10 womens extra wide. These felt closer to a 9.5 narrow. I have found a wider shoe from another supplier.

I was trying to replace the New Balance 813. Of course it is no longer carried. These looked similar. Hah! They are very poor quality. They hurt. The size? It is not the same as the 813. I am very disappointed and want to return them.

They are true to size. They fit like a glove. Can't wait to go walking. No problem returning them as ordered a 8 medium. I reordered a size 8 wide. They came rather quickly. Thanks for your terrific service. I will definitely go to Zappos again.

these were too tight when using my orthodics

I have many foot issues and do not have a typical feet. These shoes did not have the added depth that I needed for my orthodics. Hence, my review was for my specialized issues and not a normal foot.

The shoe was just what I ordered. True to size and arch support, and thanks to the Velcro, they were wide enough, although if it weren't for the Velcro, I would have had to return them.

As usual and from past orders, the shoes are just perfect for my feet!

I bought these in the bone color which was $20 less and the color is much better than what it appears on my monitor. It's more like a gray and with the price difference, very worth it. I still will need to put arch supports in these because of my foot problems but overall they are comfortable. I wanted a pair of shoes I could get in and out of easily and wear outside to feed the animals and do yard work. Mostly I was was impressed with the shipping. I ordered in the afternoon and got them by the next afternoon. This fast delivery is unheard in the rural area where I live.

I had originally ordered identical walking shoes from another brand, but when I got them I found the soles to be too hard, so I returned them. I spoke with a Zappos customer rep. and she recommended this New Balance model for walking and it also had the hook and loop style that I wanted. To top it all, they cost 50 dollars less than the other brand I had tried. I LOVE these walking shoes! They are super comfortable and the perfectly cushioned for a person who walks a lot. I am really happy with these shoes and will definitely but them again in the future. If you are looking for an excellent walking shoe I highly recommend this New Balance WW577 model.

For a clunky sneaker, this would've been fine, except the tongue of the sneaker was too stiff and butted up against the front of my ankle. It was too painful and I had to send them back. Also, they did have a bit of an "old lady" style about them, which is fine if you're an old lady, but I'm not there quite yet. I was willing to put up with that if it wasn't for the stiffness of the sneak. I'm actually ordering the Vionic Dash now, as it looks like a much more flexible and softer sneaker.

The shoes came in 25 hours!! You people are miracle workers. It takes a while for me to tell about the fit AS I HAVE AN EXTREMELY DIFFICULT FOOT TO FIT, as you can tell by my track record. However, at the moment, they feel good. THANK YOU. THANK YOU.

The shoe is comfortable for walking and has a springy feel to the sole. The construction is a bit sloppy. The tabs for closure are stitched at an angle that looks peculiar.

Width on back of shoe is too wide. My foot slips up when walking. The tongue of shoe is too stiff and leaves marks on my ankles. I am returning these shoes.

Usually have great luck with New Balance for my granddaughter. This shoe was small, narrow, and extremely stiff. Also, oddly, the velcro was too short to really do any good.
