They are just what I expected. They are comfortable and look good

I got for job, feel comfortable for 8 hours shift wear that shoes. Would be better with more arch support for me.

I ordered these shoes because I have trouble tying shoes and thought the hook and loop straps would be easy to use. The straps were much too short - I could barely secure them over my instep. I returned them for a pair of slip ons.

I've been wearing New Balance walking shoes for years, but I recently realized that I now need a size larger. I ordered two pairs, black and bone. They fit and felt great, right out of the box. My custom orthotics replace the insole.

Thse shoes fit a had to fit size like a glove, good to go from the first time worn.

I had to return the shoe, I have a similar pair WW411 NB that are a perfect fit and comfortable, shoes but the WW577 was way to tight thought they would all fit the same!!!

The top of the "tongue" hits the ankle and is stiff.

Good fit for a person with wide feet size. The quality is good. Even after 3 months of constant ware, by an old person, there are no signs of wear. The style is not fancy, but for this type of shoes, it's not required. Hook and loop is also very nice feature.

This shoe is quite comfortable but looks "bulky" wish the top and sides were thinner to cut down on the bulky look. I've worn it working around our church and it felt great all day.

Length was OK. Width felt narrow for a wide width. Very sturdy sneaker. Ultra fast delivery.

Fit was perfect and has a great amount of support for your feet and let me add that they are super comfortable I have been wearing the same shoe for many years to help give me support and new balance never fails me I’m very satisfied with my purchase!

These shoes are very comfortable. I was delighted to find 10.5 N in a style I can wear. I'm sure this is not normal, but the left shoe tongue placement is defective. I'm so sorry to have to return them.

I have purchased several pairs of this shoe over the years and have always been very happy with them. I am on my feet all day at work and they really help alleviate knee pain that I have from osteoarthritis. I love New Balance because it is the only brand I can wear right out of the box, no "breaking in", no blisters, no problems. I was shocked to see how quickly Zappos delivered them - I ordered them one day, they were at my doorstep the following day! I am a very happy customer who will definitely use Zappos again!

Comfortable and nice looking shoe. Straps could be longer, but otherwise, pleased with the style and fit.

Heavy and stiff leather! Very uncomfortable on my sensitive feet. The sides and top were hard and the insoles felt unsupportive. The velcro straps were too short, so I could barely get them to stay closed. Exchanged them for the 411v2 which are much more much flexible and comfortable.

Purchased these shoes for a family member who has trouble with tying shoes due to a physical disability. I've been told they are comfortable for walking and have good structure. The one item I would suggest for improvement (as several other reviewers have commented on) are the length of the Velcro straps. How about another 3/4" to 1" for the Velcro strap, New Balance? It would make a difference in the security of the shoe staying on, easier for the wearer to hold and secure in place and not be too longer when wearing the shoe.
