I bought a pair of these in 2009 to wear while walking my dog (at least a mile to a mile and a half every day). They just now wore out, mostly because I stepped on a stick and it went into the shoe between sole and leather. They are COMFORTABLE. They are quick to put on and take off at the door. They never make my very bumpy feet (bunion and hammer toe) hurt because there is plenty of room in the shoe box. And the new ones? Didn't need a bit of "break-in" time. LOVE them. Bought them in bone and black both times. THANK YOU New Balance and Zappos.

I ordered these as a gift for my sister in law but in the wrong size, 9. When I found out she wore 81/2 2A I seared website for that size. There were only 4 shoes left. I called Zappos customer service & they sent me the 81/2. I received it the next day. They also emailed a return label for size 9.
My sister in law loves the shoes, she said they are very comfortable & the Velcro makes it so easy to put on. Thanks to customer service for the assistance.

Shoes fit perfect. Because I need a 8 WW , which I can't find in any of the local stores, I am extra grateful that I can find them on Zappos and order them. I placed my order on a Saturday, and since it said "two working days" delivery, I was surprised when UPS already showed up on Monday with my shoes, which by the way came with free shipping. I am very satisfied with Zappo's customer service and the availability of my size. Thank You, Zappos.

I have problems walking due to breaking both of my feet many years ago. I work as a nurse and have been wearing New Balance sneakers since they are comfortable and fit my Orthotics without a problem, I always try to buy made in USA or at least assembled in USA because I know they are made well and I am supporting American workers. I have no problems with these sneakers at all.

I bought these for my sister who is in a memory care facility. They are great because she forgot how to tie shoes and the nurses can just slip this on. She is a diabetic so she needs protection on her feet and these cover that. They have sorta of large toe box which helps with her hammer toes.

I have been having a problem with swollen feet/ankles, and the tops of my feet, so these are now about the only shoes I can wear. They are not just roomy in the base, but the tongue allows my feet to go in easily, thank goodness! Very comfy too.

I buy New Balance shoes because I have gout in my feet. I also used to have plantar fasciitis but these shoes corrected it. Delivery is pretty quick from the New Balance website. I'm a very satisfied customer.

I ordered these for my mom and she loves them. She really likes the hook and loop so she can make them tight enough for her skinny feet!! She also loves the bone color. I've been a Zappos shopper for about 17 or 18 years now.

I have a bad foot and this is about the only shoe I can wear. In about 2006 I had to wear a brace and this was the only shoe it would fit in. New Balance let me purchase a pair of shoes one size for each foot at a discount so I wouldn't have to buy two pair each time I needed shoes. I was was very thankful for that. After 4 years of wearing the brace I still need to wear the shoes because of arthritis in the foot. I not only like the shoes, I need these shoes. Thankful for New Balance.
