Most brand new shoe have to be "broken in." This pair felt comfortable right away.

Based on the reviews, I ordered my normal size, but when they arrived today, the shoe fit very tight in the length and width. I've NEVER had problems with a medium width but this shoe definitely runs narrow. Also, I got free shipping when I ordered the first time; but now when ordering a replacement, I find I now get to pay shipping. What's with that? I tried to call customer service and never had the option of talking to a live person, and I wasn't given the option of waiting. On a scale from 1 - 10, customer service gets a 1. The shoe is attractive so I'm ordering a second, larger pair.

Thinking about getting a spare pair of discount is still there

This is my go to sneaker. I have purchased many pairs.

Gives me much needed support for walking on both uneven and even ground. My neighborhood doesn't have a lot of sidewalks, a lot of uneven ground and broken asphalt and dirt. Plus, I wear them for everyday .use.

I wore the sneakers once and my feet still hurt. I am planning to return them and will probably buy elsewhere.

My mother needed shoes that her foot brace would fit into, and these shoes are a great fit. She says her feet stay warm too.

Nice shoe fits well, a little snug around the ankle but that goes away after wearing more than once. I would highly recommend it, durable and looks good too.

Disappointed that the 2 Velcro straps is shorter Than on my older pairs.

I use my New Balance shoes everyday at work. I'm on my feet all the time. These shoes are great and give me support and hold up very well! I recommend this style for others. These shoes are great!

No other shoe gives me the support and comfort immediately that the New Balance 577 does. There is no (break it in) for this shoe. I have arthritis in my feet, no other shoe has this kind of comfort for me. Good job, don't change theses shoes!!

I use this product daily (and I mean everyday of the year ) on a 2 to3 mile walk. They have held up very well. I really like the Velcro feature which is much faster than a tie sneaker. My other wish is that the heel had a little more support. I am inclined to heel spurs and a cushion under the heel is important. I have bought a heel support that is rather comfortable but not perfect for the job.

I returned this and another pair on 5/1. I ended buying from the local store on Cranston at curbside but they would t accept returns

The walking shoes are sturdy and very comfortable, great for long walks.

I wear New Balance 577 sneakers most of the time I have shoes on. They are incredibly comfortable and durable. I know my next sneakers will be New Balance.

Previous pair lasted several years. So many, in fact, that the size had worn off. I thought it was an 8.5 wide but wasn't sure. And sure enough, the new 8.5 wide fits perfectly. I use this shoe as my every day walking shoe. I hate laces so the velcro works for me.

Women's Hook and loop 577 look good. Feel better after all day on my feet.

These are very uncomfortable sneakers. The sole is extremely hard and painful to stand or walk on for long periods. I'm 46 and in normal health and after wearing these all day at work, my feet and legs ached. The soles of my feet felt bruised and numb. I soaked in Epson salt bath and took ibuprofen to deal with the pain, it was that bad. The size fit, they were just terribly hard and uncomfortable. I've never had this bad of an experience with any shoe.

I normally do not buy sneakers on-line, but due to COVID-19, I needed to shop for these on-line. Very satisfied with the fit and comfort.

I have to stand on my feet all day at work and these new "walking" shoes are great! Little to no pain in my feet, ankles and knees from wearing these shoes at the end of my shift. I would say they are better than the Nursemates I used to wear but can't find anymore. .

I walk a lot and these shoes are comfortable but the back is a little high and until they get warn in it rubs. But otherwise the shoes are great.

These shoes were a birthday gift for my mother. She loves the shoes and doesn't have to mess with tying her older new balance shoes. the shoes 9.5 and wide were a perfect fit.
