I power walk 3 miles every day, and these shoes are the best.

The pair that you sent are defective. The tongue of the right shoe is half an inch longer that the tongue or the left shoe. It hurts my foot. What can you do for me

I buy New Balance shoes because I have gout in my feet. I also used to have plantar fasciitis but these shoes corrected it. Delivery is pretty quick from the New Balance website. I'm a very satisfied customer.

The tan pair I use for walking. The white pair I used for wearing at a special place.

I have a bad foot and this is about the only shoe I can wear. In about 2006 I had to wear a brace and this was the only shoe it would fit in. New Balance let me purchase a pair of shoes one size for each foot at a discount so I wouldn't have to buy two pair each time I needed shoes. I was was very thankful for that. After 4 years of wearing the brace I still need to wear the shoes because of arthritis in the foot. I not only like the shoes, I need these shoes. Thankful for New Balance.

I'm not really liking them. Maybe I just need to break them in still, maybe to early to tell. I find them heavy & too thick around the ankle. But then again i need that for stability.

They are great shoes for support and comfort. I have a pair I've worn for over five years; still good but soiled. I wanted them in white but my daughter said they looked like clown shoes on my feet. Sent back.

I have purchased New Balance since they were recommended by my podiatrist years ago. No more heel spurs! Unfortunately this brand is hard to find at my local stores, so I rely on mail order direct from the company and have never had a problem with it.

The quality is awful. The tongue is mis-sewn and horribly lumpy. It feels like a 3 year old made these. This is absolutely NOT the quality that I remember from New Balance. I was going to use these as slippers around the house, because the velcro is an easy "on" "off," lol but these are unwearable and not even comfortable enough to wear walking from our bedroom to the kitchen. Returned.

This is the only shoe I have found that prevents my back problems.

Size was not consistent - tried it on at an outlet - fit perfectly - ordered that size - didn't fit at all.I returned them.

Fits like a glove, comfortable, long lasting. Doesn't rub the back of the heels which is a must. Fits my high arch comfortably. Have been buying these shoes for years and will continue to do so!

I have 2 pair of the 577s in white tie shoes. I wear one in the house and keep one for outdoors. They are great for support and have relieved leg pains I was having. My physical therapist recommended them to me and I've use NB ever since. These shoes in wide give my feet enough room in the toe box so my toes aren't squished. I exchange the insoles for Protalus insoles for the extra support I need.

I gave the shoe one star because the width was adequate. I bought cheap and I got cheap. The leather is very cheap and I suspect that it is not really leather at all. I stand 8 hours a day and it is very difficult to find a black oxford or work shoe to fit women. New Balance was recommended by my foot doctor as a good product so I gave them a try. I am going to give the 928v3 a try but will send them back immediately if I don't like the look. Not a happy customer.

I love this walking shoe - they are always a perfect fit - so comfortable and durable! I have been wearing New Balance shoes for many years, and will continue to purchase these high quality shoes, and at such a reasonable price! I have happy feet!

These shoes are comfortable and have great arch support. They are durable.
