I'M VERY FAMILIAR WITH THE 'NB' BRAND. THE VELCRO FASTENER IS ABOUT 2 INCHES TO SHORT.

I medically need a good walking shoe with velcro closing. I have bought NB shoes before from the store and been very satisfied. However, this pair I ordered on line were not up to the quality. The velcro on both shoes was cut short and actually buckled on the one side. I have returned the shoes, but it will take a long time for refund because of the virus pandemic. I am very unhappy with this experience!

I have worn the Women's New Balance 577 for years and it is the most comfortable shoe for me. I have a bad right foot and the roominess of this shoe enables me to walk and walk without discomfort. I dread the times when I have to wear "real" shoes because they hurt my foot. I cannot wait to get back into my New Balance. I really hope this model is not discontinued for many years to come.

My purchase was fine but I can't seem to get my gift card to take because I do not have a PIN number on the card. What do I do? I have quite a bit of money left on two gift cards.

I cut an inch off the tongue because it was so long that it dug into my legs. My legs hurt for 2 days after I wore them for a day. It's not worth buying any shoe that you have to alter so much to be comfortable.

10 Narrow - I just bought a pair of white ones. In an effort to keep them somewhat presentable, I decided to get them in black, too. These fit perfectly and I am tempted to get a couple more pairs to keep in reserve. I use them for everyday 4 mile walks on city streets and country fields.

So comfy and it was worth doubling my show budget for these

Strap across the top is to short, you can just about strap. House shoes only, good.

The shoe fits perfectly and is well made. t like the convenience of the velcro closure for those of us with arthritis.

I am a walker. I have worn New Balance for a number of years. I bought a pair of another brand and soon I had pain in my lower back and ended up taking acetaminophen and using lidocaine patches. I finally bought another pair of New Balance and I am so glad!

I have to wear orthotics and they fit perfectly in the sneakers and I cannot feel them at all!

Shoes are very comfortable, I bought them for my mom and she loves them.

I walk 3 miles most every day. These shoes keep my feet comfortable and supported. They are perfect.

I like the shoes, but they are to white. Using for walking they get to dirty. Should have bought something with a little color.

I don't like them in black and I was able to order them a few days later in the white in a wide which is what I wanted in the first place but they were out of stock at the time I ordered these

I ordered these because I could get them in a wide width but no wide in the white which I usually get. I checked online a few days later and the wide was back in stoock in white so I ended up ordering two pair in the white!

These were a gift for my mother , she likes the ease of putting the shoes on and off. My mother stated she liked the shoes very much.

It's hard to find sturdy walking shoes into which my Aetrex orthotic inserts fit comfortably, but these work almost perfectly. I got these in size 10 2E, but think the next width, if there is one, would have made these a perfect 5-star fit for me.

This was not a comfortable shoe by any means, The shoe is extremely hard and there is absolutely no cushion. I went back to my old shoes for my walking and won't be using these unless I go buy soft insoles. Very disappointing.

I love this shoe. Seems to run true to size and the service is great. First one was to narrow so I returned it and got the wider size. Came quickly and am waiting for the refund on the first shoes.

I bought this shoe to walk in mainly and it arrived in "out of shape" condition--like something very heavy was laying on it for a month. When I put it on, my toes hit the end so it was short. It has a "clunky" look and I didn't find it appealing. It wasn't cushioned as much as I would have liked and the straps didn't close right for some reason--maybe because of the thick tongue. I'm sorry, I just don't like writing negative reviews but felt I had to.

Great shoes with great support... We especially like that it's made in the USA!!

So glad they are again produced in the USA! I have worn them for years! Each pair lasts about a year, and I wear them almost daily! They are very comfortable, and are rain resistant. F

Is not as comfortable as other NB shoes. Especially the width and loop size do not fit well.
